Find the source wherefrom thoughts arise
To which end, our will we must bend
That in silence, each breath sunrise
Melding with the void, we ascend

First things first, this truth we must know
Find the source wherefrom thoughts arise
By whose power does our heart glow
Where lies the light that lights our eyes

Life script spun seems a web of lies
We feel we’re in a lucid dream
Find the source wherefrom thoughts arise
In repose atop love’s moonbeam

Staid silence seems the only way
So we cease to weigh, judge and size
Holding patterns of old at bay
Find the source wherefrom thoughts arise

to merge with that wherefrom this arises ~
we embrace and release life’s surprises

the non-doing done, coming thus undone ~
boundaries blur; God and soul become one

Premium Member Thought of the day

As the Self wherefrom God’s gong arises,
let us embrace life’s offered surprises.

Premium Member Ashtavakra Gita Verse 1:18 revisited

1.18
“That which has form is not real
Only the formless is permanent
Once this is known
you will not return to illusion”

Brahman or God absolute unmanifest,
is luminous darkness, tightly packed and still,
pulsating with potent power, whilst at rest,
wherefrom all worlds are created by His will,
bubbles in space-time, where desires are addressed,
whence the love dove perches on soul’s window sill.
All that’s created, in time will disappear ~
Wake up and realise there is no one here

Premium Member Absolute Consciousness

having been, seen and therefore known
the truth of consciousness full blown
as substratum of existence
etch if you will, our words on stone

there is no space, hence no distance
beheld when we shed resistance
seen in plain sight with our soul’s eye
recognised with God’s assistance

consciousness, the absolute I
is so dense even light can’t ply
energy intense tightly packed
omnipresent, so feels each sigh

each pulse vibrationally tracked
creation here-from is exact
wherefrom the universe appears
as God His will does so enact

Premium Member Brahman

peep beyond space-time, through heart’s looking glass
melding with the dark void and becoming
energised consciousness as a dense mass
wherefrom life’s born when God begins humming

brilliant luminous darkness unchanging
stillness zone from which light cannot escape
manifest worlds in Itself arranging
held solely by power of love agape

thus renewing Itself within Itself
all that is, filled by consciousness alone
which is That Brahman, The absolute Self
deep knowing we have been by God’s grace shown

Brahman is That of whom naught can be said ~
All that’s manifest, is by God’s will led

Self in singularity
lustrous and self-existent
polarises itself
to feel contrast
in fierce winds of duality

a form is shaped
from the elements
propelled by breath of God
mind and intellect
with bliss rooted in heart

upon death Self exists form
the five sheaths dissolve
then if soul is desireless
it too reunites in the Self
wherefrom it arose

however if soul has desires
that desires be fulfilled
it reincarnates again and again
until heart becomes quiescent
whence soul’s eye becomes single

Premium Member Macrocosm and microcosm

“God dwells in our heart, just as we dwell in His ~
This is the truth, not a koan or a quiz”
            ~ quote by poet

The source wherefrom manifestations arise,
holds within Itself infinite vibrations,
which when crystallise, we weigh, measure and size,
assigning labels to imbibed sensations.
With this understanding we may realise
sacred geometry in God’s creations,
that as is on earth so it is in heaven,
pattern being same across chakras seven.

Premium Member Two realities

the unmanifest and the manifest
as energy withheld and then released
descent in duality then a test
that the demons we nurtured be appeased

the unmanifest is beyond space-time
as such it cannot be known to our mind
but in staid silence synced with bliss beat’s chime
one with the all we’re then divine entwined

though immersed within but not of the world
then as both immanent and transcendent
breath by breath as flag of love is unfurled
we recognise our Self, light resplendent

the cosmic egg is wherefrom we were born ~
we return to heaven when ego’s shorn

Premium Member Light that lights all lights

By whose command do thoughts arise in mind?
Wherefrom arises the breeze of intent?
Who lights the lamp of love, to make heart kind?
What’s the source of the force for soul’s ascent?

Mind of mind, eye of eye and ear of ear,
is verily God, Who dwells in our heart,
immediate, intimate and so near,
recognised when bliss ignition does start.

Sense of separation is delusion,
caused by meanderings of wayward ego
and silence releases our confusion,
whereupon all attachments we let go.

Once with omnipresence in alignment,
we go beyond body-mind’s confinement.

just below the jugular notch
living sphere of God glows
it is the singularity point
wherefrom all life flows

true it is third eye pulsates
with crown taking pole position
witnessing all nodes of form dance
merging with God remains our mission

Premium Member Who am I

“One being freed from the grip of Ahamkara attains his unmanifest state like the spotless moon becoming full after eclipse.” ~ quote from the Adhyatma Upanishad

thoughts seem to arise without volition
but mindful eye traces heart as the source
wherefrom vibrations emoted in morse
seek from mind as symbols, their rendition

desires of heart cause intent’s emission
but is the impulse rooted in remorse
ego-driven, prone to applying force,
unlike vast space that has no ambition

negating transience, our ego recedes
and yet object-free awareness remains
whence stepping outside space-time we then see
self-existent light within which love breeds
representing flame of heart free from stains
made in God’s image, vibrant and carefree

Each body cell is a part of our form
and has no independent existence,
enlivened by heart wherefrom flows blood warm,
health ensured if there be no resistance.

The universe is the body of God
and all that’s manifest, is breathed by Him,
wherein simply by giving love our nod,
rapture rises as our soul sings a hymn.

We are the drop and we are the ocean
but to become the whole, we must let go,
slowing down thought flow, gentling commotion,
that truth of our true Self we get to know.

Know that as we each fulfil our life role,
we are inseparable from the whole.

Premium Member Orientation whilst reciting Om

As the ocean into which rivers merge,
the gong of Om swallows the universe,
which when willed causes it to reemerge,
heart magically conjuring a verse,
without any need for it to rehearse.
As the Self wherefrom the gong arises,
let us embrace God’s offered surprises.

Premium Member Turiya

Waking, dreaming and deep sleep,
offer a consciousness leap,
if we be therein awake,
focus firm, calm like a lake.

In staid stillness choose to meld,
with space between objects held,
that thus our eye then single,
in-form pheromones mingle.

Bliss mists deeply penetrate,
each offered consciousness state,
that though awareness may dip,
presence gives ego the slip.

Immanent yet transcendent,
breath by breath, bliss resplendent,
chakras whir, boundaries blur;
with love and light, we concur.

Whether outward or inward,
ego lust is untoward,
so if all that is be Om,
in all states, Self is our home.

Turiya or the fourth state,
staid peace that does not abate,
witnesses the play of light,
centred in drunken delight.

The Self in heart does anoint,
itself at a stillness point,
wherefrom all states then arise,
beheld by us in surprise.

When our soul’s eye is single,
all three states then commingle
but until then we’re trapped,
light of Self by ego capped.

As awareness self-aware,
if dark desires we outstare,
in Turiya, the fourth state,
we fulfill our ordained fate.
