Untying The Knot

Speaking from experience
as not one to falter
at the altar
its no illusion
why I came to this
wedded bliss conclusion
the institution of marriage
is one I won't disparage
for better or worse
wedlock is the bedrock
of civilisation
and of course
the only
reason for divorce

Summertime nature gracefully flourish
Animals arrange marriages; nourish,
Arranged at fun Disneyland
By preacher Giraffe Parkland
Merge, self-discovery over-flourish.

My Love At Long Last

Sometime in December,
2008, our magnetic gaze of love
did more than just speak or act.
It was in wedlock consummated.
And like a dream, ten years have
gone by, as our tender fruits of
affection continue to sprout daily.

Continue to rest on my shoulder
until the sun on our wedlock sets.

Wedlock

Oh to compare thee to a summers day,
Would be to compare thee to a billion protons.
Such a list would never truly say,
That which one would try to describe,
To the thousands of witnesses and so on.

All the people who would surely have to ask,
Why her? Why now? Why here? And alas,
I would be unable to pinpoint the main,
For it is made up of not one item but a mass.
The contents of which have been spoken of forever,
But yet, here I am flocking like two birds of a feather,
Entwined in vines whilst drinking red wine, straight from the vine,
It binds.

And thus they were and thus they shall remain,
Until the bed of death shall separate.
This sunny afternoon, let’s call it a Wednesday.
The seal was locked,
The band purely golden,
There is no other way.

Wedlock

Wedlock.
single life I'm ending this deadlock,
batcheler life just got the sack,
crushes getting heart attack.
No more need to be alone,
a love I now make my home,
a heart now has a throne,
my love is all out on loan,
my body, mind and soul you'll
now own.

Wedlock,
two heart's making contact,
fingers signing a lifelong contract,
God's grace will forever keep us on track.
From a brief encounter,
the unity of love we've now conquered,
now and forever,
a love that can't ever be measured,
to a union I'll forever treasure,
now take this ring as a sign and symbol
of my forever pleasure.

Wedlock,
now to a pearly white retro fitted gown
from an every day frock,
how it hugs your contour so perfectly
from front to back,
clouds of tears streaming from my
eyes but for me no black tie,
to be caught in a tuxedo I'll rather die,
a 21st century tailor made tapered suit,
matching colour to suit my bride,
a matrimonial moment comes alive
as minister pronounce us to be officially
husband and wife.

Wedlock

To understand this term one needs to marry,
It has lot of adjustments and expectations to carry.
It is actually a two member team,
Who work together to fulfill their each and every dream.
For it to be successful, ‘Trust is must’
Takes no time to destroy and meet the dust.
Love and respect for each other is vital,
Rest everything is immaterial.
Some call it a lifetime punishment,
But for me, ‘Marriage is wonderful’ is an understatement.

Roman Wedlock

A baby, pious, was born by aide
He named it Gaias, and felt like a jade
While he cried,
Cause mommy died.
His wife hired yet another maid.
