If discipline be righteous let me stray but for a while
And beg the Fates indulgence on the morrow
For surely cruel as fate can be
There's kindness in the breast for he that
Strays in ways gods envy and admire
If heaven smile the while you dally
Lost in that space none dared precede
It can't but wonder how creation
Dwelling under heaven's folly
Follows on the path you have created
Hearts together beating as two within one breast
Facing love with nothing in between
One casting from the mold the gods broke on request
The fate not resting til it wrest from Chronos
Moments precious lost in time now found
Lives entwined as flames no quenching thirst can hold
So bright the night can hold no purchase on the soul
Hearts aflight would light now holding fast against the darkness
Which would swallow and consume that light most richly blest
Whose purchase can outshine all heavens gold

allegory, mythology, valentines day,
Tingly skies full of surprise oh how I love when with surmise,
the little rascal aims his dart as if it were, poetic art !
Unpredictable seas with droplets that spray oh how the sharp rocks being where they lay,
Affects how sea nymphs stalk and capture their prey as if it were, a play !
Restless winds pervade the air oh how the clouds suggest a dare,
Looking like sheep jumping over fences oh how it stirs the sky and senses !
Crackling fire illuminating the shadows of the night oh how with mysteries of the light,
Animals will watch the humans make camp as if each camper is, a scamp !
Powerful gaze holding years of hope oh how with vulnerability and the will to cope,
Looks knowingly into the void as if it were, a mental sanctuary to be employed !
Unstoppable magnetism attracts us to one oh how unexpected, powerful and fun,
When cupid’s arrow aims for you, there isn’t much that you can do !

Tingly skies full of surprise, oh how I love when with surmise,
the little rascal aims his dart as if it were poetic art!
He will deliberately ambush you and your entire tush
with a gush loaded arrow he does romantically push
into hearts genuine states of goofy, gooeyed, loving mush.
No one on this earth can evade him, only love persuades him.
With silent wings, he flies towards the fun gains when his will done.
No one has a clue concerning who will be romancing who
and there's no sense in guessing - romance is at Cupid's questing.
When cupid's arrow aims for you, there isn't much that you can do!

One Love
One Love is all you need...
To see the vast world of hope in the wide foggy world
One Love is all you need.....
To let your guards down to feel the cold and warm of love
One Love is all you need......
To let the breeze penetrate you into your soul into your mind to let you feel the love

valentines day, 12th grade, girlfriend, miss
Heart-shaped box of chocolates, late Winter surprise.
See sailor, in a dark uniform, hiding his eyes.
She knows him now, all too well, every inch of him.
This sailor, in a dark uniform, hiding his eyes.
A straight and narrow arrow flew from Cupid’s bowstring.
Struck sailor, in a dark uniform, hiding his eyes.
He had to open them then - cause and effect of love.
This sailor, in a dark uniform, hiding his eyes.
She was unexpected, for his fancy was charming.
Grins sailor, in a dark uniform, hiding his eyes.
On the date set, another sailor came to make claim.
Shocked sailor, in a dark uniform, hiding his eyes.
Oh poor boy…poor, poor sailor boy was a contestant.
Watch sailor, in a dark uniform, hiding his eyes.
Wouldn’t you know it…yes…his heart, branded by a poet.
Her sailor, in a dark uniform, hiding his eyes.

love, valentines day,
Life might have taken away my ability to dance
But it didn't take out my rhythm
That's why even on my chair
I'm all groovy and fully turned up
I might not hold your hand and spin you around
But I can buy you lovely dresses
So that as you pirouette
It rolls around you like the cupcake you are
I might not get on the dance flow
But I'll hold the mic
And sing my heart out
And you'll be the one everyone's watching as I serenade you
I might not look into your eyes
And tell you how lovely you look tonight
But I'll rest my gaze on you
As you enjoy the beautiful playlist I had just for you
Life might not give me a chance to dance with you
But I'll always get you up on your feet
And make you dance
And I'll watch on with admiration

valentines day, appreciation, art, beauty, love,
My love
Has been used
My love
Has been abused
I’ve tried
For so long
But I was tired
I just wanted to belong
Then he came
A beautiful angel
Although the heaven bane
A handsome bangle
Love is a strong word
It takes a lot to mean
People in this world
Don’t seem to teem
They know what it means
They know it can be good
But they don’t know how to be
Without a mask or a hood
Love is important
Overly so
Going to be
And less of a tint
Not less to do
Keeping the glow
There’s too much to say
In too little time
There’s too little day
To show all the light
Our pasts hurt us so
And we’re trying to get passed
I understand there’s much to do
In this time, we can test
We’re learning
And changing
We’re growing
And we’re loving
My name is Rachael
And I love anyways
This is my promise
To Love You Always

valentines day, for him, growth, happiness,
On a table for two
I see an open love letter
Besides that lay three roses
Two champagne glasses standing
Besides a bottle of champagne
Around them are scattered round chocolates
I hear a romantic song softly played
That throbbed my heart as I listen
The light atop the table adds romance
It was special to see in every eyes
It's solemn, waiting a pair to occupy
Not far from where I sit two people came
One in tuxedo, one in fashionable dress
Oh I see, I smile to see a pair smiling
As they seat that prepared ovedue table
Was meant for two romantic love birds
I giggle as I sip my champagne looking at them
Oh what a night to celebrate Valentines!

Carnelian, please, I need my strength;
Tell goldstone to be here in lengths
And dragon stone will guide me through,
With rose quartz here, for loving you.
My pyrite guides me to the left.
Labradorite leaves my hand, bereft.
And though my quartz is tattered and shattered,
Tell amethyst that it never mattered.
Just let me cry and let me sing--
Just let my heart explode again!
Snowflake obsidian strips me naked.
Strengthening contrasts are so sacred.
I'll put this rose quartz to my disposal,
Gift opalite ring, accept my proposal
And be with me forevermore.
Please, please be mine, forevermore

valentines day, love, proposal, romance, sweet,
No chocolates, no flowers, no sweet Valentine's treat,
Just the bitter taste of defeat.
No cuddles, no kisses, no romance so grand,
Because, darling, you just couldn't handle this hand.
I'm a whirlwind, a hurricane, a chaotic delight,
Too much spice for your palate, too dazzlingly bright.
You wanted a calm sea, a gentle breeze' sigh,
But I'm a volcano, erupting to the sky.
I dance in the rain, I laugh at the storm,
While you sought shelter, keeping perfectly warm.
You craved serenity, a predictable pace,
But I'm a rollercoaster, a wild, thrilling chase.
So no chocolates, no flowers, no Valentine's Day cheer,
Just a solo celebration, with a metaphorical beer
.
Because darling, while you couldn't handle my flair,
There's someone out there who will, I swear!
They'll embrace the chaos, the glitter, the glee,
And find my wild spirit, the best part of me.
So farewell, my love, it's time to move on,
To someone who'll join my crazy dawn.

break up, valentines day,
The old songs can make me cry
As those memories go floating by
Those times still ring true
On the dance floor swaying with you
They start up and I know
Where the music will make me go
It’s the darkened room with you so close
That’s the time I like the most
I suppose you sometimes wonder
As I close my eyes and wander
Does he still love me better than the rest
But you are still my girl best.

love, valentines day,
Who is that baby angel with a bow
Shooting arrows to and fro
Stinging men and women in the arm
Introducing them to luck and charm?
Love is definitely in the air
Look at Cupid flying there!
Heaven’s curio missing the archery
Cupid to sting not an artery!
Quick! Quick! Sound the alarm!
Fly and search the fields and barn!
Cupid’s missing and at large!
Meddling, striking, and free to barge!
Citizens from everywhere
Be vigilant and be aware
Cupid’s a baby – What does he know
About striking perfect mates with his arrows and bow
Sometimes mis-matching couples to and fro!
Baby Angel flying O so loose
Cupid’s on re-call makes the news!
Alas! Cupid has been caught grazing the meadows
There among the blooming wild flower pedals!
Sentenced to 5 more years of wearing “Huggie” Diapers
Awe, Cupid cries - Get the wipers!

"We are Paris"
You were the shooting star filling my sky
I stumbled upon you, making sparks fly
You blew me a flaming passionate kiss
Each breath you took I sukked your bliss
Coursing my veins was the numbing sorrow
You promised I would live in every tomorrow
Deeply guarded walls falling down in rubble
Strangling the beast & silencing our struggle
Venus would envy the paradise that we share
Step aside St Valentine, Paris France beware
We are the giants that make hearts skip beat
Aphrodite would weep to worship at our feet
Sweeping mouths to cure the sweetest tooth
Bleeding vessels worn on sleeves as our truth
Baby your girl loves you too the moon & bakk
Cease violent nights beneath shadow's attakk
Midnight is stunning let's catch a new galaxy
True love can't be touched by misery & agony

Always Be Punk…
Always Be Drunk…
