HARMONY

Harmony
Everyone's priority
Calmness yields clarity
Clarity insight to act
In any given situation
Acting without panic or disagreement.

When everything is in tune
Peace is attained
Peace yields wealth
Giving the right mindset
For reasoning and acting
Harmony Unites all races in our society.

Let's live in peace and harmony
When your thoughts and actions
Get in tune
Everything is harmonize
Leaving you amused
Giving you the muse
To live a happy and meaningful life.

Premium Member Lilbrah Unites With Nature

a natural awareness between Lilbrah and nature
graceful, winding, twisting surreal communication
Her favorites, the Lily of the Valley, comforted her eyes

Gently veined hands lent themselves
Calm, delicate, dainty frothy wedding petals
Of giant elegant, personified flowers not seen by some

Her piano playing hands grasped the stems
Freeing spiritual power of mother nature’s beauty
Purely innocent, she and these blossoms

Her natural snow hair as pure as a toddlers
Lilbrah listened to the membranes
United with naturalness of the summers day

Solstice once again letting her learn
earth’s thoughts through her well developed
inner knowing through the kindness of nature

Universe Unites and Unties

Black but brilliant, because this BOWL is like the biggest Colander
And through each INDIVIDUAL aperture, the light expresses itself
LORD forbid that any aperture in said Colander will dare compare, -
Laugh in derision at other holes. We are ONE, but in different PLACES

Light Unites the Shadow of the Past

By George P. Lumayag
https://georgelumayag.weebly.com/

It was before that I wished
we would meet again.
Today is the realization
of my dreams.

These are the dreams of light
that would spark at the golden stone.

A gleam of light
that unites the shadow
of our past.

Music Unites People

The piano gracefully reveals it’s keys
And I feel sparks in my fingers
Even nature around can freeze
As I remember melodies in pictures.

My fingers dance upon black and white
A middle c fills the breeze
The sun listens till night
To my sorrow filled piece.

That speaks of the power of music
And how I longed to be reunited
My song becomes therapeutic
When my world and music are collided.

The minors become majors
As I sing with euphoria
A tune that stops strangers
Even young Victoria.

For when sweet sounds bounce in our heads
We dance and lock our hands
As we dream of them in our beds
Our messages shall expand.

We are combined
Through our voices
All our worries blind
For our tunes reborn joyous

I’ve said it many times before, and so I’ll say it one time more -
the many reasons which brought me right here to this community.

I was persuaded by a friend to come here, for it was the end
of a poetic family I’d loved called Shadow Poetry.

My husband never liked to read my poems. I realized I need
a way to show my meager art and let the whole world see my heart.

The other reasons I’m here too I’m sure are just the same for you.
I love to write, so came to find the poets who are of like mind.

Although no single site can be the Holy Grail of poetry,
Soup’s International, and there are folks from almost everywhere!

For friendships found here who are dear is one more reason I am here.
I like the blogs, the comments and the contests. They are often grand!

At times we see a fight or two. That’s life; I shrug. What can we do?
I’m here inspired by contest themes- friends, their poems and writing dreams!

Premium Member The Sky Unites

Enjoying the stars
I like the light of the moon
The sun brings about the warmth
The sky unites them
Then add the clouds in the mix
So the sky looks worldly good

Holy Light, Christmas Unites

Illustrator all the years through
For the roads laden with dew
One day a fat man will arrive
Winds to fill with sweet drive

Scent of togetherness flows
Streets of hopeful stars glows
Cold breeze turns the nose red
This color of love widely spread

Smiles of tinkling bells filled joy
Dreaming sleigh ride as a decoy
Decorations tying the cities alike
Special treats being the delight

Rushing to shops to buy and buy
Presents and gifts touching sky
Listening tree the most desired
Adorning it together like a child

Hymns cheer the heart to unite
Santa must be soon by the side
Hopes and aspirations tie family
Christmas turns heart go homily

One Dream Unites

Between the earth and clouds above
Aloft on lifting breeze
Exists the world of happiness
It’s where you find your dreams
Day or night, in light or dark
It matters not, just try
Imagine now a world of thought
If you would close your eyes

Relax your mind, so it can breathe
Let your heart and mind combine
I’ll meet you there, where dreams unite
Even now, if so inclined
Or else, at any other time
Your dreams permit me chance
I’ll find you there, among the clouds
And there we two will dance
