Tongueless Poems

The Ministers of Madness and the Surgeons of Suffering

Surgeons of soundless suffering, led by ministers of madness,
The dead drown whilst muttering of intolerable sadness.

Atop the tallest towers of the dark city
Aloft spires of insanity, so do they weave
the existential lies of mortality.

Where the living are led to conceive and so believe
That which is mad, continuously the surgeons weave

And knit half truths of life, disguising words of strife
with lies as their knife unto the remains of humanity.

Surgeons who cut and tear with
Words too elaborate to question or mentally bare
or visually see.

The ministers of madness, feed the masses with words
That ought to be the chirping of birds,

Words that sound near obliterate
born of tongueless mouths that art illiterate.

Hall of Silent Women

in valhala
in a far corner
of this martial paradise
is one small unobtrusive hall
above the heavy iron door
these words are faintly inscribed

“ the war department
 regrets to inform you
that your son……
has been killed
in action, in defence of……”

women
silent
row upon row
straight backed, tight lipped, blank eyed
their amputated anger melting hearts
while words swift shot pierces soul

women
from life first stirrings
through vaulted cave to clapboard ranch
crouched sweating over birthing pit
to numbed white linen labour
in their pain and joy shudders steel shod feet
march through the womb.

women
ancient cauldrons
endless source of armoury
kept tongueless
then given tongue to teach
man made words
toy soldiers bleed rust.

in valhala
indeed in every martial paradise
there is one small unobtrusive hall
above the heavy door
words are faintly inscribed…

There Is a Truth

There is a night
so dark, yet so bright.
Only the blind sees through.

There is a song
so loud yet inaudible.
Only the ear-less discerns.

There is a food
so sweet yet so bitter.
Only the tongueless enjoys.

There is a path
so wide, yet so narrow.
Only the amputees treads

May the truth set you free!

SAPPHIRE EYES SAVED ME

Wrap me within sapphire eyes that saved me
Caress my thoughts as my lips kiss your all
Softly, hold me as you set my spirit free

Fingers meet unveiling your secrets thee,
in misty eyes, do quest for love's fine goal.
Wrap me within sapphire eyes that saved me

tongueless tones-- thirst the fire of liberty
love memories blow thy mundane doubts troll
Softly, hold me as you set my spirit free

A single smile can flood my soul with glee
let your eyes mirror my life substance role.
Wrap me within sapphire eyes that saved me,

the longevity of our stare marks history
for no thorns nor cross can collapse our control
Softly, hold me as you set my spirit free!

When trials rain, point my heart to victory
as I gaze to your eyes, I am consoled
Wrap me within sapphire eyes that saved me,
softly hold me as you set my spirit free!

Somewhere Between Star Dust

Some where between star dust
And fissioned syllables
Our moonstruck lives gazed at
No more, context in un-utterables
Becomes the strangers at the door.
We have lost crown and glory
To thresh dictionaries for honor
Imbedded in us before.
I ponder the meaning of all I am
Hand crafted mountain
Sculptured portrait drawn on light
Ransomed by the tongueless lamb
The word becoming dust
Stored in a mound
Of silent churchyard.
O to hear the word again
It is very good
Without sentence and sentience
Among the singing of the stars
I who was deaf in the beginning
Gazed at in praise again
Where memory is desolate and there is no pain.

PERCEPTION

Before the abyss, I had it all
Letting go of all I see
My friend, I hope our time won't end
It took a short time for you to notice
Without knowing who I am
We talked, we became friends

Connecting the dots, missing every line
Connect them and figure me out
Randomly it comes your way
Underneath a never known chemistry
Ask me to stay and I may
Grinding your teeth into my way
Cut out my eyes, and store them up
A tongueless mouth, nothing to say

Maybe by tomorrow you will forget
Losing myself in my own conversation
Hiding behind my one big regret
Don't know, Don't care
You had me open up
A book I closed, knowledge lost

No need to see
A mystery called deception
What I am cannot be seen with the naked eye
Along came you using your *ucked* up perception
The ability you miss use
making sense of this connection
A process you carry with your own patterns
You asked, you listened, without making assumptions
A taste to take off my shoulders,
To release an error locked in my Asylum
I myself am enjoying the insights about him
He's got me convince, using his perception

Doom

one day if you should walk
by these ending ages,and by
these apocalypse infested youth
you should trode in a realm, where
cats be standing way taller than men

or in falling london bridge,where
above the seas the mermaid should rise
and tongueless fishes should utter good
lingo,pray my friend,pray

if perharps you should catch a gaze
of pollens,than transfer making love
under the smiting sun,pray

the end is sooner thsn the thought
of it,and peace doth exile

judgement is upon us

Premium MemberConquest

...And then they speak of un-translatable conquests,
Though my face looks so much like your face
And our voices can get caught and surprised in mutual, glancing harmony
Over and over and then something else always occurs.

That altering conquest
Where the thing called "love" is pushed aside
For a shinier jewel,
Where your face is definitively strange
And you become the "other,"

And our union waits for the reunion;
And they keep speaking of it in warping language,
Salted from life's breathe,
Because we all learn as we go,
Finally finding that all rivers flow to the sea,
All conquests being the one multitudinous leap
Into that tongueless all-glowing haze
Where love bleeds into mouths.
Skinless and earthless we receive and
Exhale ancient space.
The space of permanent peace.
