Premium Member The Thief Called Time

Time doesn’t care if you beg or you pray..
It slices the hours and steals them away.
No bargain, no mercy, no pause in the chase..
It carves out your future, erases your place.

Each second you squander is gone with a grin..
A thief with no conscience, no loss, no sin.
It won’t write apologies, won’t grant reprieve..
It takes what it’s owed when you dare to believe.

Stop whining of chances you swear will arrive..
The clock only honours the ones who survive.
Stop mapping a someday that never comes true..
The moment is dying, it’s calling for you.

Time doesn’t wait and it doesn’t forgive..
It’s now or it’s nothing, decide how you’ll live.
It circles, it waits, it will cut you in two..
Take hold of your moment, or it will take you.

The One I love The Most

You're the one I can't live without.
This fact is true, I have no doubt.
I love the way you smile at me.
I love the way together we're free.
You may be strange and slightly loony,
But all this means nothing to me,
Because you are who you are,
And I can see your beauty
Inside and out,
Which is what threw me.

When every day I see you,
Till then I cannot wait.
To know what we will go through
Is in the hands of fate.
The first time that I saw you,
I knew I must steal your heart.
I hope that it's mine forever
And that we never do part.

You are the one I love the most,
And to this here fact, I propose a toast;
May we grow old and still have fun,
Because I love you and my heart you've won.

Disregard for the Cynic

My disregard for the cynic
was so deep, that I chose to
live life in a dream.
If I want flowers and soft nights,
I'll find them.
If I want hills and herds
of Sheep, the echo of wind
round my body, I'll go live it.
There are aspects of life
that are hell. And the hell we carry
round inside.
If I want hell, I'll make my own.
And I'll fade with it, into
soft petals of the Hawthorn.

The Space Between Goodbye

Childhood abandonment
makes you miss everyone
you've met and all of
the people you're
yet to meet.

It makes you hug
differently, and love
more passionately.

But on the flipside,
it makes you hyper-independent,
and it makes you push people
away when they get closest
to you.

I'd tell you goodbye,
but I can never bring myself
to do it.

Nobody important to me
has ever said it - not a single
one.

And so,
I linger,
in the spaces between
holding on and letting go,
waiting for someone to prove
they won't leave.

Though deep down,
I already know.
You're already gone,
and you haven't
been listening.

The Cipher

Follow this picture of a cipher
until the paint has set
& dried
They tarred & feathered a
Phoenix rising
and paved the way
for it to rise
They tried to sever golden
wings & many were in
so they could fleece
This only awakened what had
been sleeping
& resurrected the
deceased
May sleeping minds rest in peace
while they decipher
waking dreams
In a world built upon perceptions
things are rarely what
it seems
It's coming apart & loosened seams
expose deception behind
the veil
What's grounded today will
fly tomorrow
as sunken ships emerge
to sail
Their hearts are weighed
on sliding scales
& things can slip
when they are wet
Each act is liquid but all is leveled
so they'll endure what
they beget
There's no regrets while
in the moment
but things are clear
in sights behind
Eyes once covered now see it
clearly
they followed others
leading blind

The Long Roads

So many roads
Thousands of miles
Half going somewhere
Half showing the way back
You will never know which is which
Nobody will tell you the truth
No one knows the way to go
One thing you should remember
Wherever you go, the best thing is
You will no longer be here

Premium Member DAILY GRATITUDE THE LITTLE PRINCE

Whenever I see hate winning the battle over love…
and I cringe and cower and wince…
I am grateful for Antoine de Saint-Exupery
and his story of the Little Prince.

For even a Little Prince who fell to the Earth
from out of the sky
knew It is only with the heart that one can see rightly;
what is essential is invisible to the eye

Light in the Midnight

Bright midnight,
Tranquil moment,
Unveiling mysteries,
The unseen is known,
There’s a deluge of the unheard.

Flaunting her flashy dress, went for the show
Careful of every step, she moved quite slow
Sadly, tripping on her skirt,
Fell flat, but feigned a show smart.
With a smile, began spinning on her toe.

The Lame Bird

Sitting on the wire she glooms and alone
‘Down forth’ all beckon,
‘Bits of bread are there
Pick up lest the other demands share’.
The lame bird flaps in the air
Rolling down from her breast a feather,
Pecking a bit with a sense
The escorts saving by defence.
A hunter hits like the lightning from the blue
None finds out yet its clue,
Concreted blood splitting and dog's spittle
Absence of delay makes her utmost brittle,
The barking dogs in the narrow city
Whose have with her no affinity,
All green leaves falling upon ground
That is for love beyond of bound,
Odium! Odium! to the merciless beings
The supreme creatures for whom so long she sings.

Bottom of The Iceberg

We're at a place where government can
dehydrate dreams,
change hues with color,
lie on the cross,
and have a fetish phuccing children
as long as the price is right.

To screw an angel
has to be the bottom of the Iceberg.

The Storm of the Sea

A giant storm is brewing
Because the wind is howling with the sharpness of the cold
Calculating blades of the great and weak
Destroyers and defenders of oppositional forces
Encapsulating one another in a great deal that starts to die in the great
Fire which burns brightly into the night prior to the people
Gorging their bellies full of drink and food while
Having the storm outside howl with loudness and
Intense beats upon the house of the leader, who we call the
Jarl, that gathers their people in the great hall to keep them safe from the
Killing storm outside of the great house, their concern of
Love is the purest form of respect
Manifesting into something
New and not confusing as it is an
Original concept that needs no
Proper introduction because it is the only
Quick explanation for
Righteousness
Self-less service
Tactfulness and a deep
Understanding, that would shock a person in the manner of a larger
Voltage
Wishing to only become part of a unit that does not
Wallow in the misery of others as the current
X-men focus on becoming different members of the world
Zoo.

The One That Changes Me

Ascending into the warp time zones of my mind
Jilted and jaded it all plays the same
Lost in inception caught in transparency
I want to break away
Not willing to fade
I stand here today
Incredibly humble
But seeking something more
I've been here and there
Shined in the light of shame
Coward in the dark of truth
Seeking some change
Carry the burden of pain
I wish to rise above the negative
A positive line is what I long for
It's not what I seem to be capable of
Alone and afaird is there somewhere to go
Beyond here
When it all crumbles
It falls apart
What will it take
What do I do
Where do I go
Is the destination clear
Is the goal absolute
In the challenges of today the past haunts the soul
In times of decent I need to outreach this bubble
I feel I deserve what is yet to come
Wish I had a clear vision
A course to follow with no obstacles
But life is not about easy its not about hard but it is what you make it out to be
Just continue forward
Never step back because in the end
This day means more then yesterday
It states that this is who I am
And I will always be the one that changes me.

Passion of the Flame

Each time I see her face, there is a spark of immense desire
The flame dances in the wind of despair
My heart feels like it is being set on a ceremonial marriage pyre
Oh but his heart does not need to be in a state of repair

The external pack sees his happiness as a cause of joy
Each step he takes they applaud his actions and give him praise
Others may see it as a thought to destroy
To him it is the opportunity to go through the phase

A kiss from the flame is done through words and actions
The dancing flame shows his passion
He knows that her heart is not in other factions
During one night of stress, she gave him compassion

As he dreams to one day hold her in his arms
He promises to protect her from all harms
