Bath

In an ice bath.
Fingers bubbling, being unveiled.
Everything is like mental illness.
Because they say it so much.
Footprints, grass, and trumpets.
All fastened to my being with paper clips.
Holding gently like fingernails.
A polo shirt makes me wander around.
The TV is dripping like salad dressing.
Beautiful type of window seat.
Where I gradually remembered that I hate things.
Dripping, odd, polished,
The sacrifices.
I don’t know how to emerge from.
The ice bath hours ago.
Fingers bubbling.
No one could live in a pile of ice.
It does melt like radioactive flower petals.
Me.
In an ice bath.
It's like a teleportation device.
It’s too cold for nothing.

Therapy with Theos

Perceive me through your senses,
Like God in the Old Testament.

Feel the warmth.
Enveloping, comforting your cold heart.
See the sand.
Shimmering, hypnotising you into a trance.
Hear the bubbles.
Stroking, nursing those half-open wounds.
Smell the tranquility.
Meditation, teleportation, unending calm.
Taste the saltiness.
Following, escorting you back home.

Or was the sea shore your home?
Or just a therapy you sought?

Premium Member Solitude In the Shadows

In the shadows, there’s a certain clarity,
A taste of downcast darkness,
A truthful distillation.

In the shadows, there’s a granularity,
A note of deep resignation,
A smokey reverie.

In the shadows, there’s a drowsy gauze,
A placid, pensive surrender,
A tranquil, hushed balm.

There’s a solitude in the shadows
On the edges of our survival.

In the shadows, there’s a roving phantasm,
A secret summoning presence,
A holy reckoning.

In the shadows, there’s a biting wind,
A polar pivot between life and death,
A dark reaper beckoning.

In the shadows, there’s a waiting epiphany,
A shred of universal mind,
A being and becoming.

There’s a solitude in the shadows
On the edges of our survival.

In the shadows, there’s a quantum inkling,
A blink of teleportation,
A ghostly comprehension.

In the shadows, there’s a whisper bodhi,
A glint of mindful rapture,
A quiet, private lumen.

In the shadows, there’s a bead holding all,
A speck of every thought,
A trace of every entanglement,
                         A solitude in the shadows.

Things To Think About Later

Roast beef on Rye. Pastrami on toast, a Rubin -
I only have thinly sliced bologna. Not hungry anyway.

Beyond a window, a dog is on my lawn, my mind shouts,
surprisingly the dog seems to hear me.
I have powers.

A record player drops into my mind
the vinyl is spinning, the needle is tracing,
silence roars on. I sing along.

I find an old British sixpenny-bit in Ohio
amazing how we all take teleportation for granted now.

A door knob rattles,
my ears get hairy,
am I being paranoid or is this nervous state
the result of living alone in my head for too long?

This afternoon I will still be here
watching my show.
You star you. I always did like your eyes
they shine like flying saucers.

Note. Make the bed before I sleep
I wrecked it last night.

If I remember, I will consider forgetting all of this.

Premium Member Spooky Action At a Distance

Einstein’s numbers predicted it.
Alas, this classic physicist rejected it.
Tiny, entangled particles in mutual dependence
Separated by the longest distances.

Spooky action at a distance,
We cannot grasp this miracle,
Yet, science verifies the fact.
Objects the size of Buckyballs
Can link trillions of miles apart.

This communication or teleportation
ten thousand times faster than light!
Yes, au revoir light speed,
From your limits are we freed!

Spooky action at a distance,
Engineers dream of quantum computers.
Might we also harness this quandary
To reach the outer edges of space?

Might this anomalous principle
Account for certain sky visitors,
Objects authoritatively recorded,
Abruptly perishing in our clouds?
Spooky action at a distance.

A Cosmos President

What would a Cosmos President Do?
If I were ever elected President
Of the United States
This is what I would do
First I would announce
We are going to go to Mars
The Moon and beyond
We would develop WARP capable space ships
And teleportation devices
We would solve climate change
We would transition to the green new deal
We would set up Medicaid for all
We would mandate national service
In return, we would pay for college
For all who want to go
And small business loans
To set up a start-up
I would launch
Operation cure cancer
And Alzheimer's as well
That is what a Cosmos President would Do

Running out of topics so here's what I suggest
For every topic you send me, I'll give you a warm caress
Though distances are vast
Somehow I'll manage
“Teleportation” sounds good, no matter your address

Premium Member Empty Pocket

playing solitaire, staring at four squares,
stepping on cracks.
the hole in our plan — an empty pocket.

cards thrown down — they’ve disappeared,
both the king and queen, with rough-edged crowns,
like outer space jesters.

bed sheets roll over, cooling down once more.
the checkerboard floor waits for the ruling court.
t’will be alright at morning light.

cruising at heightened emotion, spoilt by nighty-night waves.

stars blinded us — packed so tight,
the royal couple fights to get out of the suitcase.

scouring for ice cream cone at midnight,
during customer service hours.

   Alice lies about wonderland.
the white rabbit checks his time once again:
   “Are you ready for teleportation?”

happens all the time it seems!

The Garden of Love 2k12

Thro' enchantment's copses, a transportation;
Countless vacation an ancient garden.
Love's eden; A rapturous teleportation
Wherethrough blooms roses adored therein such garden.

Scientific Schizoid

SPIRIT OF FEAR,
FILLIN' THE ENTIRE EARTH.
PEOPLE YOU HOLD DEAR,
YIELD TO CONTEMPTUOUS MIRTH.
RUMORS OF MYSTERIOUS PRECOG',
PROPHESYING DOOM.
BEWARE OF EVIL HOG,
WITH HEAD FULL OF PLUME.
MENTAL TELEPORTATION,
MUTE FOOLS COMMUNICATE.
ALIENS OF OUTER DIMENSION,
SEEKING TO EXPROPRIATE.
LIFE CHANGING EVENTS,
NO WORDS OF COMFORT.
GUINEA-PIG PATIENTS,
TREATED AS BRONZE WORTH.
NO WORDS OF FORGIVENESS,
HELL FOLLOWS THEM.
ALTHOUGH IN DARKNESS,
THERE APPEARS NO END.
SNOW ON THE ROOF,
BUT FIRE IN THEIR HEART.
NO AMOUNT OF SPOOF,
CAN BREAK 'EM APART.
BITTER-SWEET RESENTMENT,
NO RETURN TO INNOCENCE.
DEEP MENTAL ENTRAPMENT,
FOOLS CRAVE SECOND CHANCE.
DARK MATTER PRODUCTION,
SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH.
INEXPLICABLE EQUATION,
LEAVING FOLKS IN A LURCH.

Techno Philosophy

From the origin of philosophy
man has yearned
To be god and has learned
simply technology
Honestly
the rules have melded in policy
Requiring only the quality
of artificial intelligance (purposefully misspelled)
To raise the upper echelon
of robots and androids
antiques,entertainment and hand toys
preachers preach and scientist drone
of the inevitable creation of clones
creation of life
promotion of homosexuality
and less human casualties
leading to over population
and the people in power stations
to create and destroy towers of babel
instant transmission and teleportation travel
judge of all, holder of the gavel
our peoples greatest weakness is our own ignorance
for we know not the power we have in our senses
but since, we know not what we do
I'm ready for technological advancement, are you?
