Tangled Poems

Premium MemberTangled In Helium Balloons

Birds wrapped in sung sun swallows
tangled in helium let off balloons
bursting to confetti on new year's eve
silvery sliding snakes race the rails
against roller- racing take-off gliders
Every father's grudge to my pain
auto-flight lever adjustments
The rotors caught up in balloons,
black and filled with octopus ink
and finally pressure bursts on the fink.

Tangled in Haze

Who am I to be in pain,?
When no blood gushes through my vein?
Why be ecstatic when it rains,
Doesn’t it end up in the drain?
Why am I drenched in disdain,
When I take a trip down the memory lane?

Is it love, or just a glance I seek,
Is the world too calloused or am I too meek?
Made of

Night Attire

Spoke to a bloke
from Blighty
whose wife
wouldn't wear a nightie
when she rolled over
he told me
her ankles were tangled
then turned back
her throat strangled
all the more
'I can't retire' she sleepily said
so instead she wore
bloomers to bed

Oh, What A Tangled Interweb We Weave

Don't like the look of what's going on
seems to you something's wrong
the smell of corruption in the air
look around it's everywhere
can't place the feel of what's happening here
could it be something to fear
the sound of conniving on the wind
a warning call for all thin-skinned
so round and round and round we go
where it stops no one

Tangled up in you

I remember the day I saw her,
running down the avenue...
Chestnut hair flowing in the air,
I was taken by the view

She was running late, ran by my gate,
saying how do you do....
I said, don't run away, come make my day,
turn

Tangled

There’s something horrible about the tangles.
Like- everyone can eat the curly strands.
But no one knows what it costs.
When I had more than two eyes.
And the laundry got put away every day.
I could still laugh like that.
The face tangles up when you squint.
A burning, quick idea.
When you eat

there was a young cad named O’Byrne
who dallied with the lasses and then spurned
till one day he tangled with Molly
who wouldn’t put up with such folly
and poor ole O’Byrne got burned

Premium Member The Tangled Spider Web That Grows Whilst Panning For Gold

In one short conversation:

First lie- you paid for the grandparent's funeral. No, it was already paid by them in advance with their money thru someone else.

Second lie-you know she didn't like our father; no, I despised your father. The father abused me, because he knew about the real father.

Third lie-It was all about the poisoned

Under cyanic horizon Sun sinks down, bids bye.
Twilight is welcomed by quiet evening sky.
In V-shaped design eager egrets to fly.
Sadness prevailing ! cawing crows cease to cry.

In a labyrinth of tangled threads, we struggle, always breathing the aroma of death,
Playing on the edge of our graves like children who do not know the destruction of flames.
The justification for our love of this game
And the endless desire to escape what ends our suffering
Is the greatest enigma.
It has taken all our books, quirky

Tangled paths

In our human journey, we all have flaws,
They're woven into life's every pause.
Sometimes we hurt those we hold so dear,
Though it's not on purpose, the pain is clear.
Inside, we want to share the hurt we feel,
As hearts quietly ache, apologies we conceal.
But sometimes, those we love may hurt us too,
Adding twists to life, making trust

Tangled up

How much my wish is for you to believe.
Your place in my heart that those eyes couldn't see.
Predestined obsession of hurts, hopes, and dreams.

Premium MemberI watched you as you tangled stars in the horizon of my life

I watched you as you tangled stars in the horizon of my life,
Stirring my imagination in your wake, a comet's tail gone adrift.
It was the overwhelming brilliance of your charm that envelops,
A sweet captivity, a game of pure magic, majestically imperative.
I stood, propped up by dreams, beholding you, an ephemeral wonder,
In a sleep dizzy from
