To the barbaric knobs who made the call
to cull our Brumbies, down you’ll fall.
Such a horrible death, with so much pain
what you’ve done is rotten - insane.
You murderous pricks, this won’t be forgot
shooting our Brumbies, I hope you rot.
So UnAustralian, sickening to the core
such filthy liars, corrupt and more.
You’ll pay for your crimes, the fights just begun
the helicopters will turn, so you’d better run.
People are awake and asking why
you murdered such beauty from ground and sky.
The blood that shed is on your hands
it’s you who’ve destroyed our precious lands.
Not the horses so spirited, wild and true
but gutless people who haven’t a clue.
These Horses are cherished by many world wide
they roam Kosciuszko with peace & pride.
Shame on the Government - soulless hypocrites
the world is watching, you total Dimwits!
Part of our history is being erased that’s clear
these majestic beauties now run in fear.
So united we stand, Justice we seek
we are the voices, for horses we speak.

Premium Member Free Spirited Rime Couee

I have a strict morning routine,
my hairstyle is touchably clean.
Sometimes the curls go wild,
mirroring every thought growing.
Natural on the wind showing
an angle when profiled.

Never afraid to start over,
a new look’s a reinventor.
Taste is shown with a cut,
bringing about a toothy grin.
Radiating beneath the skin,
it’s that swag and a strut.

Way too feral to be tied up,
an iced coffee without makeup.
Real in the rawest way,
I can be out the door in five.
Free-spirited brunette’s alive
at the start of each day.

Premium Member Spirited NAKEDNESS-

Her spirit was naked
Her sight sachet the wind
Was her covering
Her lips were chap
She blew a kiss
Her mouth tasted the leaf
Leaves on the tree
The wind came and covering her
The clouds overlooked and covered her
Every raindrop that fell from third heaven
Wet her physical body
You see she clothes in God
And she could never be naked

Spirited Dancer

A follow through the heart,
A star in the wings,
For I never know what this dance will bring,
Following goes through the floor,
When your a dancer told to dance no more,
A turn just once follows the story to be told,
All the movements we faced have drawn us old,
All the criticism we take have to unfold,
The many times we dance are a few too much,
The many times we leap are grand in a lunge,
Calling our names,
While our backs are in a hold,
All the pain in our spine,
Is a story that's written in gold,
To the child I know,
Once soft and bold,
To what you became to be,
Has yet to unfold,
Once a dancer always a plan,
When a dancer there's no turning back,
Different times make a special place,
Special people take a difficult pace,
To be a star,
One needs to shine,
If another takes the light,
A new spirited dancer forms,
And we learn through the night,
A dancer recognises new storms.

Premium Member High Spirited Lass

Jacque was a high-spirited lass with a smile as wide as my room
You should ask her out everyone told Phil, a potential groom.
Phil had less energy than a gnat that was dying.
He could not imagine being around this lass even when trying.

I don’t think she’s for me he told the matchmaking folk.
He did not even add tomato or cheese to his fried-up egg yolk.
He could not imagine being in a room with a high-spirited lass like that.
Which is why he lived his entire seventy-six years in a bachelor’s flat.

Born as an Eagle, I know how to ride the wind
Born during the time of the Deer, I long to roam
Born to learn patience, and remember who I am

I soar in hopes to bring connections between dots
I wander through nature to help find the lost keys
I sit in solitude needing less than I have

Here, I work to keep myself aligned, free-spirited
Here, I find my grounding through the shadows
Here, I am the Sun shining to help you find your way

Premium Member I Danced With Them All

in streams of sunbeams inviting
my face to turn upwards
I am captured by intangible senses of
nutmeg and cinnamon communion-
candy-coated moments blossoming
As the wizard of memories wakes a dream

speechless and smiling
standing and body turning with movement
I am drawn onto the shag carpet
of blades sprouting green lightheartedness
tickling the soles of my feet
unabashedly bare
naked on an aimless path

shuffling gaited rhythms of a waltz step
striking with carefree muted thuds
on the squishy sod
jumping-running-skipping…
lifting ever higher-a freedom
that only children know

visitors from the ghosts of my youth
appear from the mettle of my core
singing, talking and laughing
each lyric echoing unrestrained
their haunting chimes pasted
in a basket of blue skies painted
with art of clouds
colored like vague stranded souvenirs-

a pictorial imbued across the horizon
a stage-play of our backyard friendships
step-by-step twirling-arms swinging-round
bare feet colliding with smiles
and I…..with great laughter...
I danced with them all!

Spirited Gestures

Cast restlessness about the wind,
That toss and empty leaves from trees,
The autumn season sees them thinned,
A tingling sense of breathing squeeze,
Be auburn reds hint golden scene,
Like royal robes and crowning queen.

Genteel polish a crystal shine,
Oblige passage involving wake,
Luster beckons whispering shrine,
A pristine call edges a lake,
Mindful ears recognize courses,
Coming wafts like thirsty horses.

Slight Boreas push chills a bit,
Zephyrus cut short, warms again,
A tit for tat that never quit,
The disturbed rest till strength regain,
Nature takes heed and nothing more,
Benumbed deep down within its core.

Relaxed lay calm felt now surrounds,
Idling base fresh breezes fill,
Perianths rise and fall on grounds,
Prompts unfailing the currents spill,
Unseen traces the length of thee,
Forces abound heaven's decree.

I remember the words
You said to me.
Told me I'm strong-spirited.
I couldn't stand up for myself,
But inside I'd always be
The two words you said to me.

I remember the words
You called me.
Told me all my insecurities.
I couldn't deny it even for me,
But within I'd always be
The two words someone said to me.

I remember the words
You said to me.
Told me I have a strong spirit.
I couldn't escape to help myself,
But deep down I'd always be
The two words you called me.

I remember the words
Giving me the strength I need.
Never again may all this bother me.
Forever those two words
Make me see my inner strength's
All I have to believe in and need.

And I pulled out your heart
Your spirit Soul radiance Stars
Gleaming they burst
And as I was traumatized

Brightly shines your grace
As your spirit flies away

Righteously flown away in grace~

Spirited Wings

Pensively I ponder upon meanings that make me wonder
Are we bodies with a soul or souls in a body?
yet why do we box it up in glorified golden invisible cages?
making it feel like this is what it was meant to be?

How can my soul be courageous when she is limited to ideologies?
Should she not experience roads less travelled?
The risks of the unknown, meeting new goals
Exploring new horizons that holds mystical meaning.

My soul must be free to feel new energy
spread love and meaning to every organism
There mere liveliness and enthusiasm of soaring with no boundaries
the overwhelming experience of love, laughter, and zest of just being.

So, then when did this conform happen where we are chained to boxes
of worshiping sun, sea, mountains, and imaginary faces.
Stories of fear and banish should you rebel
How this came to be, is so hard to tell.

So, when death comes calling will our souls still have a religion?
or does the next realm hold no such meaning
We are all one, spirits just soaring
free, wild, brave, and every other character you stopped in the name of discipline or religion?

Premium Member Spirited Show

Grandpa and Grandma ghosts went jogging every night,
breezing past public parks gave everyone a fright!
they sprinted through darkness far away from the lights,
scaring life out of locals, when they came in sight!

They were both two happy ghosts who bore no one spite,
stuck to old routine, although no need to lose weight!
grandpa and grandma ghosts ran in glowing white tights,
grandma was petite short, grandpa double her height!

town rumours spread, about how the two ghosts could bite!
movies made to terrify, said all was not right!
despite stories they continued to jog each night,
no one ever hurt, so rumours dismissed as trite!

if you are at local park, Christmas late at night,
you may catch a glimpse of them where there is no light,
please stop to wave a happy hi, without any fright,
good souls will always be good, surely will not bite!
