Tired of overshadowin lies,
Of pleads and unheard cries.
Of the world we live in,
Of the way we with it spin.
Tired of all the politics,
Of the political hypocrites.
Once peaceful and green,
The world is cold and mean.
Tired of all the needles rules,
Of people always acting like tools.
Social order is barbaric,
Heartless and colder than the artic.
Lies surround is like air,
Within us it has it's lair.
We let is take our sanity,
Caring only for self and vanity.
The things I see and hear everyday leaves me with no way, speaking constantly
Hey!
As I meet and try to keep someone always got to pull the sheet.
Cover my eyes prolong my cries, no slack on me thinking whose next in line.
Whose heart guide the key, and no life does not cheat.
Its not human but realer than real you'll never get it so what's the deal.
Ill suffer in hate vs. my family migrate similar to evacuate.
Its hard to watch people live in this world with hearts so cold, majority never make
it to get old, and lord knows.
If I could I would alot have the oppurtunity and I think they should.
Help one or more in need, your not promised to breath.
The world plus you, is there a sum?
Change today if tommorrow never comes.
Darkness and stillness are my friends
I am poverty and beggary is my trend
A matter of surprise but a subject not to hide
Ignorance is my mother and I am a fatherless child
Soaked in blood and covered with mud
I live in this world like a hopeless bird.
if the whole world turns like me?
A little carelessness turns out to be
Sinking deep in this dilapidated sea
I cry for a life, I cry for your mercy!
Window smooth
On surface move
Your hand to prove
The world to me
Illuminate
Upon your face
Discover God
To clue embrace
The world is yours
By marker held
Each motion news
In awe compelled
Equation sure
In light of sun
The handiwork
A mortal one?
And how be known
In light of this
When all will think
Much less and miss
The work you've done
To understand
When we have all
But shallow hand
The world is small in cyberspace
Where friendships are large and peace abounds.
Thought by thought we interlace…
Around the world similar people are found.
Those who care to share their love.
Those who see parallels in life…
Those who know the peaceful white dove.
And communicate goodness…not strife.
A world where ills all melt away,
Where affection grows a brighter day.
Where hope enjoys a colorful array.
And people across all nations pray.
Anonymous friends who set aside pride.
And develop emotions of kindness inside.
In cyberspace understanding comes alive.
People greet; then, within tolerance thrives.
(Cyber-friends set examples for the real world.
Associating in a place where possessions matter not.
With our deepest hopes and fears unfurled,
We go where wisdom grows without being bought.)
Amid the worlds of fellowman we learn.
Acceptance and tolerance delivers dreams.
Where man is kind and does discern.
But beyond the world of cyber space…power schemes –

As I see it. Early to rise. Fighting traffic, that's a classic story. Rewind repeat, change
clothes, Rewind repeat change clothes. Now press play to go. 40 hours a week of those mind
numbing conversations contemplations on how to make business grow.
But just below, street game hustles, mind fried customers who are addicts of street business.
Crack pipe, sparking lights, veins that caress venom. Children are not children. Women are
not women. And men have wavered, choosing to live on their knees rather than dying for
beliefs. As I see it.
Wars and rumors of wars on foreign soil. Feed the compliancy of our home base because we
just watched it on T.V. Worlds apart but only one world to live in. As I see it.
Cramped living spaces. Over time the racial faces change and market value raises. Now, it's
prime property. Prime monopoly, sub prime catastrophe. Sub level, real trouble because
companies ceilings are made of glass. The way that I see it.
Better believe it. Be strategic. Just getting life as it comes is a falsehood. Change the cards
that are dealt. The world I live in. The world as I see it.
I'm disappointed not because am hungry
but it's the world that tortures me.
I say am disappointed not because am sick
but it's my life that needs care every time.
I'm disappointed again not because i will die
but it's those who hate me everyday.
I'm disappointed a lot not because am poor
but it's those who make the world hard
because of corruption and wars.
I say am disappointed!
How has technology saved us?
The world almost runs itself
Digital empires in our hands
Keeping everything in demand
Just another buzz word again
What remains a classic lasts
Now becoming the end of this
The next best thing never is
Screens might be counterfeit
Put down the phone for a sec
You may just run into a pole
Look at the world around you
Do you feel your own energy?
Wonderful Anthems
Here and there into symphonies weaving
Words, panegyric words, inebriating
Nations everywhere each with glory beatifying
Faith, love, courage beautifully praising
Ethics, peace and hope in every song, exhilarating
Unity all are calling; freedom dearly holding
Life, shelter, chastity, wonders everyone offering
So many egos awry inflating
Schizophrenic world
Schizophrenic world we are building
False most hymns are sounding
Dissonant words travel to hearing
Peoples slowly, painfully dying
Hunger, famine more land gaining
Casus bellis easily finding
Exclusion, hatred everywhere disseminating
Extolled virtues nowhere, any longer existing
Human fresh flesh cheaply exposing
Scavengers we are all turning
Schizophrenic world
Schizophrenic world we are all building.
There is no true social reform or reconstruction
without individual effort toward a new direction
our social ill's have many philosophic maxims
all somewhat similar to the Pandora's box syndrome
People are the way they are, because
the world is the way it is...
The world is the way it is,because
people are the way they are...
It becomes a collective challenge thru individual effort,
from the inside out,a personal and worthy endeavor
adjustment of the social whole appears superficial
from one to the many, natural process toward the special...
One of the worlds oldest riddles...
" What came first, the chicken or the egg? "
There is no resolution,or reconciling universal mysteries,
until we can approach and understand the mystery of Man...
The world slumbers past the rise of the moon
And the mist of dark creeps upon Us like a blanket of shadow,
Crawling from the farthest horizon
As the world falls under the mist
Mortal genies crawl out of the cracks in the earth
And one by one they eavesdrop on our dreams
One by one they hoard our secrets
Star-crossed lovers and dusk veiled bandits,
And as dawn wills itself to rise
The mortal genies take their well kept secrets
And scurry into their cracks in the earth
Ready to rise in the morning amongst the rest of men,
As the mist of dark fades away and recedes to the horizon
And the moon stretches back to its eternal bed
The sun greets it with a knowing smile
And the Moon replies of mortal men:
“Alas, if only keeping secrets from Us
Were as easy as keeping their secrets from one another”

The cherub lies asleep in the cradle in the perfect baby room
The parents who sugarcoat society for their children are doomed
Tell them fairy tales that are magical and can believe
The pusher on the corner is the one in today's world with the magic up his sleeve
Scary world to raise a child and teach them to respect others
Sitting on the school bus and cut down the poor kid's mother
Fifth grade, Julie is gaining weight
Brad, her so called boyfriend sealed her childhood fate
A strange smell emerges from a boy's toilet stall
The door opens, 3 boys exit, the police are waiting in the hall
The boys laugh, they are only thirteen so juvee is their next stop
Metal detectors at all the doors
Guns, knives are taken daily, some kid bullied by a jock, just trying to even the score
We as parents, see it from another angle
We just can't understand the generation of entitlement is our Fallen Angels
The headlines scream, I quickly turn the page.
What can I do? I understand the rage.
If they were here and pleading at my door,
I'd raid my pantry for these hungry poor.
We fill the baskets in our church food drive.
I pray my share will keep one child alive.
I buy the goat I've been told will fulfill
Some family's needs and feel vicarious thrill.
I gladly give my meager widow's mite
Knowing full well the good it does is slight.
American farmers strive the world to feed.
Charities send it to the world in need.
But there are some encountered on the way
Who filled with greed, cause our good gifts to stray.
No one person, charity or nation can
Fill every need of every child or man.
Meanwhile, neglecting those who are most close.
I mourn my grandchild, dead from over-dose.

What a sick world we live in,
for we are trying to rid;
The world of our homeless
and the mentally ill that's hid.
We look down upon all people,
who have been convicted of a crime;
We say that all bikers
are nothing more then slime.
And if you have a tattoo,
that other people can see;
Then you must be a drug dealer
it makes no sense to me.
How can we teach our children,
to love rather then hate?
When all the world around us,
is in such a sad state?
Sometimes it makes me sad,
most times it makes me cry,
To think that the American dream,
is nothing more then a lie!
So I'm one of you,
No matter what place I come from,
No matter what place I call home,
No matter whose blood
Flows each day through my veins -
It is only the power
Of mind that will reign,
No matter what language
My countrymen speak,
First of all, in a man
It's a heart that you seek.
In this boundless world
We're all nothing but dust,
But we all have a heart,
Able to love and to trust.
In each language these words
Mean the same as in yours.
Poor or rich, black or white -
It's not our choice,
But for peace we will fight,
Will be heard every voice!
Since the first breath I made
Have for freedom all rights,
I'll get over the pain
For my freedom and life!
In your sins you blame all
Who are different or weak -
That's denying your fault,
Helplessness... don't you think?
Fight for life, fight for all,
And you'll get freedom, too.
In this strife for our world
I am still one of you.
