He sleeps like a koala from seven to eleven.
While I'm here simply left waiting and wondering just when
Is the specific time that I can even speak to him again.

baby badgers lying on her dress
guarded by spotted fawn and twin bunnies
puffy lavender mushroom cluster stands guard
gorgeous turquoise sky full of diamonds smiles

There she slumbers, 
Under the grey skies, 
Knitting her black and whites, 
Into a tune 
or 
Call it a remedy,
Medicine for subliminal tragedies, 
She is not gentle, 
but fierce, 
Painting her masterpiece 
As she rehearse, 
Strength is the synonym, 
Risking on the surface, 
The fear of being uncontained, 
The pain endured Moment by moment,

    stark relief
saturated
  & allusive
oblique in
 transition
to influence
 the ascendant

 impetuous
interplay
   devolved by the
organic
slight& aslant

(Silly nerd)
Was seamless dreams
In vivid colors of
Visions in
Slumbers

As the night 
	Lumbers 
alone
Into 
	Tomorrow
Morning

When numbers are 
Subtracted from
The meaning of dreams

And the deep sleep of
dreams is over

Siphon symphony verve blurred by saxophone sass
Floated lilly pad leap frog spring legged surety
Splats on brass buttoned soldiers dedicated amass


Bulbous glass swirl burgundy grape stem bitter 
Absorbs oak barrel sentiment, forested persuasion 
Ace praise expires, a swiftly swallowed splinter
Comical dive antics of cork fragmenting abrasion

When Dearest Muse Slumbers

If is posted such a popular number
  (as 'Time for a Break')
when dearest muse slumbers
  I may try something to numb her
    ~ My conscience unencumbered...

Of course, now she's fully awake
  I can no longer be a snowflake
She's back from her resort on the lake
   ~ Time

Where My Angel Slumbers

In the ruins of a castle,

Lives a dark and dusty love,

A single white feather,

Has fallen from above.


The dawn it lights his footsteps,

Stardust across the floor,

It lies there no more.


The dawn has surrendered,

And dusk has won the fight,

Poesie Slumbers

poesie slumbers
quietly breathing
swathed in white noise 
deep in reverie

poesie trances
in an English garden
picture windows
take after an Anglian sky

poesie rolls over
on freshly cut grass 
hedged in by Japanese Quince
the color of wild things waking

poesie sighs deeply
someone's pestering
a spiny shrub grows taller
a pond furthermore darkens

poesie tosses and turns
throws back the covers
lavender makes its entrance
into a parasoled cottage

Breeze Woman Slumbers

The moonlit grass was metaphorically mystic in its cool, methodical, grandiose offerings of solace to the gentle breeze-woman who could not abide the ruin of her evermore. 
Softly, silently, without any hesitation, she laid her burden down on the caring grass bosom illuminated by the entangled mono-speak of the faeries.
Butterflies surrounded her, illuminating her starlit

Reality Slumbers

Saffron sunbeams color chiffon
ribbons entangled in the clouds.
And purple lilacs scent the air;
wafting delicious aromas.

As orange tints the rim of Earth;
cinnamon skies showcase shy stars.
And when Twilight shifts into Dusk,
darkness descends, devouring day.

Cotton candy pink shields the sun
behind a bright magenta glow.
And a rising Moon's golden hue;
gilds alabaster clouds below.

Night dons a cloak of tattered

Humanity Slumbers

I live for blue foggy days
Where the birds sleep in numbers
When the world's in a haze
And humanity slumbers
