This is something every human wants to score
And never satisfied with a little but want more
To have control over your emotions and tears
Remote controlling your deepest inner fears
It excites them to know that they run your life
People pleasing will cause you to pay the price
Showering you with gifts so you're well pleased
Then telling you how to use them pays the fees
They would tell you that it is all in your mind
Drawing you in little by little as if you're blind
They would say whatever just to gain your favor
Once gained they turn into your slave owner
Money can't buy you love nor control either
To except help from others don't be too eager
They say before you sign take time to read
Its true because many have tried to contol me
Be not afraid
To fight the right fights
The hate, the hatred
To regain your rights
To end bigotry, racism
Fascism and nepotism.
Be brave
Like a heroic slave
Who is not afraid
To be whipped, raped
By an inhuman master
By a greedy slave owner.
Be not afraid
To fight for the weak
The underprivileged
Every single week
Every time
They’re victim of a crime.
Be not afraid to fight
The right fights
Every time you’re right
When your rights
Are denied and violated
When you’re humiliated.
You’re not a poor slave
You’re from no enclave
You’re from here
You belong to every tier
Of this picturesque landscape
That no eyes can escape.
Be not afraid
To dream, to dare
To fight hard and fair
Against the hatred
The bigots
And the nuts.

A complicated issue may often be better understood
By breaking it down into a few undeniable facts.
This is especially helpful with comprehending
An issue that is new, or unfamiliar.
For example:
Thomas Jefferson was a famous American,
A man of many accomplishments.
He was a scholar, a scientist,
An inventor, an author,
A musician, a statesman,
A president, and a plantation owner.
As a plantation owner,
He was also a racist,
A slave owner,
And a rapist
Who exploited the labor
Of fellow human beings
For his own profit.
That is all verifiable history.
It’s as simple as that.
Let the truth be told.
That’s critical race theory.

Dear Donald,
Yes, George Washington was a slave owner.
He also wore a wig.
I suggest you adopt the latter,
and don't worry quite so much about the former,
because we are not about to Just Say Yes
to becoming your colony of enslaved worker bees.
Or, you might just adopt George Washington's haircut.
He didn't bother with the comb-over.
Speaking of comb-overs,
What does the evil of George Washington legally owning people
reduced to economically valued property
have to do with a balanced global view of human rights and violent wrongs
in the year 2017,
heading toward anti-comb-over 2020 revisions?
I'll take my answer off-line.
If I see you in a wig
I'll know your answer is
EcoPolitically clueless about health as truth-wealth,
as usual.
OutRageously NotListening Yours,
Your Uppity HairDesigner Slave
I am black and I say to kindred flames...
Never assert nor cry "things are the same".
It is the height of dishonor to our fathers,
Our hidden figures of the past, and our martyrs.
We no longer must hide. No need for underground trains.
Do not keep blaming injustice. It's a crooked cane.
Wait for the hand of the oppressor? That is madness!
Why would the oppressed ask the slave owner for access?
Let's take it upon our lettered selves to advance.
So, do not say "things are the same". Now is our chance!
If one hidden figure can succeed, there are no excuses.
If one hidden figure has engineered, where are the nooses?
It is a disgrace to our history to assert "things are the same".
It is a dishonor to our hidden figures...a noose and a chain.
