Premium MemberMera and Reva On a Fall Morning

When they sensed that it was time for a walk
Mera showed her happiness with some cheerful barks
Her energy indicated gratitude in anticipation of fulfillment of such a simple task
Although very eager, Reva was standing silent showing her big sisterly protocols

Start of the walk was exciting as usual
Both were prepared with their leashes and collars
Tails were wagging with joy and enthusiasm
Muzzles were ready to snuffle and relish outdoors

Roads were looking vibrant with autumn colors
Fallen leaves had spread carpet of jingles
Overjoyed Mera couldn’t get enough
Kept sniffing shrubberies in every corner

Reva kept herself busy marking her terrain
Drawing satisfaction from leaving traces in the domain
Mera’s creativeness was brought out by wet grassy scent
To justify her elation she had to take quite a few circular steps

The duo walked forward to another neighborhood
Smelling more sidewalks and bushes in passionate moods
A pale green round thing was spotted by Reva’s eyes
Her happiness increased when she got hold of that device

The walk concluded with delightful admiration
Both returned home with minds full of appreciation

DARKNESS GROWS IN THE GARDEN OF PLEASANTRIES

Meandering through the garden of pleasantries,
did you sense, the breathless pant of trees,
or hear, the violin seduction, of Cupid’s sentries,
or pierce the eyes, the blossom spread of luxuries?

Do tell of sandals, chains and locks lost in shrubberies!

O turtle doves, between your teeth, insolent mulberries.
Too soon succumbed to satin skin, fracas of discoveries.
The fruited-fountain of chocolate but noncommittal fudgeries.*
The shrieking tomb of sirens — seagulls sic the maggoty melodies.
The butterfly tresses of yesteryear sans curmudgeon cure of drudgeries.

You thought to toss away her sensuous beauty, with exorbitant lies.
No hope in her sea soaked eyes, salt preservative of glass flies.

That Motley Drama of Scenic Solitude

in the dead of (winter) night
in the dead of winter (night)
a mime was executed for stealing pancakes

the gunpowder tango sounded
over the burnt black bones of Bastille

wretchedness comes in manifold reverie
in distempered visions of epochal disasters

mime's widow's now loitering enshrouded
dismal and dismantled into the strawberry
storm of desolate lament on a horizon

monomaniacal embers of deceased mementos
shuddered after the rain of infirmity

day dawned once again with frolicsome frogmarch
in shrubberies echoing the ghastly romance

friendly fiends and fiercer fury of mountain tops
are inversed by limb contorting boredom
in the dead of (winter) night
in the dead of winter (night)

Rain Falls To Bestow a New Spirit

They say rain brings sorrow and pain
They say it comes to make you wail
I oppose, I've seen those drops falling down on my window glass
Every drop that plunges on the casement brings shaft of light in my eyes
Every dewdrop that falls down on my face invigorate my heart
I've seen that little seed budding faster than ever
I've observed the tiny pip becoming stronger
It lives just a few steps down the lane
As forever, rain has arrived with all the bliss and glee again
It is time to blossom and time to thrive for all the shrubberies, flora and human life
