One Man With a Poor Eye Vision

Decided to undergo circumcision.
But he perform it himself
And, of course, not too well,
From the start it was amiss decision

First Poem

This poem is Cole’s first
This poem wasn’t rehearsed
it’s not my best
but it’s not my worst
my creativity will show
the great changes my brain will undergo.

Alberta Stokes Up

Alberta likes to stoke up on some beer
That way, she conquers each one of her fears
   She can fly, even die
   Without batting an eye
But she still won't undergo a pap smear

An Occupation's a Narration

     An occupation is a narration
       telling one’s story
       in all its glory ...

     Though o’er the narration's duration
       ~ it may undergo alteration

Love Remains the Same

Past gone and now quite out of range
Everything will no choice undergo change
But
Love remains the same

Melody rhythm a beautiful love not gone
Now passion just memories leant upon
Still
Love remains the same

A Serious Emergency

My Beautiful One, don’t bask in the glory of the victory,
As you know,
our hearts collided accidentally,
Just be a little bit patient,
to remove your roots from my body
otherwise, I will soon undergo emergency surgery

Broken

Only a fool believes that they can't be broken.
My will has been broken time and time again,
to the extent of feeling as if I had hit rock bottom,
but after I undergo my self repair,
I have discovered that what has broken me in the past, is no longer there.

Injustice

Injustice

Imbalances run.

National humiliations undergo.

Judicial abuses attack.

Unjust discriminations shine.

Structural imbalances run.

Terrible outrageous glimmer.

Imbalances glimmer.

Cruel oppressors shout.

External imbalances walk

Start To Eat Smart Being Apart

I should have to start
being able to eat smart
while we are apart

Dropped wife off at hospital
to undergo electrolyte tests.
Tension these days has thrown
everyone into a tizzy. Guess
that they still have tizzies.
My spellcheck said that
we still do.

No Toll For Tolerance

Tolerance isn’t subject to a toll to pay and exit it has a retaining period to undergo like a child waiting in his mothers womb this time factor isn’t defined when to end as the sense of tolerance begins to run at the moment tolerance coming to it’s peak beyond which unable to tolerate.

Somnambulism

Outside the world of the awake, a surrealistic journey they take. Moving only a short distance, they undergo an unconscious experience. Without regard for their fears, a trek can cover an area of light years. They will open their eyes and see the stark world of reality.

Quietly Hushed

That day...that day
Which I try hard to brush away,
Constantly creeps up my skin
Batting my drooping eyelids open.
Afraid to share secrets,
For the fear of further treason.
Not able to gain solace from anyone
Without being pointed a finger at by everyone.
Is it my fault to be born a 'her',
That I have to undergo such torture.

Decision of Jesus

Jesus knelt at the feet of his spirit animal
feeling His Father’s approval and strength
Recognizing the difficulties of the tests he would undergo
But rising to the challenge, as easily as any lion
his spirit guide gave him the nod, approving his decision
to remain on earth, be crucified and reborn
in order to save worldly souls.

Love Potion

I wake up once more, alone Cannot tell if it’s you or me who is atone This is a concern of mine Not everyone looking to be divine, can, at last, undergo bliss and be fine And, not everyone reading a book Can understand where it took Wine drinkers often wake up lousy Yet, love drinkers are always drowsy.

Fun with Words

Some words undergo alteration if you add
or remove a single letter from their spelling.
Remove the “a” from “paint” and you get “pint.”
Add an “o” to pint and you get “point.”
Remove the “o” from point and add an “r”
the result is “print.” And that’s what happens
when you make it a point to have more than a pint
and paint the town – you end up in print.

Beyond the Circumstances

Can't you picture
It?
Right when your big break
Comes you
Undergo a
Massive heart attack, a
Sudden loss of a loved one, and
The total destruction of your home
All at once.
No one on Earth
Can erase the initial pain you'll go through; but
Everyone has to learn that true joy is learning not to
Settle and remain in your "disaster"; but, to thrive and live beyond your circumstances.

I do not know

I respect not the cruel world!
Brickbats at me it ever hurled!!
As a human, me it forgot!
The cruel world, I respect not!!

I do not know… how I survived!
Parental love I was deprived!!
Many snubs I did undergo!
How I survived… I do not know!!

As a stray man, me people stamped!
My freedom wings, they ever clamped!!
Upon me they did place a ban!
Me people stamped… as a stray man!!

Death Row Blues

He’d spent nearly a decade on death row
Praying for appeals that were not bestowed
     Had a solid alibi
One the courts would just not buy
A death sentence he’d have to undergo

DNA exam proved him no killer
But there’s a sad angle to this thriller
     Tests performed posthumously
     Executioners agree
Evidence came too late; what a chiller!

My Body and Mind

I can patch up an injury
Block the loss of blood
I can undergo surgery
I can erase the scars
But my mind’s wounds bleed forever

I may be in good shape
Stretching my body with ease
I may have flexi biceps
Every eye they may please
But my mind’s strength succeeds forever

I may feast at banquets
Pick the finest cuisines
Sway at a music fest
Have joyous recreation
But my mind’s hunger is feeds forever

Letting Go

In life, sometimes, I must engage the clutch -
I step on the gas, navigate, and drive.
At other times, that doesn't help too much,
I ease off, coasting freely to survive.

In younger years, I'd grab onto the reins -
start a family, pursue a career.
Now that I am retired with aches and pains,
my kid is independent, not so near.

As life brings changes I must undergo,
I find it's better to stop and let go.

Seductive Delight

The first taste of warmth as lips clasp and kiss,
Softly held in his solo covet bliss,
I cede to the wild passion that persist;
Loose count as each moment beats to coexist.

Lifted in arms to undergo joy and thrill,
Of entreated desire yielding to his will,
Taken thus I quiver touched by his skill;
Conquered bewitch and seduced in the drill.

Raw yearnings stay for our divine pleasure;
As love raptures feast in the leisure.

Change Is the Only Constant

The change in which you undergo
May change the rest of time
So as we change you need to know
That one day I will make you mine

Constant in which constants stay
Forever till the after
As the moon sets and sets away
So the sun soon fills with laughter

The wind blows like the Zephyr ways
And goes my worries with it
Let the days go by as days
And put them together as they fit

The heart wants what the heart sought
The heart fights so the heart fought

If You Only Knew

Do you know I find you fascinating, even from a far?
My forbidding lust of fantasy is breaking me apart.
How I wish I could lie next to you, pressing my body close to yours
In a daring collision of souls, till our hearts begin to stir.
Magnetism greater still, than either one of us could undergo
With your arms wrapped around me, pulling me closer into your tow.
A gravitational attraction is what I am to you
Responding to my desires, if you only knew?

The Past

A migration to escape the past,
Just a mother and her son
Together on a journey that won’t last.

Coming to America, they thought they’d won,
For twelve years the start of a new life
Through sweat and struggle, overcoming the transition.

A mother soon to be a new wife
Contracted a disease so deadly,
She had to undergo the knife.

Leaving her son with a mournful melody
As she ascended that one lonely October morning,
Overwhelmed with bittersweet tears, so sad yet so heavenly.
