I've been loved, I've been left.
I've been wronged by the best.
I've had hopes that were shattered in two.
I've heard empty promises spoken.
I've had dreams left so broken.
There was no chance that they'd ever come true.
It isn't obvious to see, 
but take it from me,
there's no hell that I haven't walked through,
but I won't cross that line
because this heart of mine

And screens waiting to watch,

Seconds later, the rain would pour. 
A rainstorm. 

Approaching, lightning and thunder. 
We Followed with awe and wonder. 
Streets rainwashed. 

Cars tried to run and would stall out. 
People stranded and others scout. 
Deep raindrops. 

Rescue operations took place. 
Helicopters came in with grace. 
Strong rainbands. 

The clouds for good. 
Colors above were understood. 
A rainbow....

One day while climbing a mountain, I fell.
I died and went to Hell.
At first I thought things were well
because the Devil told me that people no longer burn in Hell.
Satan told me that I shouldn't be relieved.
He said people no longer burn but now they're tortured by TV.
Take it from me, you don't want to go to Hell.
Satan tortures me by eternally forcing me to watch Dawson's creek and Saved by 
the bell....

If we're strong and resist temptation
Then most days are filled with joy
Though each one's still a bit of a challenge
A positive outlook we must employ
