Please don't promise me forever
I've had promises before
Just give me a new dream every night
And I won't ask for more
Today I saw an open view
A vision clear of life anew
A path of love and kindness true
Today I'm green instead of blue.
We feel sad
We get mad
We are glad
It’s not bad
They hurt us
They love us
They are us
What I feel
It is real
Whisper softly
In my ear.
Tell me what
I need to hear.
Hold me for hours
In your arms.
so I know
Where I belong.
Sitting alone
Crying at home
Wishing for more
Watching the door
See the mirror
Total fear
What do I see
Is this me
My heart is full with thoughts of you
My mind tries to control
And Oh the day is long
The dew that settles on my soul.
Blocks, sticks, and cubes
Descend their way
To fall in a jumble
For one to array
A puzzle, a game
To relish, to play
Gray day hideaway:
what an electric day!
Why I still try
makes my head sigh
once anguish ebbs away.
How clear could my mind be
like crystals falling to the sea
where it is so very vast
to loose your only piece of glass
Ah! The day is blue!
Guess what I'm going to do?
Slap a saddle on my Mon Ami
And ride into eternity!
A. Green
Larry- you are my dove!
The poet I truly love,
Don't give me a shove
when you're the one
on a pedestal, always above!
Day
by day…
Lord I pray
Let me not sway
But sincerely stay
At your feet everyday,
To hear what you’ll say each day.
Hello sun, do ya' mind?
Your stare is making me go blind.
And as my pupils start to shrink,
I wonder why you never blink.
Digging into ones soul for words to see
Understanding and empathy.
Praying they mean as much to you, as me.

I’m in love with you
I don’t want to lose you
So if we never start
We’ll never part
And I’ll never be blue
Russell Sivey
Just quick,
A wink
In case you're blue.
Go outside
and touch the breeze,
There's a kiss waiting for you.
rush in days of spring
your gardens filled with sleepy rhyme
timed daffodil thrills

born today,
long ago,
another number,
as i grow,
im happy now,
as i age today,
another birthday,
along the way..
Today we write in rhyme
To get it right this time
To remember it well
And assemble it well
So we don't commit a crime
When you adopt a pet from a shelter, two lives get saved by you.
The one you adopt and its replacement that gets rescued.
for as long as I live
my love to you I will give
For always until my last day
I will love you in every possible
way.
Grey and white
Black and blue
Who did all of this you
She says Luke
You say Lamarh
Well whoever did this sure is harsh
With out colors
The dark shadow an
Air-mass wealth against the
Night forever upon us with
Thee color no longer around.
Sports is what keeps me alive, sports is how I thrive,I couldn't live without sports, and sports could not live without me.
Where will we be tomorrow?
Will you care more or less?
Have you decided you love me?
I certainly won't settle for less
