Slippery
SLIPPERY

I stoop but of no war to conquer
For I already lost the war
The war of the slippery
But here comes my battle
I conquer stooping
There was no slippery.

The Great Poet
It’s not all easy being favoured as a great gifted poet
All this deigning and stooping just to let people know it

But that’s not the worse of it and irritating much more
Is my fresh ironed toga keeps on snagging the door...

The Magnificent Poet
It’s not all easy being favoured the great gifted poet
All a deigning and stooping just to let people know it

But that’s not the worse of it and irritating much more
Is my fresh ironed white toga repeatedly snags the door...

Beautiful Feelings
Plenty of flowers to the sight
Green grass to rest aside
One butterfly hovering in pride
Which flower will be right?
The flowers in a stooping posture like
All up to the butterfly’s choice
Well, the flowers are in a plight...

Stooping
The first bloom, the second bloom and then the third..
Too exhausted in the splendour, she rode her little pony
The sights too sugary and the smells too exotic,
Love is a red red rose, fed with the blood of the two,
Too exhausted in the empty splendour she rode her pony....

Blowing a Kiss
Blowing a Kiss

When irksome day, off tangles, comes unstuck
As the sun, behind a blushing sea, ducks
Thoughts of you I sorely miss
Pep me up to blow this kiss
To find you stooping , a red rose, to pluck.

Swells of nitrous climbing walls, cirrus pennants slowly flag..
Cerise in the lining, richly glowing halls are leading
Onto stairs with eternally deep & steep stooping falls
magenta hued cotton surround me in fields on every side
I'm Floridian dreaming, under bearded trees with the river nearby....

It’s not all easy being favoured as a great gifted poet
All this deigning and stooping just to let people know it

They do deign but I just do so to see them pass
Tomorrow perhaps worse they want to kiss my arse

But that’s not the worse of it and irritating much more
Is my fresh ironed toga keeps ruddy snagging the door...

Learn How To Treat a Woman
You just running and cumming.

I need you dude to learn,

 How to treat a woman.

You stooping and shooting.

I need you to learn,

How to deal with a woman,

 Who is high saluting.

You just running and playing.

I need you to learn,

How to be with one real woman made

For you dude, that's all I'm saying.

Somber Annuals
eyes of sunken hollow
pupil
skin stretched thin as tallow
stooping for a coin
so shallow
and falling
for that pretty shimmer
hammered with a faierie's splinter
pupil eyeing in the snow
so shallow the sallow
heart of him
with legs unsteady
and brain too heady
he let the pretty shimmer go
and wept to bleed
bright red white snow...

Territory Invaded
My territory was invaded yesternigth
Rendering powerless an army of soldiers
Conquering doubts with her bulwark of beauty
Where do I go from here?
To whom shall I confide?
Who is this heroine?
Stooping to conquer my ego
Nurturing nature’s longings
Oh, do I anticipate?
Anticipate, anticipate?
Yes, I shall anticipate for pure satisfaction.

Woman At a Stop
Woman at a stop.

She stood at the stop
Cracking knees, stooping shoulders
Mothball odors
Medicine pores,
Disparate thoughts, waves of empty,
Numb buzzing nothingness
Imbibing vibrations of motorists,
Whirring, whizzing by
Crumpled yellow sere sheaves blow
By the venous sheer skin, her feet
Swollen out of her shoes
She waits,
For the bus....

The rain clouds overflow and spill.
I shiver in the wind.
Stooping to pick some springtime,
I bring an armload in.

My house is filled with sunshine,
For on all the window sills
Are streams of golden sunbeams
From my yellow daffodils.

These lovely golden flowers
Are my gift from up above.
For my spring hungry soul, my God
Sends proof of his true love.

Normandy Now
Velcro shod man
lingers in the V.A. clinic
for yet another visit;
he slowly turns pages,
reading pictures.

Withered man
peeking from beneath bushy eyebrows
laying odds on another day
at the park: stooping
to stop the ball
a kid just threw curved
into the wheelchair.

Sitting
his old bowed head
white and sparse of hair
a tired head,
tired of waiting
to finish
the landing....

Sea Theme Limerick
I sat in a boat on the sea
Feeling blissfully happy and free
My eyelids were drooping
And shoulders were stooping
The last thing I saw was the quay.

Imagine when, to my surprise
There appeared right in front of my eyes
A blue humpback whale
Who was hot on my trail -
OK, granted - I hyperbolize!

Stooping Low
Madonna swelling at the Kilmore,
every girl a wisp of ungovernable smoke,
and vomit on my shoes as they threw me
out the door, addled and clueless as I was,
and, forgive me, still am.
I hit the tarmac like a warm can
but you stood at the step
and watched me breath,
and would do it again.
I was not swallowed by the dark
completely. An addiction way past taming,
you were a shocking case....

How You Care
How you take care
To make my small pleasures
Out of your great bounties

With what ease my beloved one
You build these chains around you
And stooping in grace melting in love
Mingle in my sight
Until this face with all its blemishes
Untangles at every thrilling turn
Of your melody
And merges in your face

Eye in eye ear in ear sight and smell and touch
My Lord be me and mine in all and more such...

Machiavelli
Machiavelli s'been stewing
teardrops in the Soup

Stooping to new lows
for SYMPATHY
stirring chickens in the coop

Seems some folks will do anything
for what they think is fame
Swiss cheese stories for glory
Lordy! Whaddah' shame!

Reminds me of two classic movies...
"Freddie Lives" and the other is
"The Crying Game"...
but this one's very unbelievable, it ain't scary,
and it's much
MUCH more lame!~...

Sky
too tense
and furtive;
a storm forming:
clouds...

Trees
stooping,
to reach grass;
loudly cracking:
trunks...

Sea
pounding
the frail boats
that fight wild surfs:
waves...

Gulls
and geese
flee from sky
to earth below:
wings...

Mind
distant
and pensive;
bored by notions:
thougths...

Get Low So Low
I gave my love, my heart my soul,
I gave her babes, our greatest goal;
She took my heart, my eyes, my wish,
And spat my love to circling fish

I lost my mind, my girls, my home,
She’d met a new man, pockets deep,
Now I felt like an unknown poem,
Anonymous verse, in stinking heap

But now I’m old, with stooping gait,
Soon the cosmos’ll know my fate;
But to love as I did and then be thrown?
Such sweet misery never to own....
