How You Care

How you take care
To make my small pleasures
Out of your great bounties

With what ease my beloved one
You build these chains around you
And stooping in grace melting in love
Mingle in my sight
Until this face with all its blemishes
Untangles at every thrilling turn
Of your melody
And merges in your face

Eye in eye ear in ear sight and smell and touch
My Lord be me and mine in all and more such
