Above It All

Despite these struggles
and this river of tears
I'm determined to touch the skyline
 Flying like an eagle
rising above all the mistakes made

Hope

i have got a lot to say
feelings i have got are flowing
with the river of tears away
my heart is feeling hollow
but i am praying for another day

Germany scored seven goals, poor Brazil is awash with tears
Guess they won’t need any rainfall for at least a hundred years

Silence

Unspoken words linger on my mind. Silence cried a river of tears Perhaps those are unwritten words ought to be read in everyone's hearts.

Flowing forth like a fountain
Are the river of tears,
Beneath my eyes;
My soul cries,
Trying to cope while
There’s no gilded way:
Only yielding to heal any,
Pain inside –

A River of Tears

You are the sun
Shinning down on me
You are the rain
Falling on my skin
You are the wind
Whispering in my ears

Drowning

drowning tears from her eyes
waterfall of emotion
lost in the motion
crying a river of tears.

wrapping droplets like cuddles
soaking deeper to her skin
forever an ocean
heart sinking in every drop in.

River of Tears 2

My heart beats fast
As fast as the rolling river
By which I sit
Remembering days of love
Love without sin
Pure passion unfolded
Desires were met
Hopes were erased
All I have are memories
As I sit
By the river of tears.

Fire Sky

Winds of pain
traverse my damaged being
     oh River of tears
carry mine sorrow away
     crusted Earthen cave of darkness
seal away my soul
    Sea of Flame
burn away my hart
     Steel of my blade
take mine mind away

and so raised by the carmelites
and my brothers by the jesuits
we have brains and look me in the eyes
and learn from me not to fear hell
as I swim a river of tears
to reach a deluge as the red sea was never parted
but the war continues

Premium Member The River of Tears

Wind whistling through the weeping willow tree Its teary leaves drip silently into the fast flowing river They float freely dancing in the dappled daylight Caught in the rustic reeds they plan their escape 10th December 2014

Do I Love You

Do I love you?
I'm not so sure
if I love you anymore.
If I need to ask,
what does it show?
That the answer
must be no?
Have I wasted all these years?
Washed them away
in a river of tears.
What an utter fool
I've been.
I wish I saw
what others had seen!

unsure of where to lay her anxiety
to cast it to the night air
or to let it hover over him
a fluorescent blue
the depth of a river
her river of tears
glowing lights
you've had me
lights
reflections
mirrors
..all misty in the river,
hidden by the night fog..

Dark Night

I gaze out into the dark night and I see a shadow of a person that has red eyes that glow when he looks into your soul and you can feel it hurtting your soul that 's when you cry your tears off, Coming down your face as the blood look's like a river of tears coming down your face.

Can I Borrow Your Heart

You are carved into my heart
Don’t leave me in this shadow
Can't you see the river of tears
Everyday I'm buried under shakes of sorrow

My life has no meaning if you go
It will turn into rages of hollow
My heart is not beating, it fades away
My heart is lost, can yours I borrow?

Storm

Crack of thunder
Flash of light
Jerks out of thunder
Screams in fright
Silver rain drowns out the crash of a tree
Slap the ground hard, hurry and flee
Drowning the weak, the strong, and the poor,
Pounding them into the worn-down floor.
Swept away in gargantuan flood
Washed away in a river of tears and blood.

River of Tears 1

Flow silent water
Past my heart of weeping desires
Carrying the hopes and dreams
Of a lifetime.

Flow silent water
Not even a pebble breaks the surface
I mindlessly drag my hand
Through the coldness of reality

Flow silent water
Take my soul with you
My life you have already
In your river of tears
Form: Verse

Recapitulation

Let us talk today
of crazed times,
so that the trade of
ethical falls runs.

When dawn breaks
on the stunned silence
of moon, I start unfolding
the black sun.

Ah,a poetry wound
aches my world, knee deep
in blue veins, to find
the lost river of tears.

Give me a song, a word
a phrase, to grow old.

I Tried

I wanted to make you happy,
I truly did, I tried!
But my love you through away,
and a river of tears I cried.

You promised me forever,
but broke my heart instead.
I thought you wanted marriage,
but I was sadly mislead.

You would never hurt me,
blindly i believed this true.
But I should have known better,
then to ever trust you!

O River of Tears

A piercing cry
eyes' explosion
a roar
flooding
giving birth to a river
a river of tears
waving like an ocean
tears
in motion
so unsmooth
when the nose escapes
the mouth closes
the face frowns
no delight
no smile
but pain written
on the forehead
sweat
soaked eyebrows
a sour mood
of pain attack.

H-as drowned many a heart;
