PILGRIM
A pilgrim
To this world
I came
And a pilgrim
Till the end
I shall remain!

devout pilgrim lips
in discovery's journey
leave love offerings
sacred shrines of her body
devotion's recipients

Unfortunate I am in this generation
only girls with migrant labor souls
and vibrating pilgrim lips
get trapped in my basket of love

i am a traveler, and on my path,
I don't need things I can't carry,
everything I have most precious,
I carry them with me in my heart.

pilgrim turkeys sensing dread
scurry into an old shed
farmer hear our plea
nest we in a tree
and dear friend we are ill bred.

Science may mock faith; it may be the best therapy

Deprived pilgrim wives ruminated
On ways to get hubbies elated:
After Thanksgiving chow
Ogling men hollered “wow!”
As wet-shirted women they rated.

Tom Turkey has been defrocked
Cleaned, basted and stuffed
Surrounded by pumpkin pie
Green bean casserole
Tart cranberry sauce
Come, Pilgrim,
Eat!

Enter me
like a cathedral
Turn all my pillars
to salt
Love me like every last
pilgrim is watching
Empowering
—passions assault

Our boundless deep well tokens really count
with folk who bear a burden or a cross
they heal so many wounds in times of loss
Be lavish fellow pilgrim, be a fount.

There once was a lad named Cy Milgram
A regular cool and hip pilgrim --
He saw Plymouth 'Rock'
Said, "Fast forward the clock!" --
Played Jimi Hendrix ~ nearly killed 'em

Came home from land of Israel on a red eye flight
Connecting routes canceled because of winter’s bite
I'm camping in the airport with fluorescent view
A weary pilgrim in terminal number two.

unable to rest thought
to transcend limitations of form
the pilgrim did the next best thing
he chose to distil each thought
in the cauldron of pure love
making them sublime

Pilgrim of love,
the journey far
The road unclear,
its turns unmarked
Faith to guide you,
belief in charge
As voices call,
—within your heart

Storming indulge curving point
Run back and forward
sense of emotion danced
in glittery surface
Magic box open in eyes of pilgrim
land of joy as being free to all
Forwarding years to given present
excuse governing insanity

There, somewhere yonder, I have to go
It looks like a long and arduous journey,
A fear brewing in the pit of my stomach
Yet with sore feet and a bruised spirit
but dogged by a dubious dilemma
Go, I must—Where to? I do not know!

Rigid and small in dunam
Revelations glued into baldam
Literacy filled amalgam
Inherited from its predecessor
Abram the Hanif ancestor
The legacy of pilgrim Lordor
Revealed command “read”
The order was repeated by lead
Coupled Shafa than ennead

This is where I belong
A moment in time
I was once a pilgrim
Searching for a home
Travelling through the roads
Not knowing my way
With time, my heart knew
The direction I was to follow
It has brought me
To an end, to the place
I call my home, my mecca.

In the ways of life,
I'm the road,
The step
and the dust...
I'm also a pilgrim light
and I'm an
imperceptible shadow...
I am a constant presence
in this destined course...
I'm a mature man,
but for God I'm still
child...
Eternal apprentice
in life... !

A Russian Mystic Outré
Mystical-Strannik
Grigori Yefimovich Rasputin
A charlatan to many
A prophet to some.
His hypnotic effect
Incomprehensible
His eyes uncanny
A saint to none.

There, somewhere yonder, I have to go
It looks like a long arduous journey,
I get on the road and walk,
Dogged by dubious dilemma
Fear brewing in the pit of my stomach,
Where to? I do not know!

I stopped in time to visit death,
in the shadows of shackled tomb.
And just upond this damned old Earth
The reaper came in two.
One said I was the lust of nature;
the second pilgrim disagreed.
I snuck away before my mourning song
And O dear Lord-
A second Chance... I'm free!

Though the road ahead
is clear, the path remained still
unseen for us. The
way of theirs is of
no use, yet we still need to
go on. Because our
true way is the road
of our own. So come, and do
not wait anymore:
be an in-between
wanderer; a pilgrim of
the further with me.

I made a vow,
To live this year,
'Just for the hell of it'
As last year my best friend died.
Let him not in constancy,
Renege on his vow,
'He must stop now'
His death is a certainty,
He talks to the stars,
They weep for him,
Follow the master,
At the turn of the year,
He will be no more.
