Second winds of second guessing mount;  

I can’t get my mind and calm to sync 
so the two can exist in tandem;
Any rejuvenation’s squashed in a blink; 

Make shift thoughts collide at random

Here then gone I can’t control them;

Restless minds are not sound as leaders

Sit shaking in the corner on the bridge of warships
