Anxious

It fills my head,
wherever I go.
It consumes my mind,
and my thoughts get blurry.
The voices start,
they can’t stop.
I start to overthink,
I can’t focus on anything else.
I force a laugh,
but inside I’m screaming.
I can’t live with this.
I want it to stop.
