Stomping
   Stomping
       Stomping
Stop,
Please
No control,
Vehicle lurches
But I’m just a
Passenger on this
Road of life...

The Soul lurches upward
  trying to break free

The Body ropes it
  wrestling desperately

This constant struggle
  does not enlighten me...

The radiant girl looks down submissive

A smile that's flirtatious, not aggressive

She suddenly lurches forward

Fell onto the floor awkward

Facedown nude waking up delusive

Uncle Didi
Uncle Didi stays in abbeys and churches.
Ministers, nuns, monks gather.
Group of seniors, veterans lurches.
He was never a minister -- a butcher.
Behind the church is a shop,
where he used to work and chop....

Symptoms in sand
from my passing footprints
ocean is sick in waves

As I sag with water
while the salt burns
symptoms in sand

A dizzying sprite
haunts the shores of yesterday
from my passing footprints

The tide lurches
still... for my heart
ocean is sick in waves...

Gone
The old church sits
Squalid in its agony
Bitten by the earth

The air groans

The gates swung wide
Her innards raped
Gutted by vultures

Still darkness falls from the sky

It is a Murk,
A cancerous toxin
Spreading into the roots

The old world rises

Where survival rules
None are free
No miracle comes from ruin

The decay lurches on...

Tasty Taste Trained - Day 25
promiscuous pear prunes
saucy strawberry slew
nosing nimble nude
gaunt gasps grew
lanky lust lurches
outruns vying verge

felon fruits featured
pulse flavors punctured
aiding sassy structure

moaning machine's pleasantries
slays saucy stances
faddy fruits fling

tasty taste trained
clutches emotion's crave.

Lanky Coda Lurches - Day 29
nocturnal nature nimble
taunting tainted treble
felon feelings fumble
airy atmosphere gobble
rustic rhythm birthed
moaning melody tremble

dark dances complement
callous concerto's crest
bounty biddings bent

lanky coda lurches
nature hanker surges
puking punctured confetti

bruised skin blushes
under mystic massages.

The Fallen Muse
It was obvious, his muse fell
His mind was a muddled mess
Killed or wounded, he couldn't tell
The emptiness caused him much stress

In the interim, he searches
For a topic that seems just right
An Epiphany that lurches
To light his dark poetic night!

Worn out by this torturing test
Unable to escape this trap
He resorts to what he doe's best
He eats a bit and takes a nap!...

Lavender light shines laughingly Listening longingly to loud language Luring lush lies toward listless Lurches of lasting lore which Lives to lighten hearts with love Loosing lurid hues of lilac lace Leaving loss to line the lodge Laughing luxuriously through lips Lined lovingly with lasting leisure Lighting life in luminous legitimacy Lifestyles living out their legacy

‘I’m a failed Muslim.
I drink raki now,’ he says.
A bottle twinkles
on the upturned orange box.

On the unmade bed,
a punch-drunk pillow
lurches in a sea of ruptured quilts.

‘I never pray,’ he adds,
as hawk-eyed Ataturk
retreats to an ascetic frame
and glowers at the room.

And we who are too precious
to confess our faults
feel awkward in the silence.

She Sailed Into the Suffering Seas
She sailed into the suffering seas,

Just like she through the mist sees.

Her heart lurches at the hint of land,

All she pines for is a heap of sand!

Ages since the smell of green,

And the familiar taste being only winds.

She's withered by the sea now,

She knows not to differentiate senses how!

But she's alive, it's enough it seems,

For existence is her only ordeal,

Her worn out gown no more feels,

Lonely in the suffering seas......!!!...

Since You've Been Gone
I am undeniably sad
Consumed by dismay
I am angry at the world
Out of sight & in shadows, I stay
My stomach churns wild
A tempest inside
At what my life has wrought
I am consumed with fear
But I've nowhere to hide
Lurches and churns, but I have nothing to hurl
My life is just nauseous with strife
I've become stricken with worry,
For my exhausting life
I turn rapidly now
In a relentless descent
I am a mere product of my grief
And in silence, I lament
