A Cimmerian hue overlaps
The thoughts encroaching my psyche
They seem to harvest labyrinthine symmetries
Of which I covet
It matters not the appositeness
The unidentified may bear
For by passages of valor I transcend...

His mindfulness led me
Through a labyrinthine maze
Rambling sinuous thoughts
Planted in thorny tangles
A wandering elegance
Baffling in its simplicity
Mazelike in its meanderings
A wise and twisting serpent
Entangled in the complexities
Of its naivety...

Minimalist--Closed Path
Labyrinthine mind jams along mazes
Searching restlessly for inner fortitude;
Till amaranth weeds point eastward--
Reams clearing passage through sunrise
To unveil enlightenment—an epiphany!

Surviving Solitude

Loneliness lurks like a live leprechaun,

Leering at her loss of love and laughter;

She leads a luckless lamentable life,

Lacking light, leaning towards lunacy,

Laden with longing and lacklustre lies;

Listlessly lingering in lethargy,

Labyrinthine lady looks lachrymose.

Far Place
Time is a tunnel of fears,
Funneling years
Down a spiral of darkening dread
Twisting ahead.

Somewhere the passage ends,
After it bends
Millions of labyrinthine turns:
Somewhere Man learns.

Somewhere and someplace we find
We’ve been but blind
Burrowing brutes in the devil’s night,
Shunning Christ’s light....

A baby is a bundle of jangling receptors
    a limb-wiggling curiosity machine
Equipped to record and retain every sensation
    with nodes and neurons labyrinthine

We watch her nap and feed
pray she gets the sleep she needs
While deep inside her, a learning explosion
moves mighty mountains, fills vast oceans...

Kwik-E-Mart
Altiloquent in behavior
Quick to carom
Unabashedly pawky
A labyrinthine of misadventure

Like living in Greenland
Hardly felt warmth
Got the oil-
Wanted nothing more

Silenced your weapon
Named it trust
In the end
Just shot yourself

Like Halloween everyday
Since the mask came on
A new disguise
Darker and darker you stay...

A Labyrinthine Passage
It was oneness,
which brought my poetry
in the folds of autumn.

From words apart
you want to talk in space
for transparent signs.

The city sleeps
in morning mist, without
opening the windows?
of consciousness.

I come out in open
to watch the lone ficus tree
waiting to become a deity
of the walking shadows.

LABYRINTHINE

An injected nanobot in the bloodstream
I am now swept along by the constant flow
And I transmit what I see back to the team
They can see what I see, wherever I go
Jostled by red and white blood cells, thick as cream
If I come across a blockage, then we’ll know
Labyrinthine, with tiny capillaries
My feedback will determine how bad it is...

Labyrinthine thoughts, and
     limitless e n d l e s s grief-
  Longing, I yearn, for those
        LOST days of happiness . . .
   Loving hands r e a c h i n g out.
Life fades away . . . OH, my
love wait, wait in death's maze.

Armistice
unrearthing the fallen saint
you wash your feet
and enter the temple of forgotten god :

cult of escape from
tangled half-truths
with dramatic entry of hysterics

you fail to accept yourself,
the grieving death-mask
transcends a fresco

labyrinthine, spacey
soul-sick mates
disputing for no things

the unstained shirt
reminds the absence
you bake a new recipe

Holding the Waves
Poverty of thoughts
beats you endlessly.
What was the other form of violence ?

Body of water bursts.
There was an absentee lover
trying to overtop the levee.

Pounding of chest
was figurative.
Someone was dying of hunger.

It was a great paradox.
The eagle was rising
for a sudden dive.

Labyrinthine. An intricate
argument. From which-
side will come the death ?

Alexithymia
I am made from broken pieces
An assemblage of fading memories
The cracks in my mind are a penumbra
To the pulchritudinous of its art.

The surging ways of my
monachopsis are kept at bay by
The mellifluous voices that I have
miraculously been surrounded with.

My ethereal scars have given
Their labyrinthine paths over to the
Palimpsest that is my life
The writings of a new era.

I will make broken beautiful....

I found a large bottle in a second hand store and something about it spoke to my creative nature. Right away, I imagined a beautiful bottle garden so, I gathered earth, pebbles, pretty rocks, and of course delicate fetching lush green plants. The result delightful with gossamer threads of vines and labyrinthine lush green wandering twisting growth, all within a bottle to create a lissome graceful scene.

Power's Weakness
The crazed obsession
to rule the lives of others
rends the ruler's humanity
    into tatters,
feeds, fills and bloats
    his overweening vanity,
deludes the ego
    with invincibility.

But stripped of his mask,
    the tyrant shall fall apart
for pomp and vainglory hide
    a sham, hollow heart
of a cursed, cowering canine
    that creeps to crawl
through labyrinthine caves
of what's left of his soul!...

Terra Mater
The cosmic opus,
The nature offers it all.
enticing, ethereal, expansive
Are you enchanted by how vast it is?
refreshing, rejuvenating, relaxing.
Does it fascinate you to see the creation so invigorating?
It's Nature, an epitome of exhilaration and unceasing growth.

Never forget the labyrinthine it is,
It's tunnels coequals the branches of nature,
At each end,
invariably, something new awaits
So pick up the principles it purveys....

How to navigate this labyrinthine called life? So many hurdles, so much strife Complicated maze we can get lost Anxiety takes over we count the cost. My prayer at night is hold my hand I am smaller than grain of sand Tossed and turned by angry sea To be calm and peaceful is my plea. As I grow old labyrinthine is cruel challenged by life but wisdom does rule Step by step onwards will go Like peaceful river gently I flow.
