The Long Way Home
The Long Way Home

They’re out there
They’ve got eyes on them
Feeding fleshly desires
As swift as river fish
They charm deceit

hunger of the flesh , you must protest !!

Oh' this fleshly disaster , what a mess

maybe just one more slice..

to much could bring a demise

deny this flesh , wouldn't want to regress...

The Septuagenarian
The swish
of our feet
‘neath the sheet,

intermingling
with our thoughts and
the fleshly

lyrics of
a night rain, ah I’d have
never perceived that

it would
becharm us—
the septuagenarian!...

Growth In Despair
During the day i shine bright
A snall flicker I dim down low in the night
In the process of healing
Trying to hold on to what I'm feeling
Captured by a fleshly desire
Left with this slow burning fire
Looking at what I've become
Again left with a mind growing numb
I'm still there
Finding growth in despair...

Premium Member Confession
she stood in silence-
in question, I rambled free
did she feel my love ?
If not my fleshly desire
could she find my words of truth..?
for, my bag of tricks
a gift spill from thy spirit
hope is all I need !
for within my song of praise
her love, she giveth away...

Wonder and Lust
Sexy fun salty sweet
Swish, dip, whip and roll,
Love to take a south bound stroll.

Sticky dripping goo,
Uh oh; those look very blue,
Enjoy a protein shake?

Friends first,
Virtue and chaste,
It's ok to wait.

Smooth as silk,
Or bear skin rug...
Matters of personal design.

So much praise,
Between crying sobs...
Worship of the fleshly gods!...

Solidity

Separation insists
on our fleshly solidity
and fragmentary lives..
Perception daily strengthen
the confining argument..
We wish for transparency..for melting..
And search for relief
in idolatrous ways..
Until--
Transparency is experienced
as the real self
melting away the too solid flesh
which had convinced
our discomfort
all those years......

Among the Anointed
Oh beneficent one

Drew me closer to your divinity,
help me shed my mortal skin

May your galactic glory
illuminate my dormant spirit within

You quell my perpetual clinging
expunge my fleshly sins

With you, I am powerful,
tectonic, and never-ending

Invigor my spirit
with your celestial fire
crystallize my spot among the anointed
to the heavens, I aspire....

Reveille
When the sum of all
equation meets
The gist of
all that's true

What will be
The estimation
As we stand
both me and you

Will we stand
Upright at inspection
Will we gaze upon
The ground

Soaring as with
Eagles or
With fleshly things
Resound

May our eyes
be bright far
Seeing may our
hearts be as a child's

Filled with light
And wonder
As we
Navigate these wilds...

Quiet
Quiet Quiet, quiet, feel the morning breeze, Quiet, quiet, listen to the whispering trees. Hear the mourning dove coo upon the wire, Let the quiet, quiet your heart inspire. I hear the bark of a faraway dog, Smell the dew from a fallen log. I let fleshly feelings fall limp from me Now I ask my God His will to speak. And in His love and quiet and peace, He stills my soul.

Into the Last
As we slide into the abyss
Of time and of timelessness
We cling to hope, to eternity

As we pass through this hemisphere
Of being and of not being here
We grope the light, the eternal day

As we cling to that last gasping breath
Of body’s life and fleshly death
We touch the air, the ethereal

As we while our time away
Of time fleeting, that will not stay,
We cling to hope, to eternity
We cling to love, that sets us free...

painted on fleshly desire
ensnare wild passion,
the afternoon falls victim

two naked bodies roll endless
in warm seductive wet sand,
with each breath completion nears

Premium Member Mermaids
Myriads of murmuring marine maidens
Musically musing, making mariners mad;
Floating or frolicking freely and feeding
Feverish fishermen’s fleshly fantasies.
Sensually swimming silvery seductresses
Stripping slobbering sailors of their senses.
Inveigling and inspiring them to inundate the waters
In instant insanity in pursuit of Neptune’s daughters.
To some this may come as a shocker:
Mermaids lured them into Davy Jones’ locker....

Standing Still
See my heart Lord, know its pains, fleshly sorrows torrid rains.
Time drags on never-ending,
Time's no friend never bending.
Sadness twines through beating heart,
Hope, seems is falling apart.
Quiet winds blow, yet, stir up the dust
Softly I hear trust, trust, trust.
The moon riding high, a wink in the sky.
Mirages disappear in the blink of an eye.
Slowly aging, time presses on,
Weakness growing stronger, while all hope though, seems gone....

Devilish Angel
her face bears an angelic look
it is her smile
that slightly impious smile
which gives her a devilish bearing
that smile, that beguiling smile
warm and altogether pixyish
still, it
whispers of midnight fantasies
and daylight delights
oh yes, it is the mouth, the smile
giving the impression
of dark, sensuous pleasures
and fleshly longings
as the halo hoverin' o'er her head
she looks down lustily and slightly tilts it
even angels can be enticed...

The Heart of Love
Love will fade as beauty begins to fail only to you who can see the outward shell

but to those who can see beyond the fleshly veil there the place of where the heart dwells

where beauty never fades and true Love cannot cease to fail

A Haven of only two hearts for us who hath joined together

and there to have found one another

So may you sail away to find this place and to rest in the arms of your Lover

Premium Member Watching the Shadow's Dance

Watching the shadow's dance
Upon the elder's fiery glow
I begin the long and steady drumbeat
As curling tendrils of smoke begin to flow
As songs of the great spirit rise
The Autumn moon hanging in purest white
I fall beyond the edge of dream
Engulfing visions of the endless flight

For now my people subdued of hope
Without worry nor fleshly need

Watching the shadows dance
Upon the elder's fiery glow
I plant the sacred seed
Within my rejoicing soul
