Finding Love!

Hopeless and clueless?
I think it's a trap!
Hopeless and clueless?
Just don't let it snap!
Hopeless and clueless?
Find God's love A.S.A.P!

Finding Love

Finding love
is not hard
when you care.

Giving up
you receive.
Exchanging,

love becomes
a true joy
to treasure.

No one could know all of who I am or even make good sense of what I have become. I suppose love is finding someone willing to try...

Premium Member Finding Love Once Again

Love is once again finally arising in the air
And I am finding myself without a single reason to care,
As I forget the one who never wanted to be there.

Finding love on the internet.
The world of fantasy and illusion.
Half truths lies and make-believe.
A gamble… a toss of the heart.
A crapshoot at best.

Finding Love

Finding love

Looking in restaurants, offices, the gym
Finding one's true love
The changes are slim

But a miracle happened
The path became clear
You never gave up
Now your soulmate is here.

The Girl Finding Love

I sat there, waiting,
Waiting for that someone,
Someone to come and take my hand.

I sat there, waiting,
Waiting for that something,
Something that could take me away.

I sat there, waiting,
Waiting for the one,
The one waiting for me.

Wandering Labyrinths of Light

wandering labyrinths of light
 leading to dead-end darkness
feeling the cold walls of fright
 turning to a hushed silence
finding love gives way to life
 transforming through my essence
holding her close in my night
 filling it with her presence

Satisfaction

In those eyes I see my father
Looking deeply in my soul
Startled secrets staring wonder
Finding love and comfort whole
Add another brush of lather
Shave the neck and spare the beard
Smiling now he’s still there watching
Memories of thoughts we shared

Premium Member Finding Love

when love was lost,
i never cried. i searched
for new love again.
through countless men
and endless cities,
a search that never ends.
through natures secret tunnel,
i sailed an endless sea,
from mountain top to ocean bottom,
a search i know will cease.

We traveled as the bunnies hop,
hopping the moon without a stop.
When the stars shine bright, he's on top.
Tic-tac-toe, we go,
finding love at a faster pace.
I love the ribbon, silk, and lace.
I love staring into his face.
It was passing snow.

A Friend Lost

Sadness that returns again and again
When will the sadness end

From feelings of loneliness and pain
To thoughts of regret and shame
Will I ever be the same

From love that's been tossed
To a friend that was lost

Hopes of finding friends till the end
And dreams of finding love again
When will this sadness end

Seductive Shadows

~a bashful moon
      blushes in an
  amorous sky
      as its shimmering
    light reveals
        two silhouettes
      embracing atop
          the fallen leaves
        of a majestic maple
             finding love in
          the solitude
              of its seductive
                     shadows~

Secret of Life

What is the secret of life?
No one actually knows.
You have to look deep inside your.
Heart and soul to find it.
The secret of life could be:
Finding love?
Getting drunk?
Or even writing poems?
The secret of life means many things to different people.
To me it is the search of.
My life’s purpose.
That’s the real secret of life.

Finding Love

I waited for a long time.
Hoping to find someone like you.
Praying to find you soon.
Wishing you would appear.
Feeling you are near.
My heart skips a beat.
I look down the street.
Suddenly you appear.
Just like in a fairy tale.
Running to greet you.
I fall into your arms.
So content with you here.
Wish it would stay like this forever.

About The Heart

The heart has always a place to go
When weary don't skip to rest
To ponder upon is a wise idea
It's good to love if the feeling is mutual
It's hurting if love not working
If you are tired on finding love
Come home to your heart instead
Don't hesitate to cry a shoulder
Go to someone where there is warmth
Appreciation, gratitude and wisdom.

Love Fish.....A Word Morph

Seaward seeking...on a voyage finding LOVE
Empty hands and heart left me with none to LOSE
But somewhere southbound, the compass left me LOST
No bearing back or finding that....which I wanted MOST
Rocking through vengeful waves, blinded by the MIST
A Map of loves failed pursuit... balled up in my FIST
Pulled in wet dripping nets, with not one FISH

Modern Love

My passion for you
can lately be seen,
beneath;
the electric stars of night,
no matter how synthetic
this may seem,
my love for you,
shines true and bright,
how this path,
was made to lay,
          no choice of mine exist;
                            call it,
modernization,
                      if I may;
for finding love
on the web
can be swift

Premium Member Butterfly

Black butterfly why are you so blue
Understandingly because no one’s like you
Tears that trail from face to tail to wing
Teal dreams that lift you as you silver sing
Ebony eyes that keep looking uniquely up
Red from cries of unreturned flower love
Floating like a star in a solar ballet
Lifting up hearts who watch and pray
You will persevere finding love one day

Finding Love Within I

"Give me myself, well something,
A thing of something to know, know of,
Tell me to forget of before,
To thank me to the now, to see solo,
In grips to hold you to show, of the below,
To know naturally in front of the souls,
To find true love without one single person to judge,
To show of the true love within yourself,
What is outside to finely find hope!?"

Finding Love

Love can not be bought or sold
It doesn’t happen at first sight
Love takes time and effort
You can’t find it over night

Love it is a gift to us
To share in special ways
Love can rip your heart in to
Or it can imprison you for always

When you meet that special person
Your object of affection
Be willing not to take but to give
And you’ll find complete satisfaction

Premium Member Forlorn Hope

He's a scared, shivering, sad, and lonely soul: today's version of a disposable man. Panhandling on the city streets takes its toll: mocked and beaten, he eats food from a trash can. Ostracized, he's stripped of any chance he had of finding love, or of becoming a dad. And yet, his heart still harbors the forlorn hope: that maybe someday, he can do more than cope.

Premium Member Overdone

Surrender to be free
Shut your eyes to see
Saying yes to hear no
Finding love by letting go

Being fast for a slow burn
Satisfy to always yearn
Whisper low high scream
Waking into a daydream

Being first for last place
Losing to win the race
Asking why when you know
Falling up through a hole

Hurry up and wait
Leaving early to arrive late
Working hard for fun
In the raw overdone

Premium Member Being With You

Being with you is so special
Finding love
For the first time
When it seemed impossible
Our love grows every day
It shines so unexpected
Getting more intense than before
Through the toughest times
Growing stronger
Helping to carry on
When the burden gets too much
Our love sees us through
We make each other happy
Knowing what it truly means
To be in love
Being with you
Has shown me that
And so much more
