roiled green with envy

I think of her asleep at home;
Full of her warmth, I envy our bed.
Wherever all my musings roam
She follows in my head.
the entitled,
caught between envy and sadness
over futile choices
raised close to the earth
sleep with the whippoorwills
Envy is a carnivorous beast that devours the goodness of one's soul.

the lady in red
head to toe
green with envy
at the leprechaun’s gold
tracking his every move

golden amber leaves
adorn the tallest trees now
an early sneak peek
of what is to come so soon
when all the others will blush
She says she hates those
Wretched spiders and their webs
But she hath much in common
Threadbare words homespun

Envy eats away
your exterior...devours
your heart and your soul...
Pray try to rise above it
Your friend's wife -- Do not covet!
Never
Envy
Worldly men.
But
Employing
God's will
In
Nothing waivering
Never yeilding
Imbodying
New
Goals
Standing Firm.
O'swimming turtle
At home where ever you go
I envy your shell
O'swimming turtle
your safe place of solitude
I envy your peace
Oh, how I envy its freedom,
To roam the skies so wide,
To taste the sweetness of life,
With every graceful glide.
Standing on corner east
Enjoying wind in her hair
She feels free and alive
I see her standing there
Wishing I could be this joyful
If I were William Blake, I’d see
Each star that lights Eternity;
But since my name is something less
I only sense their silverness.
Wings
I dream of them
Flight
I covet it
Eagles
Hummingbirds
Faeries
Butterflies
Moths
Do They Suspect
My envy?

I am full of glee
I won’t give up on you, love
Above, you will see
I am full of envy
I won’t live up to hatred
Below, you will see
Quarter moon strives,
grows half.
Half-moon yearns,
grows whole.
Full moon offers—
New moon envies:
half, whole, full.
I am not the sun
Which your world revolves upon;
To you, I'm nothing.

Such classic beauty
As hers aglow that Venus
Would die of envy.
Envy me,Oh wrath of truth.Omitting that triggers, the lie in your eyes. How could this
be?Best friends are we?Living in a subdued friendship.
You must be perplexed.
To locate research issues.
No more to be said.
Envy is to shot your foot.
Since your neighbor is limping.
An old Willow Oak,
Enormously huge and grey,
Towers above all,
Softly glows in the days light,
Being all the birds envy.

lost in this moment
my emotions mixed
i am red with rage
green with envy
yellow as a coward
pink from bashfulness
as i sit here confused
Eager to achieve everything;
Not wanting to become nothing;
Viewing everything to be something,
Yet, striving hard, still you have nothing!
sweet smell of her envy perfume
drowned that stench of betrayal play
stygian smile blurred by church-white veil
her heart habitually astray
