prayer drilled a hole

Headlines
i unraveled
the newspaper
the suns travels
the days labor.

another rise
another fall
worth the price
after all?

more blood
spilled
kill or be
killed
to fill up our cars
your home must be drilled....

The Possum Sanctuary
I can almost hear
the tree scream
lopped and cut to the ground
it's base drilled
and poison filled
oozes life for months
until a spent force
the earth and insects
claim the octopus
with it's once mighty tentacles
being devoured....

tugwell diversity
She sits furlong
the race has been won
saddled on the mountain top
why equate the drilled
laying like searchlight beams

She waits for the birman
with wings on her mind
straight laced
she race you for fun
Venus on the edge
shared shies
she unfathom you

No Matter How I Feel
I'm crying every night My heart has been killed
No matter how i cry The milk had gotten spilled
No matter what i say No matter how i feel
My broken heart can never get healed
Give me your arms and make me a shield
Break me for million times to make me well drilled....

W
sure hope you never learn
of these days and how they burn

would be a miracle if you suffered no damage
gross how we mimic bad behavior
just cause it's all we know
sorry you are being drilled in the
right things to say the right things to repeat

she must really be loosing it
if she thinks I can't see right thru it...

Growing Too Fast
Time stopped,
I did not,
grew in length,
breadth
and depth,
depth drilled like hell,
ripping in duties,
smashing in relations,
and leaving a load of burden,
I was more worried than free,
depreciation was faster,
and priorities changed,
I swelled,
gelled,
and swelled,
was about to burst,
fortunately stopped time lunged ahead....

The poet was young, just born - her innocent words, forlorn. Still, she was as euphoric as a pig in mud - rolling around the sweet corn. Her wit was swill, but she drilled. Dictionary at her fingertips, she thrilled. Playing, like a piglet with fodder, one day, with practice, her verse killed. 2/10/2023

Resurfacing
Raised Iron works
thrust out of the blacktop.
Women-hole covers
appear; the tip of the spear
above new drilled silos.

Rubber slugs concrete.
Debora steers her way
through a slalom of
gender specific movements.

The road bucks under
her taught belly,
while fingers push
a wheel through
a video game maze.

Long laboring feminists
under hard hats
are digging her,
so she just smiles -
tries to relax....

Bad Guys with bad girls squirt at will
Since sexual revolution:
Plague emotion

The intellectual love kill
Learn from Left-drilled safe permission:
Drug-filled Dick-tion

Kids who rampage on exposed thighs
Quote Beauvoir and Sartre as of right:
Leak-minded sots

They who let babies suck on lies
Heroic mothers out-of-sight:
Who rock the cots

Is This Hell
In Siberia they drilled a hole that was deep
And they heard there a sound to keep
2000 metres into a giant air pocket
And lowered a microphone into it

What they taped was screaming
And he wondered at the meaning
Some say it was Hell
And they thought the story was a Christian bell

But I wonder at the story
Was he making a point for glory
Or had he uncovered
A mystery that was undiscovered.

The Word
The word that brought all things to being,
Is mocked about by many deans.
 And many hearts where cleaned.
 A will of living water drilled;
 Have quenched a many gills;

The dreadfull thirst of hell is killed,
 The sailing hearts are healed.
It was turned on earth, too flashed,
 The sun of rightiouness flashed,
The sheckles of sin where smashed.
A brood of sacred chicks is hached.
The joy in haven, can’t be matched....

Mr Perfect
Mr Perfect

He was
Everyone said
-Except himself
Mr Perfect.
The one who got everything right
Always won
Never gave up
Stood firm in his principles.
So they drilled him
In sensitive places
Like his heart
And he broke.
Mother, I, Me
Will pick up the pieces
Glue the shapes
Together.
In all the wrong places
Higgeldy
Piggeldy
And back to front.
Because imperfection
Is more beautiful
Than Perfection
In a child....

Depression
when i walk into the room
 pressed by guilt ,shame, gloom
 nothing makes sense
my life has been nothing but past tense
if i where only present in my past
looked for the deals that never last
always in love? never really found
relationships i drilled into the ground
found a cure! what a great product
but so illegal just my luck
turned to JESUS the way truth life
in him i found it in abundance ,no strife...

Roller Coaster
I board the massive roller coaster, knowing I will be thrilled
Aware that my quest for excitement will be fulfilled
Climbing the first hill the anticipation does build
A plunge so deep, terror sets in, leaves me chilled.
Hoping all bolts on the ride are tightly drilled
Imaging that if one came loose, I could be killed
Don't take stupid chances, advice parents have instilled
Beating my fear of heights, my mission I have filled....

If the aim’s to nullify conflict
How could evolution be willed :
Sheer accident

Since species are subject to roles strict
Just to keep each entity drilled :
None come out spent

If the idea was mooted first
Then set to plan by innate laws :
What’s the purpose

Just to assuage Creator’s thirst
To see how we obey His powers :
Meaninglessness

A Silhouette
Plush red velvet pillows rest secluded
light bent amid scenic shoji screens
ornate vines twist and turn giving way
a silhouette stares ahead without face

Pin pricked blood blackened by pain
drips holes drilled out stitched
loop by loop the fabrics of life
tying up loose-end-less thoughts

Time still lost but never found
feelings frost within a frigid wind
felt in the recesses of the dark
trembling fingers wave farewell...

Cigarette After Cigarette
cigarette after cigarette
I sit all alone here
trying to shake of the blues
from this flesh slicing tear
thats carved its way right through me
drilled far into my heart
emptying a hole with you in it
to keep or break apart
please hold my heart gentally
It has only met a few
and in all this time i spend alone
every seconds about you
I think about us all night
and miss you in every way
tomorrow ill be loving you even more
then when I woke up loving you today...

Hurt My Bum Hole
Physically ill after mentally drilled
It’s one or the other
I have one shield

Laying in my bed naked
the room shakes my head
as walls begin to cycle
Eyelids cover eyeballs

My stomach says hello my friend
My mouth immediately clamps shut
but the aim is towards the other end
I’m going to puke out of my butt

I make two fists clenching my colon
Unstoppable now flowing strong
i start to growl as inside I rumble
a very loud fart hurts my bum hole...

A whistler went outside to play;
He got a bit carried away.
While playing his whistle,
He fell in some thistle;
I heard that thing three miles away!

A young whistle maker's gone daft!
Seems he lost it while honing his craft.
He upset his chances
For further romances
When he drilled the note holes in the shaft.

A buxom young whistler, all that,
Found her whistle impeded by fat.
She had liposuction
And an ample reduction,
But now she's a little bit flat....

Behind the Carved Marbles
As I was disinterring the silent hideaways
I could find many quivery runaways
Wreathed on worm.

Unaware of me they were
Behind the carved marble
They were wriggling in mass.

Then when I watched them all excreting
It never scared me as they were breeding

But, it just scared me when I saw
They were dribbling in halo

The leprous feeling came over
It just drilled me so sober

Some of them wizened
Some of them drenched
That’s the reason they are blessed....
