Growing Too Fast

Time stopped,
I did not,
grew in length,
breadth
and depth,
depth drilled like hell,
ripping in duties,
smashing in relations,
and leaving a load of burden,
I was more worried than free,
depreciation was faster,
and priorities changed,
I swelled,
gelled,
and swelled,
was about to burst,
fortunately stopped time lunged ahead.
