Comes Armageddon
the sky emits fire
rolling down like metal ball
fresh pandemonium

ground quakes,sea rises
as floods sweep off homes and goods
earth destruction looms

sudden occurrence
as we dine in oblivion
comes Armageddon.

Summer
Its almost summer
A good time of year
Its getting hotter
School being out is near

A good time for baseball
When every body plays
Its fun for all
Hopefully are pitcher gets k's

We can ride four-wheelers
I can hit a bump
Hope it doesn't pop out of gears
Then hit a jump

Autumn's Beauty
foliage display--
green turns to brilliant yellow
as autumn breeze blows

babies born
named Russel and Roux as the fall--
red maples bloom

shedding of leaves--
as leave pigments reflect sunlight
bright colors produced

Somehow, tiny beads of pearly dew Fall gently marking ended hours; My sighs meander, deep in prayers Where daylight peals along gardens wide, And fibers of orchids knot an embrace Till afterlife’s veil brushes my face. Eternal Breath Contest of Gail Doyle by nette onclaud

Premium Member Goodbye Gail Angel Doyle
Gail Angel Doyle has now left the site
Her inspirational poems were a pure delight

I’m heartbroken that people here have caused her distress
She wrote a blog that she was leaving then changed her mind and wrote one saying she was taking a break but sadly now she is closing her account.

A Place In the Sun
A place in the sun

Feel the warmth of His love,
In the divine Rays of the sun,
Light reaching the deepest of trove,
He hasn't left anything in universe undone,
Faith and devotion in Him, whole world will be won !

Baseball Seasons
Baseball seasons here
Starts when summer is near

If the first baseman catches the ball
I hope the ump makes a good call

Eating sunflower seeds
Winning is what we need

That means school being out is near
Until next year

Each big white flake gently falls 'pon
Earth's waiting breast silently doth caress
In love and sweetly kiss; each other lean on
Slowly the touch of big flakes coalesce
To form a winter blanket for morn's dress

Premium Member Essence of Your Love
Where refrains of fate moans a Wedding song
And pledging “I do “is one vow adorned.

The evening tides brush this ache quite lonely;
Stars whisper, " Dream of us; there lies the key."

Your shadow turns, I feel your air once more
As essence of love wraps me like before.

Premium Member Reflections of Love In Water Droplets
As the rain kisses the roses,
Leaving water droplets.
Reflections of their silver hair
As heads touch love's asset.

Time takes away youth's rich beauty.
The reflection reveals
A beauty deeper than youth's dreams_
Love for a liftime that's genteel.

A Place In the Sun
God created heaven and the sun
And the sun created warmth and love
We could see in the love our dear one
Who was as sweet and soft as a dove

Bliss painted on her innocent stare
He lived life with the good grace of god
A place in the sun His will would spare
This honeyed earth would be never flawed

Premium Member A Kiss of Sunshine
The sunshine kissed His bleeding brow
Warmed His broken body
He cried, " Why has thou forsaken?"
Sin piled from everybody_

The sun kissed his bloody body
Then it went dark as night
As sin's guilt and shame hung high
What a sad bloody sight

Praise God His Son now lives
Satan only seemed to win
The temple veil was rent into
Sun now reveals all sin
