The smile you manage when all isn’t well,
Can’t always be the easiest thing to do.
It disrupts any grief that might compel,
When your sunny attitude shines through;
Your smile tells others just who you are,
And portrays to them, the words, I care.
It soothes, as balm, for that mental scar,
And lifts another from their deep despair;
Peace is a stress-free state of security and calmness that comes when there's no fighting or war, everything coexisting in perfect harmony and freedom.
In other words, while war destroys and disrupts, peace builds and strengthens as well as restores. Moreover, peace is personal which helps us achieve security and tranquillity and avoid anxiety and chaos to make our lives better.

How beautiful this cold morning!
If time stood still, I’d take a second peek
Such peace at my feet
But the day needs to come
The birds need to wake
I must go

To step on, no matter how beautiful the present

As I strive to forget you, I pray
For that brand new start.
I crave your mouth ...
Your voice , your hair...
Silent and starving I prowl through the streets...
Food does not nourish me...
Dawn disrupts me as I hunt for the liquid measure of your steps all day long ..
I pace around hungry, sniffing the twilight just to have a taste of you ...
Hunting for you like a demon homeless ..
Craving for your hot heart ...
I hunger for your sleek laughter ...
I want to eat your skin like bacteria ...
Bite your inside and digest you whole ...

As thy world takes a turn
As thunderstorms rage
And dark clouds emerge

Whilst your foundations may shake
As the rock you were stood on
Crumbles and breaks

Whilst all around seems quite mad
As friends quick disperse
Life bleak and so sad
Tremble not now
When strife disrupts the calm
As Shadows grow fierce
In a place filled with harm
No, tremble not now
Hold you head up high and smile
For what does not break you
Makes you stronger my child
Looking for God in all the wrong faces,
Can take you to all the wrong places
And cause you to to make the wrong choices,
As the wrong message disrupts your senses.
A face with god behind it,
Will not ask you to hurt others,
And black deeds will not be a
Condition of acceptance.
Any offer of a pedestal in this world
Is sign that Love and Hope do not dwell
Behind that face
So don't bestow your faith there
Or you will be going down in the lift,
Instead of up the staircase.
