Premium Member A Slight Kerfluffle

     testimony that disrupts
       proceedings it interrupts
in a courtroom liable to erupt…

       from a recess abrupt
       order is anon plucked

Dancing Down Streets

Deceitful receipts
dancing down streets

Quest for money corrupts
disrupts and interrupts
a peaceful life
when twisted
to invest in ego's
fortress of excess

Short lived success
long term distress

Premium Member The Class Clown

He disrupts the class with pranks;

            draws attention to himself.

              Another day of mischief.

                The teacher is irked.

To Take

The cruel one he is
Comes to take away
Sneaks in but leaves a mess behind
Takes who ever he wants
Disrupts all activities
None he has sympathy on
Comes with a cruel heart
With only one aim
Take away what is
All without warning

Premium Member Cheerios To Go

Constipation as we all too well know

Disrupts everybody’s natural flow

     I welcome the Cheerios

     When the tummy bulging grows

Shout out to the toilet, “Look out below!”

Split Second Bliss

A fleeting vibe
Just passing through
Split second bliss
I bump in to

Disrupts the sad
Dissolves the plain
I’m feeling glad
I can’t explain

It’s bitter sweet
A short lived joy
Deceitful treat
A glee decoy

Not too much
It’s just enough
It gets me by
When times are tough

WORDS
unbridled
so beguiling
 absorbed
as thoughts
to inspire
 for guidance
 to take flight
that disrupts
& rising
to the surface
in
retrospective
 imagined
 pleasure
so
infectious
&
intriguingly
 interpretated

  improvise an
iteration
 to contemplate
intact
in
 visual expression

Classic

egg yolk
watered down
lost taste through the words you
spoke. classic;
same thing so long
like breathing, strength never
known to the strong-
alone- confusion concerning
blood within the bone.
as time crawls over skin,
irritation interrupts,
disrupts the slinking passage,
coercing acknowledgement
out of sentiment.

Briar that climbs the Willow Tree
Higher it grows every summer
It captures my imagination see
Briar that climbs the Willow Tree
Somehow ruins my flight to fantasy
Disrupts thoughts and is a sandspur
Briar that climbs the Willow Tree
Higher it grows every summer

Premium Member Mighty As Mountains

Two sets of three words each
  Each sets forces in motion
Mighty as mountains, vast as the ocean

The first set, "I give up"
  All momentum it quells
The future, disrupts

The other, "I love you"
Walks you out on a limb
Your destiny magical; alternatively, grim

Utter these three words with the utmost care
Never with a wing; always with a prayer

My Boss Prayer

My Boss never forces me what to do,
gave me free will so I can choose,
paradise permit,
or cease to exist,
He by my side I have nothing to lose,

He's always around when I backslide,
knows when I'm sinful and full of pride,
sin disrupts,
He never gives up,
Jesus by my side till the day I die.

Premium Member Reprieve Scattered

A golden sun tops cobalt clouds
That treasure at day's start
Wispy clouds hang suspended~still
No breeze disrupts the art

Summer days filled with chores unending
Just a few minutes here
When will life give a playful note?
Opportunities appear

Just a second here and there, scattered
Along the warm, sunny day
A Redbird in flight, a Jay's delight
Seems like an hour of play

Premium Member Your Smile

Your Smile Written: by Tom Wright 1/17/2018 The smile you manage when all isn’t well, Can’t always be the easiest thing to do. It disrupts any grief that might compel, When your sunny attitude shines through; Your smile tells others just who you are, And portrays to them, the words, I care. It soothes, as balm, for that mental scar, And lifts another from their deep despair;

Peace

Peace is a stress-free state of security and calmness that comes when there's no fighting or war, everything coexisting in perfect harmony and freedom.
In other words, while war destroys and disrupts, peace builds and strengthens as well as restores. Moreover, peace is personal which helps us achieve security and tranquillity and avoid anxiety and chaos to make our lives better.

One Early Morning

Scattered diamond chips over the black pavement
How beautiful this cold morning!
If time stood still, I’d take a second peek
Such peace at my feet
But the day needs to come
The birds need to wake
I must go
Still, I wonder if this is what ending is like
To step on, no matter how beautiful the present
The continuous cycling
One moment disrupts my dream –
It is truly diamonds
To be able to share with you

Premium Member Jubilant

yellow finch
perches on the blue bell
precarious existence
a loopy optimism
on a long flower stem, bending
a high wire act
a finely poised stature
picture perfect
infused with summer's tangled bounty

yellow finch
a jubilant preening
in July sun elevating distraction
till my movement disrupts the pleasure of seclusion
its brisk flight away
a furtive companionship
jaunty
unexpected
jubilant in its simplicity

Darkness

The cold stinging dark disrupts
My gentle heart.
I feel broken, wretched bitter
And deeply cold.
Darkness grabs me, it knocks
Loudly at my hearts door.
Running from the ugly gloom,
My aching heart seeks no more.

While I drown in the black sea
Of misery, I am so shattered.
As I stumble and fall, my soul
Is lost surly scattered.
The strolling pain is deep, it
Pools quickly around my heart.
As I strive to forget you, I pray
For that brand new start.

The Love Demon

I crave your mouth ...
Your voice , your hair...
Silent and starving I prowl through the streets...
Food does not nourish me...
Dawn disrupts me as I hunt for the liquid measure of your steps all day long ..
I pace around hungry, sniffing the twilight just to have a taste of you ...
Hunting for you like a demon homeless ..
Craving for your hot heart ...
I hunger for your sleek laughter ...
I want to eat your skin like bacteria ...
Bite your inside and digest you whole ...

Tremble Not Now

Tremble not now
As thy world takes a turn
As thunderstorms rage
And dark clouds emerge
Tremble not now
Whilst your foundations may shake
As the rock you were stood on
Crumbles and breaks
Tremble not now
Whilst all around seems quite mad
As friends quick disperse
Life bleak and so sad
Tremble not now
When strife disrupts the calm
As Shadows grow fierce
In a place filled with harm
No, tremble not now
Hold you head up high and smile
For what does not break you
Makes you stronger my child

Looking For God In All the Wrong Faces

Looking for God in all the wrong faces,
Can take you to all the wrong places
And cause you to to make the wrong choices,
As the wrong message disrupts your senses.

A face with god behind it,
Will not ask you to hurt others,
And black deeds will not be a
Condition of acceptance.

Any offer of a pedestal in this world
Is sign that Love and Hope do not dwell
Behind that face
So don't bestow your faith there
Or you will be going down in the lift,
Instead of up the staircase.
