Blind Spots
There's always blind spots
without any fore thoughts.
Never mind consequences,
never any mending fences.
'BOUT SAYS IT ALL..AND HE NEVER EVEN
WORKED TO EARN THE TITLE..Watt another
TWOT..' And don't say you were not warned.'
hot tears in closed eyes
he forgets what day it is
his cancer withers
while liagments in his soul
resist any tears.
cancer survivor
eight years with a clean record
feeling some relief
year nine is a killer year
cancer takes body hostage
Doesn't Christmastime mean
presents, carols and cheers?
But for one it won't
be a jolly Holiday
diagnosed with breast cancer.
Even though she needs
to feel it between
her lips she won't
smoke those cancer
sticks because then
he'd be in her lungs.
I want a tonic
a cure all
drink up, Alice
throw the bottle vehemently
onto hard land

I can feel my body cooking
It's drying out beneath the sun
A price to pay for such a tan
Skin cancer touches everyone
A surgical scissor cuts
To heal a man out of sorts
The surgeon operates the malignance
To remove the cancer of belligerence
you prey on bodies
causing them to bow on knee
i ask for God's grace
while family watch me die
not resting till your job's done
mourners are crazy
the ministers death was good
he’d had a good life
good grief he was ninety-two
with cancer, ready to go
The keyboard symbol for Cancer
Seldom appears in The Lancer
Because 69
May sometimes define
Supper you shared with a dancer!
You're dying....
I'm Cancer,
No denying.
I'm happy
No lying,
Years fighting,
Years trying,
I love that,
You're dying.
Mother had throat cancer
Couldn't eat solid food
Liquid diet ever hungry
Put pipe in stomach.
Say thanks while eating
Virulent life-form
ravages its fragile host.
Conclusion: excise!

With visual field microscopic
Some utterly blind and myopic
Consume to the max
As a luxury tax
On those needing help philanthropic

Haiku: by Tom
Cancer was the match
that set my fields on fire.
Then came God’s healing.
the chemo…the cancer…the fungus,
bowel obstruction, pneumonia…
all joined hands,
in a macabre can-can to kill her.

Thoughts of you
Like a cigarette to me
Addictive and consuming
But cancerous
In every way
Yet I'd still go down
In your flame
total enchantment
the time I shared here with you
long past the times, few
sometimes I feel the cancer
is in us both not just you
I brace two beautiful bald heads
a pair of eagles
spreading their wings

It is said that change is good, is this true?
Last week we heard tell of a new change
My mate will die
Can this be good?

Man has become earth's cancer.
Beware
Of metastasis to other planets!

Just look at the symbol for Cancer
And about me you'll have your answer
I think its devine
To perform 69
As a great sexual enhancer
