With the chariots of sin behind me,
and the red sea parted before me,
I stop to pick up a stone...

Heavenly battle,
White cumulus chariots;
Attacking cold fronts.

Sky, that
Warm and gentle blanket
Shield the Gods, delight
So, they shall rest,
Sleep and dream,
The impossible dreams
We ride the chariots of night

Chariots of fire race through the night.
Lightning bolts, Zeus on the fly.
Awe struck by wonder and might.
We thank Whom we worship on high.

Lightening storms have eyes
To silence this rain
Bring your swift golden chariots
Beat on your drum
Blow through your brass coronets
Lightening be this storm

The gray ghosts
of men
Stand tall
Throughout history
Inscribed in these clouds
Ride their chariots, ride
Through the crosswinds
Then, mark each
River with their golden wings

Chariots of fire.
Promised to me
if I read the Bible
and prayed.
No song covers
could fake the
atheism with which
I was born.
And I retreat
to retire and wither
away with this
Disease I was
given.

with the swinging of a tin drum
I shall let you pass
toe-tugging
chariots filled with birds
that will sing your parade
tying and untying up your hair
I will abide by every word
I will let you pass
as every dream

Chariots were
elegant rides
for queens or brides.
Cars took their place
It is certain
in every case
of a big race
the cars would win.

Verse
Twice I saw a glimpse of heaven in separate dreams.
In my youth, I saw a busy place with chariots and gold.
But recently, I looked down at heaven from a hill; my soul gleams.
There were small cottages on empty streets; there love did enfold.

Where does night go
Riding on her black steed
Through all the stars of delight
Pulling the swift chariots of fire
Higher and higher, but still glowing
Knowing that we do not quarrel with the heart
Where no one knows, where is night

Radiant love of mine
Drenched in your solar brine
Beaming with superior eyes
Your lamp of luxury
Rushing chariots of warmth
Upon my face and soul
Shinning above God’s gift
Timed with an eternal wish
A Celebrated canopy
Of your golden bliss

He won gold,sprinting apace
Yet on a Sunday would not race;
Later,upon a mission field
His freedom lost, was made to yield-
Then met his master, face to face.

White eyed gulls
Soar over crimson tides
As masked butterflyfish swim below
Flocks of migratory birds gather on its banks
Providing a feast for Ospreys and Sparrow hawks
Pharoah's chariots lay at its depths
Ghostly souvenirs of
The Red Sea

Chariots formed
from stars on high
flown 'cross the sky
by emperors
in gold raiment's
the regal four
drew worshipers
for rice to rise
Son of God ride
shine on the land
at his command
raise the wheat high
feed earth for man
we pray reply
do not deny
the food for man.

Angkor temples
reveal old paths
of god borne ‘raths’
came from lands far
gods, goddesses
guard the altar
keep demons far
people at peace

chariots race
streaking through space

Equines and sparks
long tails of light

For to love is a curse,
And to be enamoured, an hell
For it is better to have thine heart trodden over by chariots,
Than to be entranced by LOVE's deceitful spell.
For no matter how I yearn and try to make it last,
LOVE [always] twists and turns and escapes from my grasp...

Chariots
Battlefield dawn,
Mortals rise high,
Chariots sigh,
Sound of bugle,
Bows shoot arrows,
And swords rattle,
Armoured mettle,
Red soil of dusk !

Chapter 1:
Love is more than wine,
Sun has tanned me for I`m black,
~Siblings punish me,
You are like chariots of gold;
strong,fair;pleasant to behold.
Chapter 2:
I`m rose of sharon,
My beloved`s fruits have sweet taste,
His voice leaps on hills,
I seek thy face and voice,Love!,
Be like hart;for we are one.

Traveling in the chariots of the mind
Top down, flying my freak flag in the wind
80 miles per hour at the speed of light, red
Sound of the sirens singing in my head
6 pack by my side for company
Through town I wave to the masses
Going faster as the police make me stop
My horse has been drinking tonight
He should quit it
I hope he gets the ticket

pulling the curtain
of life they blend
to the pink flesh
crouching kneeling
jumping in frenzy
different perspectives of
confusing contorted figures
of inherent loneliness
polished
birds are flying forgetting
their directions
poison in golden chalices
chariots of sun sinking
in the heart of the
muddy earth
we are preparing the crib
for the aborted foetus
