Chariots of Gods

Angkor temples
reveal old paths
of god borne ‘raths’
came from lands far

gods, goddesses
guard the altar
keep demons far
people at peace

Thanks Nette for my placement in your contest and continuous encouragement of my poetry. My experience of Angkor Vat temples was quite good - a great heritage area depicting a great mythological past. Mohan
