lonely trees grow into walls
as broken dreams prepare to fall
knife slides across her wrist
how did she end up like this?
he longed to sail away,
from all his broken dreams,
even If,
his sailing was done,
In muddy puddles and streams.
A life built upon broken dreams
an ocean of what could have been
faith has died

Hear the jeers of morbid souls

Starving little turtle
Cracked eggshells
Lost relationships
Broken dreams
Falling teeth
Death opens the door
Train departs from platform
No one
Waves of emotions
No more
haunted by the souls that linger and follow
broken dreams and never to happen tomorrows
hapless days lead to tormented nights
searching for a light, though never to be in sight
Pity, not the one whose path is littered
With broken dreams
But
The one who dreams as a companion had
None on his way!

put away the past
and your broken dreams
winter is fading quickly
now comes your spring
open up your heart
see the happiness it brings
wants of yesterday
were not all they seemed

Torn at the seams
Ripped apart
Like a broken heart
Left alone
To restart.
Time and again
People part
Till you find that special one
To hold your heart.
