Pinterest makes me feel happy.
Keeps me interested and fine.
I have over one hundred boards.
Finding Pinterest was a goldmine.
thinking ocean life silly
dolphin edna mae tilly
ashore amid cheers
a squeak for new years
then boards a bus for philly.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Spines lean like old friends~
whispers trapped in paper skin,
dust on sunlit boards.
I still recall how I once felt,
a young boy, as I knelt.
There were pigs, cows, and chickens.
I laughed like the dickens
before a board of felt.
Talcum
powdery sandy
basking, broiling, oiling
picnic baskets, boogie boards
storming, stinging, flying
lifeless, stone cold
dead
Portraits from my past
Call from my doorstep
Shall I ignore it?
Eyes of past veterans
Peer blindly from warped boards
I can no longer enter that room
I'm Marconi, and I work with knobs
But this Techno just gives me the throbs
Printed circuits and boards
So much memory is stored
Gone are the days of hand jobs
She reported everyone for everything
She called IRS, medical boards and more
On Tuesday she got a ring-a-ding-ding
A misinformed SWAT team broke down her door
Was as a new teacher, Miss Prissy McClair
Put bulletin boards up standing on chair
Stapler fell down
Chair fell on the ground
She's upside down with her feet in the air
Ethics only on board...
Educators are on roads......…
Rich always freaky..
Poor always shaky..
Frauds seems always happy
Life was in 2024 tragedy..
A basketball player named Odom
Wants to dribble the balls in his scrotum
He tries to bounce them
Hardwood boards renounce them
Odom can't put 'em back ~ has to tote 'em!
Let us pierce the loneliness of our craft
Let us form a Congregation of Poets
A brotherhood of fellow adventurers
Sounding Boards
~ Come, let us worship together
Around in circles
I'm still clinging to the boards
still too scared to fall.
I have to venture away from the boards sooner or later. :-/
I was born on a day like today,
Long like a rail way,
Nearing many souls,
Writing with the aid of my set of eyes,
The word love in bold,
On the strong,broad chest boards,
Read!
Billy Bobby built a room,
To shutout all the world and gloom.
With a ceiling and a floor,
Without windows without doors.
Inside he nailed the final boards,
Billy Bobby we see no more!
My darling son's gonna be a drag queen
It's the easiest job he's ever seen
He'll work local libraries
Just like older blue faeries
And study for law boards in between scenes
Celebration begins,
Charcuterie boards and
Chilled bottles of champagne.
Chilled champagne poured, served in
Coupe, flute, tulip glasses,
Creates bubbles and fizz.
Cheers, raise glasses and sip.
burlap
coarse, cheap
bagging, gardening, covering
potatoes, cork boards / ballet shoes, pillows
wedding, sleeping, dancing
silky, colorful
i hate when others snicker
at all my abstract ways
when all they do is bicker
there seems to be a haze
that keeps us all in position
like pawns on checkered boards
i move by intuition
and thru it, reasured
Inside a room
Of book-lined gloom
And loveless life:
He sits and reads
And never heeds
Friend or wife.
For he prefers
Book characters
Who gradually
Begin to speak—
They walk—boards creak—
Fond company.
Hover boards
I thought they flew
My children want them now
Ones I meet daily often do
Catching fire? Levitate child? What truth?
You have surely heard the rumors
Hyped by advertisers
I thought they flew
Hover boards
If you want to give me a car
make it out of chrome
give it silver spinners
with psychedelic trims
Christmas lights on the floor boards
and Tinkerbell floor mats
A fire truck siren would be perfect
Thank you in advance.
The Palm Trees
Morning sky—
That is beauty.
It clings to the oaken boards,
The beautiful timber
Colliding into sails after chores,
It is the beautiful horizon
Rising into mine,
A love, palm in palm.
My hand in thine.
brown on dusty mustard
clashes
with streaks of gray
we
drive through riding
the wave
haven't seen
a drop of rain
in days
sun bleaches boards
and bones
alike
