We'd have a pool

A boy called Charlie Oats
Has feet as big as boats
But he’s no fool
When he goes to school
He doesn’t walk, he floats
He did not receive high school education
He did not know the US President, either;

A lot of books hooked down
At his boutique upside down
To wrap goods sold in his town
The way at school he had done
Public schools closing again
Teachers abandon the halls
