Bowling is a sport, It’s boring to watch.
If a person plays it,
He must be good at it.

Sports is what keeps me alive, sports is how I thrive,I couldn't live without sports, and sports could not live without me.
wrestling ‘tween nephews
and trav’ling uncle, teaching, taunting,
flipping, sweating, bonding,
championing smiles
a nations athletic whim
a tribute olympic hymn
a mantle displays
a greatest of days
victorias medals swim.
How much can it take
Pole attempting not to break….

You see them stretching
bending each leg back so far
boundaries tested
overextending limits

I hate that Kyrgios guy,
A brat from his head to his crotch,
But I know I mustn't lie,
Of Tennis, he's all that I watch
rafters run rapids
raucous ribaldry resounds ~
rugged ridge raptors

Coach Rex Ryan
thought Jets were flying
a big belly and mouth
now nothing to shout
Morning; I awake
with stiffness in my
lank legs.
Yesterdays long run
has taken its toll
on my
ungrateful, ageing
body.
winning is so wonderful he said it's like a drug.

Crunch, Crunch.
Leaves heralding
Brown forms ghosting through oaks.
Pulse quickens, hands sweat, try to breathe.

It is way too late to discover
that you can no longer deliver
and after the long, hard years
what remains is wear and tear.

Les Bleus to World Cup Final...
France on a hot streak
Bastion of confidence
Second trophy in their sights
with clinch
of teeth, a clench
of fist, straining to flinch,
the sail inched up, on tug of winch,
a cinch
The slice of the skates creates
An atmosphere of greats
They fly on the ice
Not the least bit of nice
A game of ego awaits.
it get you in shape
you run and bake
from the sweat
you get you can bet
to have to catch hit as it fall
