Broke is the spirit
and turgid the belly’s bloat
with no tears to cry -
she is at her point of death
and part of us all will die!

Belching wicked gasses bloat
Smoking stacks cough inside-out
Industries non-stop
Burning fuel around the clock
Boot black soot covers all skies!...

Poem For Rohini Gupta
For Rohini Gupta

To writing poems more time must devote;
For sure, Trump has become a scapegoat;
And must mention,
Deserves no attention;
Mouth looks like a fish and body did bloat.

Vertigo
it's cooling my nape,
this damp collar
of my coat.

by neither water nor gale
i'm cast adrift,
set afloat.

the ocean swells in my mind,
my shrunken brain
starts to bloat.

dizzied by the toss and yaw
of my imaginary
boat!...

Once a Bengal Tigress supped on a Goat
The horns – pardon – got stuck in her throat
A Dentist pulled one out
The other by a Scout
Now – sad to say – Both made her bloat.

The Big Bloat
The Big Bloat

It’s Not as easy
As you know
Food is legal
And can get
It to go
I find myself
In the same
Bloat
We eat when
Hungry
Or in a
Deep mote
But...
As hard
As it is
To dig out
The rut
We all can
Do it
And have
A good
Gut...

Bloat
It’s not as easy
As you may know
Food is legal
And can be
Gotten to go
I find myself
In the same
Old Bloat
We eat when
We're Hungry
Or in a
Deep mote
But...
Hard
As it is
To dig out
Of the rut
We all can
Do it
And have
A good
Gut...

Fear feels fake
My mistake

Mind mulls more
Sift sound spore

Taste taut tale
Sense sure sale

Weave word writes
Rush recites

Live lush learn
End eats earn

Blush brown bloat
My mind moat

Imaginary Boat
It's cooling
   my fevered nape,
      this damp collar of my coat;

the ocean
   swells in my mind,
      my head seems to shrink or bloat;

by neither
   water nor gale
      I'm cast adrift, set afloat;

dizzied
   by the toss and yaw
      in my imaginary boat!...

Neo-Grunge Jazz
This will be a false Haiku
because I don't have time
to finish up

Xmas tree obliges

Anyhow
why not write Neo-Grunge
jazzmataz music song poeme
In a rather quickie style

let's finish here,
 I only have 12 minutes
precisely:

 dirty clean grandpa
souping through the night
Plop! Hiroshima bloat...

Smack head
Deep fried
she cried

then bloat
and float

A house
stained blouse

clueless
for stress,

To bed,
airhead!

"Forgot"!
you brought

you phoned
you're stoned,

she’s slow
cracked crow,

clears throat
like goat,

Nancy
can't see

funky,
junky,

go back
sad sack

drink rum
you bum,

and then
find men....

Man On a Bench
The haze falls again
Slowly caresses my brain
Aching

Suspended on wood
I know that I should
Be waking

On four legs does it stand
Supporting a man,
Who is quaking

The drink makes me sick
My thoughts, I’m not quick
In making

The wood of the bench
I grasp and clench
To stop shaking

Alone in my coat
Stomach starts to bloat
The hunger, faking

The Black night descends
And I make amends...

Mystic Blue
Blue sweet face
floating deep eyes
downing sun glares
her black hair glides
Lost in green
by the bending flute river
she naughtily smiles
and beams in fever

Waiting for someone
hurts her the most
the bohemian will return
no matter, how far he goes
Slice of the throat, vengeance would bloat
painful Love? the girl would gloat
The painter baffles
how to draw?
he colors her
with brush and straw....

Premium Member Taking yoga with a goat
Things we remember and some that we won't:
changing batteries on a remote,
building sand castles with a moat.,
applying a second coat,
grabbing an umbrella to tote,
sharing an ice cream float,
limiting salt, so we don't bloat,
mailing the thank you notes you wrote,
buying lozengers for a sore throat,
wearing a life jacket when on a boat,
remembering where your supposed to vote,
taking yoga with a goat.....

Watch well
Truth tells

Sweet stay
Prize play

Calm cheer
Dare dear

Muse may
Word way

Pique peak
Song speaks

Joy jumps
Soul sums

Dream dance
Clear chance

Strange sounds
Gain grounds

Nice notes
Voice vote

Feel floats
Bright bloat

Choice chills
Touch thrills

Wise words
Heart heard

Etch end
Bright blend

Shy
I try to hide my sorrow
Because there might be no
tomorrow
They all talk and bloat
While I just hide underneath
my coat
They try to crack my code
But I'm in a different mode
They all stand and stare
Because I'm just sitting there
I have a really small voice
But u guess that's my choice
They all laugh at me
But I just say let it be
There's no need to run away
Because I know that I'm ok.

To "Know Yourself" then
In a trip called When

Constitution
A profile to change
In a motive strange

Evolution streams
New patterns now dream
In a passing glimpse

Revolution
Old thoughts in new clothes
In a passing bloat

Resolution
New "To-Do List" here
In a year that spears

Reunion
Old message made new
In a soul called You

Flickering flame A discordant note of egos that bloat, so discerned by mind, holds on us no bind. Heart’s slight resentment is discontentment, noticed as a slip, as we nearly trip. This flicker in space is our soul’s disgrace, which though now restored, at that moment gored. If what is just is, then bubbling bliss fizz should be all we feel, in it’s full appeal. 13-September-2022

A Body In a Coat
Still grotesquely afloat
Belly ready to bloat
His last meal A Milked Oat
And then hard rowed a boat
But with a shot was downed
And the next thing was drowned!

His harsh look watchers note

The perplexed by A Quote

And enthused about coat …

Premium Member Bubble Blowing Penguin
Bubble blowing penguin is the talk of the ice float
He’s so arrogant and puffed up, says a rather old goat.
I think he’s dreamy, say two twins who admire his throat.
They love also the way his stomach is smooth with a bloat.

Don’t you think he’s a bit pompous? The oldster asks them.
They giggle in unison, and stare. One replies, “He’s a gem.”
“I thought his name was Pete,” the old penguin says.
He’s talented I think, says the twin named Inez....

Premium Member Moonlight
Windy wild waves,
The sea breeze blows;
Moonlight now craves,
Fond feel that shows.

May in full bloom,
The moist air moves;
Luna rays groom,
The night time grooves.

Midnight spreads dreams,
Sleepy souls rest;
A lovely stream
Of restful fest.

High in the sky,
Lonely moon floats;
Cry on a sigh,
Hear sadly bloat.

Feel the wind cold,
As the night air;
Stray thoughts take hold,
Cast distant flair.

Premium Member A Valentine Plea

To my relatives and friends, please hear:
No chocolates for the wife this year;
she’s a chocoholic with no excuse,
treats the stuff like substance abuse!
Then there’s the matter of her weight –
my God, she’s wider than her height!
And please no beer, no wine, no liquor,
for alcohol will only bloat her figure.
And dealing with another alcoholic
will only make my life more horrific.
From everything I’ve read, and it’s much,
no chocoholic admits he or she’s a lush.

Vampire's Visit
An open window smiled invitingly,
she laughed and slowly crept into his room,
he slept on unaware of pending doom,
she smiled, her fangs a scary sight to see.

She softly stroked his face and kissed his throat,
he didn't waken as she broke the skin
and lapped the spurting blood that flooded in,
so sated that her form began to bloat.

Unseen, his wife was watching, grinning wide;
the vampire saved a former battered bride.
