Every Ounce of Forest

A glint of light
Slicing through every
Ounce of forest
What delicate
Hands of God
Light still
Pouring through
This bastion

Hope

The Pandora's last card in winning
Is the inspiring word of 'hope'
The last breath to live
The last bastion of frontier
The potion of life everlasting.

With

1. with a fragment of devotion still lodged inside her heart, he lives on.
2. with his last bastion of hope, he called out her name and the stars fell down.
3. with their red ribboned love affair splitting and fraying words were no longer enough.

My Bastion

I am chasing a tight track
My bastion behind me
Being fired to the ground
Consecutively running
You can't see that
The way is getting dark
I'm too much tired
I have nowhere to break
Can you hear my breath?
I'm vanishing away,
Yelling in tacit
Can you save my way?

Kiss From Heaven

You're an angel
A heart of golden
A moment with you, even still
Is a kiss from heaven

Like the rapture of my soul
From eternal damnation
Like the light of my goal
My dream and my passion

For in thee dwells mine sunrise
Like my bastion on the rise
Like a prestigious prize
That equals no price

Glueing To Destiny

Resonance pools plentiful
As birds and squirrels
Chirp beyond garden bastion

A man in his house
Hermit crab's through life events
A bigger driveway!
Spared no expense!

And gushing parenthood
To provide with cherished glee
Never forget
The illusion of drawing boundaries

So we instruments
Imagine our own song
Glueing to destiny

Premium Member One Tree Stands Alone

Sentinel amid the dunes, watching, waiting, thriving, a bird tower standing tall upon unending sands that, roll out their own roadways. A green skyscraper in the distance; horizon dot, between two realms. Courageous bastion of wisdom... a tree, stands alone; testament to Nature’s fortitude.

Safe From Any Harm

S-afe from any harm,
H-ouse of worship is a bastion;
A-sk the Father for security,
I-mplore Him to provide protection.

S-afe from any harm
O-n the fifth of December;
M-ay you always have the love
O-f the arms of the Maker.
Z-one of risk is far away, chilling rain turns warm;
A-lmighty God gives you shelter, safe from any harm.

Jeweled Inner Peace....

Smitten,bitten,forcefully written
visions of missons, from where i'm sittin
golden still holdin',is love unfoldin'
petals of Lotus slowly bloomin....

Forgettin',forgiven,the life we're livin'
outlast the past, path of peace we're given
fragrant vagrant,leavin' heartfelt gracious
personalized peace as jeweled precious.....

Compassion's bastion....spur of the moment......

Fortress

you climbed the fortress
up trellises of vine
to capture her heart
to hold for all time

the tower a bastion
protected, secured
without hesitation
your vision unobscured

your mission was gallant
the plan was construed
knowing not resistance
from a love that was true

as you scale the tower
you know in your heart
a happy ending was coming
you knew from the start

Premium Member Gave My Life

I gave my life For a cause without concern Like a flower Digging through concrete I filter the light Through years of darkness What is left Is all that sustains me I sought God But found only demons So my heart Became a bastion of corruption I imprisoned myself But blamed others for years Now alone I wonder how I could ever be forgiven

Last Day's

And in those day's
Let there be joy and happiness
In that time of judgment
Fore
I will not
Relinquish that bastion
Of humanity
Or
That link with God
For which ultimately
I have fallen short'
And
So be it that for the Glory
Of He, in that
We are intrinsically connected
To this,
This is His glory
And is bound
By testimony of faith
In the Lord, Our Savior
Jesus Christ

Premium Member A Heartbeat Heard Through Time

I find your eyes a soft bastion
hold your hand with romance
consume my heart with your passion
I'll bow to you and dance

You're the beloved my heart has found
a heartbeat heard through time
we shall feel love's quivering sound
in lifting eyes sublime

We'll cherish when worlds disappear
lay in realms of desire
my love, I'll taste your lips so near
in flame's consuming fire

Premium Member Life is a Song

Life is a song, where lovers belong
and a kiss will invite love's passion
the days will unwind, dreams they will find
deep in the heart's warmest bastion
where each of its pleasures has its treasures
and every starry night is a dreamy rhapsody
where a fire is lit with flames of desire
and time is a subliminal serenity
where hearts intertwine in love so divine
and life is a song for eternity

Deep Between the Years

The history of this moment
Parallel in all decision recharted
A final glance revealed
Chimerical, each flight through dazzling entry

Urgent not to be left alone
Buried, the skies peel from their gaze
Criminal to walk out each square and peg

Lost beyond inner butterfly of space
Leaping circus rings and beast wrangled
The last bastion of you to me

Free without a second
The birth or uncovering
Falling deep between the years

Facsimiles Burst In the Jungle

Facsimiles burst in the jungle
Gestures pulling paint off the wall
I've seen it all
Crouched, hideaway consumer companion choice
Urgency gather fervently
Upsetting the sewage balance

Garden shears hanging sturdy frames
Blue collar bastion glowing brain
A belt buckle preacher enlivened struggle
Suicide ransom beneath the huddle

I'm making waves
And riding them too
Street animal casting feather balloons
Whispering a marching tune

Premium Member Flick of Light

A flick of light within my soul becomes a beacon for my life wherein I join with You in Christ free from normal life of strife. Today breaks boldly clear and bright A bastion holds me safe from sin and fills my heart with calming Voice to sooth and hold me close within. How grateful I become for You who teaches that Your love may cope with those who challenge You exist, persuaded by Your voice of hope.

once dyslexic

Letters were mad hat interlopers
I cannot decipher them
Eeties at Hoppies
was my diction for
Sweets at Shops
when i was four
Its hard being a dyslexic
Oh boy I feel so out of it
with my younger sisters
picking it up so easily
I eagerly learnt new words by sound alone
but sometimes I miscued
I felt half baked
but my love of History became my bastion
Orally laid down by my Father
I had something to boast
to my peers about

Premium Member The Bastion

Your love, my Lord
The bastion of my soul
No enemy of your Word
Ever, able would be,
Its walls of devotion to
Ascend
For
Hate, the kingdom of terror to
Establish!

*Boko Haram, Nigeria, just used a 10-year-old girl as
a bomb detonator, right after massacring up
to 2,000 people. To these victims of terror, I dedicate
this little poem of mine! God bless their souls!

A mother's endearment

In the vast realm of this wretched misery
There lives a prowess, with an ardent melody;
She emanates the beacon of her loving light
She is my bastion, in times of blight;
Her adoring caresses parries my solitude
For her inextensible grace, I couldn't repay my gratitude;
Her wise adorned with limitless dexterity
For none could ameliorate her mind's sagacity;
Her unwavering support, instigated with love
stands at the zenith, on the pinnacle above.
Form: Rhyme

Screeching Howl To the Fair Wind

At the traffic dodged broken barrier
My clown eclipses pinholes gander
Reeked in the phallic sundust
Pouring out in putrid urgencies
Human beams of ghastly thought
Clinging to lucrative belly rings
Bastion of glowing hope tied to rope
Losing abundance in American swamps
As we creek our bells across the world
Drowning coca cola babies all the same
 Puns, cliques, and gospel truants
I am fearless to step on statues
To heckle hairdos and smeckle bear feuds
