Autumn Came Calling

Without a modicum
of truth
anchoring the leaves
to me
Autumn
had came calling
in Spring
and the leaves
were falling.

Genesis of Delusion

any agenda
deflecting focus
away from the Self
for more than one breath
is a stuporous trance
genesis of delusion
anchoring us here

Full Flattery

It is you I am seeking for frost,
the icy balance to my flame;
Flow flickers into wildfire,
anchoring you to me;
Waltz of opposites,
full flattery
will upend
any
girl.

Watch That Thought Ego Begot

subtle flickers of volition betray our veiled agitation spawned by urge of our lower mind ego gripping us in its bind anchoring us in stagnation 10-November-2021

Ballast

Faith serves as ballast anchoring my calmest self - stress loves to perturb my still. Faith holes make punctures leaving me to drown at sea - stress floats to watch me drown.

Untitled

thoughts pounding
echoing loudly inside my brain
feelings hammering
clamoring tinges of this pain
a facade that slips
its anchoring clips
strength that's feigned
a tin heart, that's dangling from
a braided chain

How still is our stillness

Soft
sighs
soil silence,
since our heart tremors
are caused by mistaken belief,
that we’re only this form, which is delusion of course,
anchoring our consciousness in ephemeral dreams, which we believe to be real.

NIA
A Kwanza Thought For Today)

Be the seed you are,
Sown here in the soils of hope;
Germinating hope:-

Your roots anchoring,
Be divine guidance growing;
Fruiting ripe wisdom:-

Inspiring reapers,
Guide them in the harvesting;
Saving neighbors:-

Zen mode

as yet haunted by dream images
anchoring consciousness in the mundane
in the waking state we dwell in heart
to vanquish our subconscious mind insane

empty of concepts, attention internalised
silence our default orientation
nonchalant to ripples that rise and subside
we are poised in all time meditation

Scapegoat

A time tested honor
to be branded a goner,
just stand in the middle
of their circle of blame.
In this sex-crazed society
still obsessed with propriety,
it is you they'll belittle
to protect their good name.

Last Tango

rattlesnake hearts bleed out from
superficial passive prison promises
negating antibodies of ever blending potentials
heartful beats skipping spikes of bypass benevolence,
ignoring loves ancient anchoring antibodies
withdraw, rest on moonbeam waters
that flow into your night of forgiveness shores
stray not from ultimate healing feelings,
revive your inner fathoms

Emprovise

to empathise
To see the world through poets eyes
To feel surprise
To feel the world through poets sighs
To waken to a clearer way to see
The little hidden touches of a brush
highlighting what was missed in all the rush
Perhaps a glint of hidden joy
In eyes of what was once a little boy
Or just a telehug to ease a rift
Re anchoring another set adrift
To empathise

So Much More

Pulses repeated pulses
ripping to the core
I ache for so much more

Body spent content
but raging to be pushed hard
towards a wreckage lain lost

Thrust forth with tiny fingers
anchoring an aging frame

Enticing gasps of pleasure
tittered through the night

Pulses repeated pulses
take hold my weary might
squeeze past the apprehension
caress the sunburst light

Neon

My neon-hearted one,
vibrating throbs shining through
the soul-soaked night. It

is an endless ride
on this forlorn, pebble-skinned
autobahn; I still

can feel you out there.
Your heartstrings are like distant,
radio waves; such

beautiful white noise
attached to the senses of
mine anchoring me

into a godspeed
velocity just to safe
and sound; here and now reach you.

Have I Ever Told You

Have I ever told you that this matrix
is but thought manifesting illusions;
ego entrapping us therein by tricks,
anchoring attention in delusion?
Have I ever told you that stagnation
is the cause of our self imposed bondage,
as fears and desires let loose on rampage
contract, leaving us as dead man walking?
Have I ever told you, impulse savage,
dissolves in stillness upon so choosing?

Esoteric Wisdom

That that is within, veiled by gross matter.
Gaps of purity, here and there, windows,
allowing glimpses divine light scatters.
Cognisance of soma nectar that flows,
taking us in deep from earthy shallows.
The light divine burrows from inside out,
erasing ego blockages that do grout,
anchoring attention in stagnation,
as captive to habits, we go about.
Feel, oh hermit, throb of bliss ignition!

Love Still Flows

who will notice me when I have crossed the stars?
will they stand to listen or past the moment by?
can it be just a subtle cue that does not take notice
or have the echoes thinned out and become shy?

Will they see the anchoring rainbow that connects us
can the music from grace be heard to those I see below
please become still and grant me your care and connection
I send the melodies of peace as my love still does flow.

Path To Freedom

Desire clouds pristine blissful consciousness,
anchoring awareness in stagnation,
indulgence thus causing stuporousness,
plunging earth entity in delusion,
stifling innate throb of joy elation.
Fears mirror desire, haunting us in dreams,
consuming soul as long as such thoughts stream.
Taking a cue, from the fresh morning breeze,
gently caressing, as does a sunbeam,
we are free, when we embrace-hold-release.

Keeping Constance At a Distance

Mark gave his honest Instance
Of the very circumstance
In which men kept their distance
From Next-Door Neighbor Constance
Anchoring it in Mischance,
All Adams to take no chance,
As An Embittered Constance
Had thrice shot three from near distance,
Their mouths gaping in Askance,
Even as their hit bodies did a funny dance …

You mark All Adams, An Embittered Constance
After ill-luck in near distance
Is something to mourn like mischance!

Oceans

it's not just water that fills our ocean buoyant as that may be it's more of matter over mind anchoring aground when bluebirds no longer sound I still hear them echoing through the silence of time a coded coo corralled in unconscious intertwined a slow dance of death unrehearsed shadows aloof to die upon the sword but as one blood wrung wrists washing away in the waves wreaking a lumpish shore

Imagine

Infinity like royalty dressed in rainbow light.
Marvelous meetings of the mind of Christ.
Anchoring at the pearly gate, counting sufferings cost.
Gaining every bit back, healed, restored, reunited and floored.
Informed that you are a co-heir with the Son of God.
Neither eye nor mind had prepared you for this euphoric grace -
Everything you could imagine pales as a smile leaps from your face.

Unfettered Awareness

Doubt contracts our being, as also fears and ego desires, in realm of illusions, thereby stifling aliveness, anchoring us in stagnation, making us captive to lower mind, enmeshed in dark swamplands of delusion. Doubts, borne of urges, rooted in doership, we surrender instrument of thought, resting in awareness alone, uncaring of all outcomes, content in blissful peace, in the here and now, as a witness, delighted in the play. 08-November-2020

The Pathless Path

Roots deeply embedded in mind body ego borne urges, anchoring attention, within walls of narrowness, immerse us in fear and desire. We are both captor and prisoner, enmeshed thus where attention does hover. Fault line of consciousness is stagnation. Detachment holds the key to freedom. Moving as does the morning breeze, we embrace, hold and release each offered vibration, with nonchalant ease, free and unbound, we thus be, become, bliss. 29-October-2020
