Have I Ever Told You

Have I ever told you that this matrix
is but thought manifesting illusions;
ego entrapping us therein by tricks,
anchoring attention in delusion?
Have I ever told you that stagnation
is the cause of our self imposed bondage,
as fears and desires let loose on rampage
contract, leaving us as dead man walking?
Have I ever told you, impulse savage,
dissolves in stillness upon so choosing?
