Bittersweet falls the moonless night
when perfumed whispers ride the westward breeze

BUOYANCY

A boat drifts softly, hull like a feathered whisper, tracing sky and sea.
In its wake, a gentle sigh—clarity in the vast blue.

Buoyant, I drift free, the weight of time slips away.
Crystal waters gleam. My thoughts thoughts dart like fish in the deep.

The boat softly sways. Joy, a vessel on this sea, carries me onward.

The Life of an Adventurer

A thousand ships through the dark nights sail,
to mysterious lands and adventurous trails.
With a thirst for life, I cannot rest,
when one is finished, there comes another quest.

I travel many paths into the unknown,
with each path completed, I know I’ve grown.
Though dangers lurk at most every turn,
I sense I’m protected; I have no concern.

I love the blue water,
as I am rocked to sleep.
The salt air fills my soul,
as I dream far away.
I am awakening,
to a misty sea day.

Sailing on the Bay, a Living Poem

On the bay the wind is scurrying
along its flock of waves,
with white crests honey combed, 
to flip over their edges,
on blue foreheads.

The bow of the yacht slices 
through the waves driven by the wind
in the sails, rattling the rigging, 
heeling the boat over,
relenting to force of wind,
tricking the wind to drive the yacht
forward wind into

The clouds looked like a sailboat in the sky
Sailing across blue color, like the vast sea
There was no sand, shells or seagull to fly
Just a sailboat above green valleys and trees

This feeling of sailing can be found anywhere
Sky to water, you can catch a view any day
Nourishing visions to see with self care.

Seaweed, another nutritious meal,
With an acquired taste in a meal,
I desire for my breakfast,
