ALANA

Alana Fauna
How is your flora?

Is it growing happily?
Or is it in need of replanting?

While I have your attention
Is your bake sale manana?

It should be held before everything
Goes stale like bread or you haven’t
Anyone to help you with it

Poke The Darn Bear

There is plenty of times to stay in my lane
To try and beat my own PR on the same course

However now is not the time to rest on my laurels
Not time to simply add edifice to what I’ve mastered

Growth requires pruning and sometimes replanting
Cutting deeper into the halls of unknown

My mind and body have healed with a gap
A gap on a tree for a new branch to bloom

A season to grow so I can later on sow
Muscles do not grow unless the routine is thrown

My soul pines to be put to a new test
The lord gave us stem cells for a reason

The First To Drown

The Earth isn't dying—no, she's screaming, a sound you've stopped hearing.
she cried when girls walked miles for rusted, tainted water,
when ancient forests become forgotten, ash–filled pyres,
no worn map ever dared to mark.

In my homeland,
we don't fear the tempest's furious might.
We fear the silence –
The hollow echo of empty, cracked wells,
the desolate stretch of barren, parched fields,
The early, unforgiving digging of our graves.

They label us “developing,”
yet we are always the very first to drown,
The very first to wither from hunger's bite,
The very first to forfeit a future
we never, ever sought to destroy.

They peddle green, plastic-wrapped illusions.
“Eco.” “Clean.”
As if mere words could somehow
unscorch the blazes from the sky.

But behold, we stand–
girls with bare hands, replanting the struggling forests,
boys coding, fighting against the swift collapse,
children marching, with fierce fire in their lungs.
I continue to write.
Because even now,
The Earth, in her enduring wisdom, still believes in us.

Fulfillment Juice Verse 2

Heaven's the goal
He purifies my soul
And I lives by His quotes
Every moment I go down
I quickly arose
I'm heading to the post man
I don't want to lose
And faith envelopes
Thus I dream big
I'm grateful for His fig tree
that shades me from the drought heat
reaping the fruits the breeze flings
and replanting the seedlings
for abundance of riches
my soil is loamy
but the enemy
always sows his weed in
so much struggle and strife
but I rise and fight
won't stop searching for the light
in the darkest of the night
travel any kilometer,
no matter what's the height
my destination is blissful
and it's bright
In this journey of life
the storm builds my soul
I'm sailing with the Christ
obviously not alone
hardship is sinking
I'm submarined in the truth
pour out my heart in prayer,
I'm sipping fulfillment's juice

Visiting

In the tall many-eyed hospital
I am shrunken into a small pocket of isolation
waiting for a man to die or
the replanting of a once mislaid miracle.

I'm ducking beneath time and place waiting for something
I dare not name yet.

A stranger walks by,
he looks at me as if I am known to him
I want to tell him I hardly know myself anymore
but now his eyes are glazing over with indifference.

I’ve been here before,
a little further down this corridor
as a person blanked to off-white for the ease of finding;
a fearless medical concern, laid-out,
detailed, prepped for the probing,
one wrist banded just in case the unforeseen
grew too large to be ignored.

Today I am only a figure on a bench
visiting, hoping for news of death postponed
trying to recall one iota of the fear I once left here
as I, bundled against a heartless wind
was delivered back into a living space,
a place my friend may not find anymore.

Premium Member Dandelion Faerie

Dandelion Faerie was the best dandelion wisp collector in the meadow
She could capture them almost before they floated off
She brought most of them back, replanting them for the next season
What about the ones that escape? Lily faerie asked.

If I cannot retrieve them, it means they were not meant to be here.
They are meant for another meadow, for another elf or faerie.
Lily faerie was amazed by her positive attitude.
Wow! She said, so there is no resentment that they escaped?

I let them go easily, willing them to impregnate another meadow.
Lily Faerie plucked out her petals and threw them into the air.
Hoping they would also go forth and multiply,
not understanding that they would not as they were not seeds.

Premium Member What Is This Thing

What is this thing
called mortal love?
Yet not a Thing
at all

At least a Relationship,
Which, of course,
requires two or more
to adore-fully dance
or, divorcing,
fall

Back into Earth's green ball
planting and replanting health
without one sign to recall
LeftBrain conserving dominance
preserving StraightWhiteMale prominence
throughout his-story's clumsy appall

Peace brokers wondering,
How grows this integrity,
felt immortal passion
not not mortally unknown
after bodies
and before spirits
good health natured
co-arising All

These sacred relationships
for Earth's immortal love
in one dynamic place,
passions springing forth
toward warm best known
recall.

Another Covid Holiday

Another COVID Holiday

in an ever increasing
rate of replanting
the seed was spreading
through the population

a seed so small
as to be microscopic
should remain insignificant
no outward effect dramatic
though COVID’s social influence
global impact near atmospheric
I eagerly wade into holidays
mandated to reduce pollination

vacation disappointingly domestic
unloading washing machine tanglematic
hanging clothes almost robotic
reducing risky situation

we look now
to the years as they’re turning
our mutual recent history
undesired to be re-enduring
we hope upon new calendar
with optimistic collective yearning
for a year of blank pages
devoid of COVID’s social manipulation

HAPPY 2022
may it be kind to us

Glory Be Unto God

GLORY BE UNTO GOD
Finally, congratulations you have made it
This is my desire to honor you Lord
To give you my heart, my soul, my mind
Sound mind, peace, calm freedom there is
All be to rest, the past be laid
At last it is over
Uprooting, replanting new beginnings
One on one with Father
Free, away from the rest of the LORD
Arena of Liberty I dwell in
Sweet melodies smoothing with my heart
Emmanuel, God is with me
Thank you Father
Thank you Son
Thank you Holy Spirit

Premium Member The Old Year

The old year is now done and dusted
It has not been without its strifes.
Headlines of war, murder and much more
Daily we hear of terrible atrosities.

Peace seems a long way off
and Mankind not in the mood.
Yet a spark of hope remains
That one day things will change.

This spark if it is fanned,
could catch alight and burn,
bringing world peace
repairing the harm once done.

People now armed with shovels
replanting all the lost trees.
Animals no longer fearful
turn their trusting eyes to us.

Communities working together
Love for one another freely flowing.
Slavery a thing of long distant past
All this could come to pass.

We just need enough to care
To want to make a change.
Then like the mighty oak,
the seeds will take deep roots.

Just one person who cares
can influence many others
And this world of ours
will once more be paradise.

God's Glorious Garden---Beautiful Flowers of Souls

Within this earthly World
Seeds are planted
Wildflowers... grow
Son---Shine's through

Watering God's garden
With Divine Eternal Love
Plant feeding.. with Holy Words
Bringing minerals... food to Flowers
Love... Faith... Hope...
Healthy Soil.. Fertilization
For all God's Creation
God's Garden of Flowers--Souls

Beautiful Flowers of Souls
Start from Seeds
Holy Word... gives food...
Spirit--souls.. Beautifully grows
Then manifestation.. grows
Wildflowers’... becomes the Beautiful Rose
Son... Replenish –Restores whole
Faith given beholds... Our Strong Tower

But if you not give or receive food
Flowers of Souls.. still can grow
But depends
How good roots are within Soil
They may just wither away
some day...

As we know
there are weeds
Who come to choke
Life.. Precious Love.. out
Of God’s Beautiful Flowers of Souls

Time soon to be
Season comes.. for Replanting
Beautiful Roses.. many colors of Flowers
Into God's Glorious garden
Eternal Beautiful Fragrance of Love

Come to Jesus.. Let God’s Son.. Shine in..
Grow.. Replenish within..
Be ready to be Replanted
Into God’s Glorious garden

The Coming Light

The dream of a day that will end the night
And the birth of a cloud come to see the light
Such tales will be told as our hearts take flight
Such power we find will be true inside

The dream of a storm that believes our pain
Only enters our minds when it starts to rain
Such tales will end once we see this game
That such desperate things start when we still blame

The dream of a darkness replanting seeds
And the end of a heart that held every need
Such tales that were spoken became disease
And such painful times end our clarity

Awaken the dream that recalls our minds
That we feel with our hearts through our open eyes
With such timeless tales surrounding life
It’s hard to believe that we could be blind

A new dream is found in the gathering rain
The love that I feel now speaks my name
And the eyes that reflect speak a million pains
But this story can’t end until it starts again

The dream of a day that began with night
We will live again through whatever skies
The tales of timelessly taking flight
Is the truth that I find when you are my light

That Voice of Mother Earth..A-Crying

The world is Dying…
Mother Earth Is Crying...
"Man, man, man…
You have caused me much pain…
Even if I rain hailstones on him...He is still stubborn"...

"Man, Man, Man…
You cut down my Hard Grown Forests …Without replanting them,
You Plunder My Breasts spilling my precious Milk…
Keeping My Marine Offspring In Extinct Extinction,
You Flare Gas into the Air, Making this same Air your Main life
Source Thinner and Thinner, Destroying My Ozone layer"...

"You Manufacture harmful chemicals which you use as Refrigerants
And for foam production these same deplete the Ozone layer…
Hear ye! Hark ye! Woe betides you for burning my forests…
See the charred evidences...So Much Natural Life In Jeopardy…
Your Over-Zealousness has plundered the Wildlife I granted True Bliss…
They are now unsafe and close to extinction…
I will withhold my anger for a short time and Look on..
But When Thy Cup Of Sin Filleth..Not Even My Creator Will Withold My Fury..
I am MOTHER EARTH!"
