REBUKE

THE HOUSE TELLS TRUMP NO

THE SENATE ALSO NO GO

IS A MAJOR BLOW

Rebuke

I try to do well, keep the peace, find a way.
I try to be thoughtful in all that I say.
I’m willing to leave all my interests behind
to follow the Lord, so I’m shocked now to find

that I stand here rebuked at this moment in time.
I guess it’s because the Lord had to remind
me that my ways aren’t in the least like his at all.
Thought I was defending, but I thought too small.

It’s a hard thing to understand, what it’s about,
but maybe it’s time that we figure it out -
that the purpose we’re here isn’t tied to this earth.
We all chose our mission long before birth.

If we want to be like him and walk in his ways
then we’ll have to remember, the rest of our days
that there isn’t a single thing that will be lost
when we prove ourselves faithful… and go to our cross.

Matthew 16: 21-23

Rebuke

I rebuke all of the negativity
I rebuke satan and its troops
I rebuke the rude attitudes
I give gratitude
I rebuke the spirit of downsizing me
I rebuke the evil words
Because Jesus is in control
I can see the hidden faces
Beyond the all-around places
My trust is in the one above
Jesus I truly do love.

AMEN ND AMEN.

***Note:
(A Nugget)

Sometimes SOME people want to put you in a box and talk about you. But they do not really know you. Judgement comes in all forms. Overall, keep on trusting in JESUS. Hold your head up high. Be a blessing to your enemies. Be of great encouragement.

Premium Member Rebuke Me Not In Anger

Rebuke me not in anger,
Nor discipline in fury.
Be gracious unto me, O LORD,
I’m wasting here; please hurry!

My bones lament their troubles;
My soul is anxious too.
But you, O LORD - how long
Till I’m returned to you?

Save me for your splendid name,
Your staunch, unswerving love,
For death has no remembrance
From Sheol of You above.

I’m wearied from my moaning,
I flood my bed with tears.
My eyes are red because of grief;
I’m weak from all my fears.

Depart from me, you evil ones;
The LORD has heard my cries.
My supplications reach His ear,
To where He sits on high.

(From Psalm 6)

Velunday

I'm in need of strength to bring reason here
and rip the roof off with pliers
and cut shadow spongy tongue
and replace the false smile of this wind
for some more solid wisdom
than those of supermarket shelves
who doesn't see that we're all fighting
for the same velvety results?
something that brings us the blessing of sundays
the calm heart of breakfasts
spear the anguish with the fork
you know, there's a thrush that lives near here
yesterday landed on my window
and I looked right into the brown of those eyes
I swear they seemed to berate me

Depression' Spell

Did we come to a meeting!
                 Or
Did life shake it's coin!
This path has but problems
So pondering on it makes one
        Weary and dreadful

Yes,
At least have just learnt
As the wind blows and my mind saw the truth
It took it's scared head,
Buried it's sting and fled.

Never will it locate me
I am so to allow it's vices,
I have been Bewitched

Mere focusing on my problems
Never thinking of the miracles,
        The joy and goodness
It stole my joy for a day
Now I rebuke it,
I must be cheered

Where my pills do not see me
Call my doc,
Is that word alive
Divine intervention come nigh

I feel like a child,
Soaked in it's mess
My head flies
Sorrows aback,
Floating feelings
Lonely to stupor
I need thee

Premium Member Evil Fearful Angels Presents I Rebuke You You Don'T Belong Here-

Scary pictures I was basting in my dilemma
No where to go nowhere to stay
Adamant in my involvement I closed mine eyes
For the moment I prized
Still yet I could pray
Don't have to be remembered this way trapped in my circumstances
Still homeless in mercy of the angle of fear
Those whom I decree don't belong here
Yet I still I await for the presents of the Lord

Premium Member Rebuke the Physical Reside In the Spirit of Jesus-

some hold on to things
those things that are forbidden beholding
physical material things
things held dropped lost and forgotten
but I have a real holding
 I feel real meaning
 I have real feelings
it's real but you can't see
it's real you can feel
 Jesus wonderful
Jesus hope in the morning
 hope in the noon day
hope when you're on life journey
and you're on the way His love
 Jesus love
you can't see it yet
But you can feel Him all the way down through your morrow
morrow of your bones

Premium Member Quiet Holy Voices Rebuke My Wrong Choices-

Skeptic piranha parasites leeches onto my spirit
Amongst the grim reaper I shall not go near it
Not rebuking the sins and shame of my wrong choices
I expedite my decisions change the course of my vision
I calmly use the inner voice
Nonchalant dismay
Demons come distraught and play
In adversity in turmoil yet I pray
Rebuking the sins and the shames of my wrong choices
I cater to the quiet holy voices

Canuck Rebuke

A maple leaf fell off the flag
When Mounted Police hit a snag
Some maple syrup
Stuck to his stirrup
Voilà Sergeant Preston in drag!

Rebuke Sadness With Perspective

In sad times, I recall King’s harassment
Stabbed at a book-signing in NYC
(Did they tell us King refused prosecution?)
Now, let us not forget Bonhoeffer
Young Dietrich in Nazi Germany, forewent
His fiancee’s company to work underground
Even returned from USA only to be nabbed …
Executed by Hitler days before Allied victory!

In the vast riches of my Being
There is a sacred mountain range
In one broad swath of Space
Is the most verdant pine forest
Interspersed with cedars and the occasional oak
Yet the unity, the Consciousness, the Life
Seems eternal, peaceful, safe, even NOW

As I breathe deeply, the tears roll down my face
In one whisper all the swaying branches speak:
Don’t cut me, don’t burn me, for YOUR sake
The corner of sky is cerulean blue
Then a wispy cloud – thought: I must write – passers by
I do not attend. I hover between Being and Form

In my saddest times, I have more means
To defend myself than trees and forests
Than the humble turtle, rumbunctious rhino,
Elegant elephant, or Palestine Molerat
... they may go the way of passenger pigeon and dodo
While I choose perspective over doldrums

Premium Member In Rebuke of the Grinning Harlot

She strumpets all into the nights until
around her head the build-up's like fetid, gross cheese;
her lewdness makes the earth and sun stand still:
Lord! What miracle it'd be were she just a tease!
Her grinning face I loathe and never miss;
to greet her with a large and phallic pecker
delights her—but I swear to God on this:
that I felt then the extreme need to deck her
at the knowledge of her one-hundred lovers!?
Deceived by her (that wily Lolita!),
I curse then forswear her and flee for cover
vowing henceforth to shun that Medusa.
So with luck and some serendipity,
I abscond her wiles with no STD!

Premium Member Rebuke Me Not O Lord

Rebuke me not O Lord
in your anger
And in fervent discipline
in your anger
O Lord you KNOW I AM WEAK
Yet still I fall at your feet
Rebuke me not O Lord
Heed my call
Hear my prayer
Heal me for I Am sick
Heal me my soul is vexed
Deliver me up
Into your righteousness
O Lord you KNOW I AM WEAK
Yet still I fall at your feet
Rebuke me not O Lord
Lord, Father save me from myself
Your mercies are mine to claim
This I do in Jesus name
I'm weak and complaining
In my nightly bed I am swimming
Instead of believing
My heart filled with grief
Because of my enemy
Git thee behind me Satan
Rebuke me not O Lord
God has heard my cries
He's on my side
The Lord has heard my prayers
O Lord you KNOW I AM WEAK
Yet still I fall at your feet
Heed my call
Hear my prayer
Heal me for I Am sick
Heal me my soul is vexed
Deliver me up
Into your righteousness
Rebuke me not O Lord
Lord, Father save me from myself
Your mercies are mine to claim
This I do in Jesus name
Rebuke me not O Lord
Rebuke me not O Lord

PSALM 6

1/6/18
by James Edward Lee Sr.

Your Rebuke

Your rebuke
My wisdom brook.

Like to a rust key
An excellent oil on me.

As deep and sore
Yet they are wings to soar.

When distress like an armed man
Comes with the sledge hammer

To break me- into shambles
They make me bold marbles.

And times hatred come to stay
Your love is my lifting ray.

Weary to stop
They keep coming non-stop

The correction from the rods
Comfort among odds

Hurts by the stick
Are scars that make me tick.

Rebuke

those words censure -
reverberated in the heart,
that feeling lingered.
