Presumption of Innocence

If innocence presumption
Prohibits the assumption
Then Federal Intelligence
Provides the Introduction
Enforced with the propulsion
That dealing with corruption
Has factors of the that
That innocence presumption
To Justice the obstruction
The object does determine
As guilty hypocrite
On level definitions
Concerned with composite
And thus investigation
Of the administration
For damage to the judgement
Occurs this fine INIT
CON,

Premium MemberClarence Thomas's way of interpreting the Constitution

The Eighth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution
prohibits cruel AND unusual punishment.
It does not prohibit cruel punishment.
It does not prohibit unusual punishment.
It only forbids cruel AND unusual punishment.
Therefore, cruel punishment is totally constitutional.
So, too, is unusual punishment.
When I say this, some of my liberals friends are in total astonishment.

Premium MemberSing Sing Old Prison Walls Still Sing

Sing Sing old prison walls still sing
As men worked beyond their limits
The stench of old sparky still clings
Silence lingers as its laws prohibits

Yet

Sing Sing old prison walls still sing
Of those prisoners laments, within
Blooded weal’s on flesh that stings
Sometimes strung up left to swing

Yet

Sing Sing old prison walls still sing
So many went by the electric chair
Yeah, it so really became the thing
Last chance to repent and a prayer

With it, the walls of Sing Sing, sing

With it, the walls of Sing Sing, sing

Sing . . .

Can scribes feel nothing, in spite of Psalms' convicting songs?
Or can the godly err, if righteousness prohibits wrongs?
Can the priests sacrifice, though they profane God's Word?
Can prophets prophesy, when prophecy goes unheard?

Can devils mislead, though they already know the truth?
Can angels fall from heaven, if their pride forgets all ruth?
Can God save the contrite, if he perished on the Cross?
Do sinners care, if hell's highways are paved with the lost?

Premium MemberDifferentiated Perception

as long as awareness be
manifest as an identity
differentiated perception
as a veil of ignorance
prohibits us to cognise
the essence of our being
self-luminous living light
complete and in renewal
throbbing in singularity
in time dissolved peace

Premium MemberThe Official Jar Opener

I was the official jar opener in our house
Until this jar of Bick's Pickled Beets
Knocked me off my perch
Mr. He-Man here is now fighting off severe depression
It's a conspiracy, cause I was acting too much like a smart ass
That lid tightening machine heard about me
And is purposely making the seal tighter
So no actual human can open it without farting
And then it's still basicly impossible
I think the government should pass a law
That prohibits this kind of practice
To prevent us from ending up crying like a baby
And sucking our thumb all cuddled up in the corner
My dear wife decided to give it a shot
And apparently with no struggle at all
She managed to open the damn stupid thing
As I always say, “I loosened it for you!”
You can visit me in an old folks home
3:00 to 4:00 every weekday afternoon
And between 1:00 and 6:00 on weekends

Premium MemberMere Catch In Throat

Mere catch in throat, not so mere, dear
It somewhat inhibits
Though God near and bliss throbs yet spear
Outdoor play prohibits

Thermometer in hand
We nod and understand
Such is lay of the land

Cough’s got our goat
Mere catch in throat

Forget Me Knot

If you have not met your Maker yet
You may owe your long life to a vet
Especially those
With tags on their toes
Who knew from the start you would forget

*Please note that none of us enlisted to
support a government which prohibits
women from seeking medical treatment
and prohibits doctors from providing it!

C A U S A T I O N vs. D E T E R M I N I S M

Choices form towards our preordained trajectory
Decision built bricks stack factors progressively
Circumstancial pegs compile in accord to faculty
Dogmas of downtrodden clogged with profanity

Circles run rings around predictions, an equator
Divides same from same in symmetrical centre
Cogs who push their neighbours never blame us
Duration in environ expidited by wheel's impetus

Certainty occurs, journey obscured from turning
Decorum's shield prohibits peripheral discerning
Contingent coddles confederates, cave sedation
Dictated picture is droll pattern of premeditation

Character patter converses with class conducive
Dialogue delays, latitudinal liberal splay spruking
Concious diverges in a dual carriageway purview
Deliberation channels hairpin 's curve impromptu

These concealed agenda,

unravelling soon,

Stage by stage,

man a captive to man,

manipulated,

"Liberty" is lie,

they make the boundaries,

Locked in the prison in summer

separated in winter,

distancing like foes,

disguised as animals,

collective condemnation,

these theories.

That condemns congregation,

prohibits association,

suspends education,

closed the offices,

and makes me poorer,

compelling dependency on handouts,

These Fears that Originates from Wuhan,

embellished by the media,

accepted by the doctors,

empowers their reset,

depression and fears, the tools,

beleaguered minds consenting to the suspense of their brains.

apoplexy aroused before the force,

There goes your rights to say No,

Sick or not, a Jab.

vaccination by force,

consent unnecessary,

Your right fritters away.

Here comes the medical Rape,

without my consent,

Do not Rape me.

Oh To Feel Melancholy

To feel melancholy..
To hear the rain on my roof
On this soft mellow day
The grey sky is the color of a horse hoof
Oh the colorless grey

To feel melancholy..
To unwrap the border separating
The sour yet mouthwatering
Orb of blue that stains your teeth
The taste that prohibits death

To feel melancholy..
Submerging yourself in a pond
Filled to the brim with spheres
That appear to be clear yet have
A layer of shifting light, colorful

To feel melancholy..
Getting closer to the sidewalk
Looking up the entire time
Nose perked up inhaling
The droplets of tears
Created by ridged, fluffy, clouds

The Unaltered Depiction

Startled by the hallucination
of himself upon the wall
The man of a compromised conscience
cringes with apprehensive velocity

Debilitating panic emerges
with a disconcerting air of predictability
Transporting him, intangibly, to a setting that prohibits
his own narration
Forcing him to endure his biography
without any preferred revisions

Premium MemberJust Open Up Your Mind

Just for a moment, open your mind to all possibilities. Whatever you dream, you can do and create. Then probabilities have opportunities, by which they can manifest.

When the radio was manifested, everyone believed such, was impossible. Phones, cars, indoor plumbing, computers and all we have today, was once considered impossible.

Belief is the catalyst, by which we initiate possibilities. Possibilities addressed with imagination, belief, and effort; give birth to realities; increasing probabilities give us hope that our dreams will manifest.

Skepticism has its place; it can keep you on the road to manifesting realities but, it’s too often abused; used to demean and degrade the dreamers. It prohibits their success in manifesting those probabilities which stalls progress.

The fool is the diehard skeptic; the clammed-shut mind. Those who believe; though some skepticism is allowed; are the real geniuses; courageous believers; thank God for them.

Each of us possesses the capacity to dream; when dreams provide ideas; open your mind, create and leave a part of yourself to this world.

Gone

Like the roar of thunder
Mighty, powerful but it echoes
Like the intense tingle in your nose
Just before a sneeze
Like a blurred, frosted window
Prohibits sight
Like the taste of water from a kitchen tap
Tastes like nothing
Like the smell of morning
When you have s sinusitis flu

None of my senses can distinguish

To help my brain to comprehend
So that my my heart can understand this nothingness

Overwhelming, deafening, incomprehensable

SUDDEN...
Nothingness

Life and Its Ways

We are the controllers
We are the watchers
We are the players....
Of this game called life,

We are given spirit which is energy
We are given soul which is the mind
We are given the ego which is thought
based on how we perceive ourselves,
The body, that life prohibits to let go
Life is a curtain covering your fate
Life is an illusion in which we stay
Life is divided into many ways
Life is just a ride,

A continuous spin
A fraction of what really is,
Life is infinite as we all share the presence of it,

Life is the domain that contains us,
Life is us expressed in many ways
Life is me and you coming together as one
Life is one, multiplied
Life is not anything
Life is everything
