Presumes Poems | Examples

Loner

You can struggle In your dealings on earth
You may achieve all and end up a loner
Whom presumes life’s success and timing as a coin.

Through your shadows; find light
In your peril seek peace
In your loneliness seek companion
If you find one, tell the tale,
Write the song and sing your praise everyday.

If you find no place to call home
Live in harmony with yourself
And when it is time to leave
Bid a farewell and transit in peace.

Sunrise golden hour was fading
Gemmed hummingbirds called on red blooms
Jade new day sparkled in wonder.

Songs from pine trees gushed cascading
the still air heavy with perfumes;
Unrecalled were days of thunder.

A lush garden, blooms invading
for hummingbirds in sweet costumes
as bronze sun grew hot way under.

Juicy cherries were pervading
like the bold rainbow which presumes
casting the grim storms asunder.

Soon off to be quite well traveled
Before day, in hues unraveled.

I'd like to give you an ounce of perfume
that I borrowed from honeysuckle vine.
This scent is old, more lovely, one presumes
than French perfume always made by design.

This scent leads me back to my childhood days,
I hear ringing echoes of our voices,
running barefoot over hidden pathways--
days before we had to make life's choices.

Carefree days of locust blooms, apple pies;
forever friends, we innocently thought.
Never worried past our wondering eyes--
pretending life, chasing dreams sometimes caught.

Come, we'll sit on my childhood backdoor stairs,
search for dreams always in plentiful bloom.
We'll stay only to hear memories' airs.
The ticket's in honeysuckle perfume.

I ponder your marvel, Jesus, "holy"!
Revealed to that blind man who loudly cried,
Begging your mercy on him, who's lowly...

You asked him the obstacles on his stride.
And in answer, O, preserver of "life"!
He begged your glance on him as his true guide.

For long he'd undergone many a strife.
His blindness had made an enduring scar.
Hurdles he had faced abundantly rife.

He implored to perceive truths as they are.
And your loving "grace" to discern always,
Granting him your wisdom excellence par…

Perception presumes positive soul rays.
The light of "faith" should permeate the heart.
By God's words, our actions should get ablaze.

The blind man wanted to become a part,
Of the endless creative deeds of God,
Full of "hope"; in holiness set apart…

You looked at him with "love" and a smile broad
He received your enhancing mercy look!
"Joy" filled him and your kindness he did laud.

We, indeed, need always the Jesus look
Jesus look is - look with no hook or crook.

This Time Around Is For Me

Traduced! Forgive but don’t forget is the adage
How can one heal whilst storing the ugly image?
It’s the lie entailed by cowardice…

So a mind, replete with forgiven but unforgotten
Turns irrational and presumes in verbiage rotten!
Imminently, bruises need a poultice…

Mired in all the untoward-pardoned-unforgettable
Eclipsed visages twist-taunt into the judge-mental
as he hammers over a ripped bodice…

Rage absorbed takes on a caliber hard to disown
Of a volcanic-type verisimilitude; shield unknown
under the buried-remembered, malice…

Nursed so long in remembrance, turns corrupt
Drinks in all the stored negatives to then erupt
in wanton caprice…

Surely, forgetting is requisite to forgiving,
for how is one to enjoy the present living?
Odious history’s peace…

Riding the past to fill moments in beauty
Memory retention is the declared reality
Enunciated with declining hubris…

Jim Comey Said About Trump

Jim Comey Said About Trump

Jim Comey said that Trump is heretical,
And not only that he has been unethical;
Wrote great book;
Breath away took;
Then apparently presumes is pathetical.

Jim Horn

Have to read Comey's new book sometime.
Also just ordered Madam President about
Hillary and why she was not elected. My
Republican neighbor next door said it was
not time for a woman. Can you believe that.

Her As I See

Elegance.
Beneath her beauty is yearning for relevance as she presumes it to be irrelvant
Intelligent
Speaks with messages that seem so delicate as if words were definate
Still questioning her precidence
ponder upon her prefrences no refrences
yo this lessons tence..

Fool an i
we lay so incredulously
In a love....
That it seems our sorrows rest in mind
and all is enabled,
now we able,
to weave mesh of this light as we bind...
seemingly caught up in webs of time.

But stood it may
like a shadow
was the thoughts that attest between us..
how uncouth the prattled battle lay,
all it consumes,
as it presumes ,
to arrest and attest for our lives...
keeping us caught up in lies 'till we die.

Unlimited

UNLIMITED

You provide me
Love
Unlimited care
Everything you gave.

My efforts undaunted
My mind unthinkable
Fathom the unknown
This fraternal endearment.

Would the love subside
Hate
Unbounded presumes
Nothing less could collapse.

The heaven, the air, and the rains
Immeasurable, eternal
Mile and miles
Windmill powers volume.

Faith in Thee
God
Hearty really unlimited
He extends doesn’t deny you and me!

Changing Fate

If someone trys to change destiny,
If someone trys to rearrange a path,
If someone sticks their nose into fate,
If someone thinks their stronger than that,
If an adult pitches a tantrum,
Like a two year old child,
And presumes they are the master,
What they get is disaster,
Power and money,
Mean nothing to God,
Uncaring souls are lost in the cold,
Relentless dispalys of acting like God,
Will give you your fate,
When God goes wild,
Angering heaven is a big mistake,
What you end up doing,
Is changing your own fate,
I once heard a saying,
And boy is it true,
It's not nice to fool with mother nature,
By the things that you do,
Having tunnel vision on any subject,
Not seeing the bigger picture,
Of who really runs this world,
Lands you at the bottom,
Of Gods master plate,
He'll chew you up,
For changing fate.

Better Angels

Better Angels

The better angels of our nature
The higher aspects of our hearts
The deeper yearnings of our beings
The true summation of our parts

It is to this that I aspire
It is to this my soul assumes
To the highest but no higher
Only what a man presumes

Only where the best have been
Only where the saints have trod
To be less would would be a sin
To be more would be a god

Presumptuous Assumption

he presumes that people find him unassuming

                    and about his humility he keeps on boasting;

                                       looks down his nose

                                           at you and those

he assumes as presumptuous, as assuming !

Once, Twice, Three Times I'M Sorry

How, when sorry needs to recreate
an afterwards that stood for miles on end,
the heat from wrong that gallantly saw wind
contained the air of thanks by this request.

Amazing turn of foot from ice cold stare,
went warm as if the earth had filtered thin
an atmosphere to weep, it drowned me there,
where half way dark had sin to put me in.

I wade in water slowly it would fill
a caution to the next to conquer deep.
Persuasion cannot alter one appeal
but turn to gold a promise I can keep.

The hate my understanding love assumes,
cannot be one to please or even think
would weaken blood the memory presumes..,
having happened twice, then faith may shrink.

It simmers there above the finest hold,
a patience seeking whole to please a phrase
when feelings from the heart are surely cold
to melt away the things forgiveness solved.

To Be Generous Without Greed

" To be generous without greed,"
is the commitment I make ,
because my satisfaction
comes from making one happy;
I was conceived by a gentle mother
who helped me succeed
in my quest for truth,
not as much seeking riches
or venture everything in madness,
always caring for those stricken by poverty...

In all my envisioned glory,
all I wished for...was serenity;
not a tumultuous and fast life
with a strew of wealthy friends,
who rarely feel a pinch of sadness
and consider better alternatives!
The physical world is controlled
by forces beyond our conception;
the material world is indisputably
the contagious wealth we lust after,
a vain wealth that's being crushed
by  the specter of death and its demons;
it continues to attract and deceive us
until we can no longer sustain it in our grip...

" To be generous without greed, "
seem unrealistic and equivocal words
in our selfish and ungrateful world,
which presumes on goodness and generosity;
if honest people work hard and prosper, then why
others try to obtain it with other means?
Honesty is measured in deeds,
but unselfishness consists of fairness and humanity...
