Premium MemberPerfume of Petals

Perfume of petals, warm, nosily light,
A fragrant aroma that whiffs delight,
Enhancing beauty of flower's insight,
With petals blossoming to blush so bright.

Breathe deeply to savor the sweet bouquet,
Let your worries be gently whisked away.
With wild aroma-therapy in play,
To re-make your start to a better day

Perfumed petals, to bees, are soft and fair,
Telltales for pollen within fragrant air.
Lean in close, inhale the sweet scent with care,
Lest the bees discover your bloom affair.

Velvet soft, caresses of crimson hue,
Nature's heavenly scent, forever true.

Premium MemberStop Your Pussyfooting Subterfuge

Bashing bushes never worked!
As answers become vague touchés.
Matching hazy questions, akin.
Step up nosily, face-to-face.

Premium MemberThe Train

The train
Trumpeting its way
On rails
Through tunnels
Busily sliding
Nosily whistling
Arriving stations
Leaving stations
Hearty hugs
Sad wavings
A journey with stops
With people embarking and disembarking
Just as life with ups and downs
With different expectations and dreams

Ravens

On a cold crisp winter morning,
38 degrees, no wind, no ice,
With sunrise still minutes away,
Not bothered by the chilly air
Noisy ravens squawk and perch nearby

Bundled in coats and sweaters
Woolen gloves and thick socks
Unlike the ravens,
My neighbors are not so enthused

Let the raven nosily seek his morning meal
I see no need to be rambunctious
or explore the chilly air
I will sit and warm myself
with a morning cup of steeped tea

Bundled in my robe and sweater
Woolen gloves and thick socks
Unlike the ravens,
I am not so enthused

Premium MemberCreation

Roaming clouds move steadily south
A broad circulation
The golden sun still shines hidden
Peeking on creation

The noise of the day rises
Quiet almost gone now
Moments to hear soft bird calls
Nearly disappeared somehow

There is a dove cooing softly
A rooster crows a weak sound
All settled in the foggy hollow
As car tires nosily abound

Caring Times

Sequentially rendered, one by one said,
How do I feel about my life’s thread?
In bed we talk about realities, fashion,
And realise each of us has a passion.

A love for the other, their ordinary times,
Without any hesitation we search for crimes.
But not nosily, imposing our temperaments,
But vocally with the wealth of confidantes.

Knowing that each one can remove dirt,
And make that shipment, no ignoring skirt,
To get our perfect life for stereo surround,
Filled with vital juices and joys which abound.

Just One More Day

If I could see you just one more day,
I’d ask for a diary, and everything would be ok.

I’d ask you for a scribe at school, cool,
With whom nobody would fool.

He’d write it for me, when I’d dictate,
About life, religion, hobbies and the things that I did hate.

‘Cos I couldn’t keep one at home,
As my parents my computer used to roam.

And they would never have validated a diary for me objectively,
Without getting to read it, peering into my mind nosily.

It would’ve resolved all my problems dead,
Because I know that I did chat with the school doctor and the head.

About things not right at home, with my parents,
Which were sortable, if I’d been able to recollect what was said in all my appointments.

You could’ve ordered my parents not to interfere,
With my record of achievements about my fear.

Premium MemberCorn Bread

Corn bread warm from the hot oven
Slathered with butter
Tasty snack, lips smack nosily
Blood glucose recovers

Mustard greens upon the eye
An aroma floats by
Lured to the kitchen food to try
Baked sweet potatoes spy

Creamed mashed potatoes in plain sight
Maybe taste just a few
Fresh banana peppers eaten
Now who will the dishes do

Poetry By Chance

If I bow to the word
And you keep to the light,
If I live in split halves,
And you draw inner circles
On the skin of another,
If you daunt me nosily
And I daunt back the world,
If I live the questions
That curl around my vaunted solitude
And you thrive on quick, solid responses
Down the unsayable lanes of the mind,
Let us find freedom in the third choices,
In the nonbelonging of the day.

Premium MemberAs

As fog saturates every living thing
Penetrating dampness coats trees and shrubs, flowers
Here in my aloneness my open heart bring
And I know upon me your grace will shower

"Here I am to worship, here I am to bow down
Here I am to say that you're my God
You're altogether lovely, altogether worthy
Altogether wonderful to me"

Thank you for your beauty, thank you for loving
Thank you for your gracious forgiveness
I want to say that you're my Holy God
Here I am once more only You I adore

As the sun cast red upon the horizon
Each bird sings their unique lovely song
The sounds of man's inventions nosily run
Where just earth's creatures' souns belong

What was it like before man's creativeness
Brought the noise of engines running loud and long
Just to be able to commune with nature's liveliness
And hear each creature's morning lovely song

"And here I am to worship, here I am to bow down
Here I am to say that you're my God
You're altogether lovely, altogether worthy
Altogether wonderful to me"

Premium MemberBurgundy Red

Frost has tinged the Japanese Maple
Turning its leaves to burgundy red
Pears lie upon the ground not staple
As roosters rise nosily from bed

Nice on the porch at sunrise
Feeling the November cold
Hear birds chirp tales so wise
Mocking tale was a surprise and bold

Premium MemberBurning Love Take Hold

I would like slipping very far away
Where all is quiet and no one speaking
Maybe I'll slip away during day
Upon very loud train with horn shrieking

From the closed window I'll wave goodbye
On this trip I'll spend all day dreaming
In a glass car enjoy visions of sky
And listen to rhythm of engine streaming

Excitedly listen as the wheels nosily make
Clickety-clack sounds and in my heart knowing
Within my being burning love soon will take;
This love reaching deeper as farther away going.
