let me love you again
in love with you in every way
in love with you in every way again
   things you are
   giving up
	giving you up
i need to give you up, but i know not yet how
why can't i view you as a friend
why can’t i get over it
		it’s been so long
   addiction
	my strange addiction
	my favorite man
   i hate you
   i am selfish
i know you didn’t do this on purpose, but it has always felt like
you did.
what you did.
maybe you did it on purpose, and i am gaslighting myself
	was that wishful thinking
	do i wish for vengeance
   why have you forsaken me
   where did you go
   i miss you
i miss you more than you will ever know
   forbidden fruit
   goodbye
   i wish you knew
i wish i had kept you blocked
i cut myself on the same rusty knife as last time
now i want to be dead
   it does not feel well
it does not feel well with my soul

What Makes Friendship

What makes distance so touchable,
What makes arm wrestling physical,
What makes fun a thing for two,
What makes tears of missing you,
What makes secrets last, insiders,
What makes smiles, to be tear-wipers,
What makes fighting, ugh, forgivable,
What makes forgiving unbearable,
What makes oops somewhat culpable,
What makes cleanup punishable,
What makes laughs, the one-legged wins,
What makes others say, "Not twins?",
What makes saying goodbye really hard,
What makes memories my field of regard.

Highs and Lows

The hunter - he stood on the shores of the loch
The monster - she watched as she lurked by a rock
The sighting - he spotted her head as she rose
The teasing - she vanished, except for her nose
The photo - he needed the proof she was there
The posing - she looked at the lens with a glare
The success - he shouted, 'This cannot  be beat!'
The goodbye  - she made up her mind to retreat
The  mishap - his camera fell with a thud
The ending - she swallowed him whole on the mud

The Story of Him

The perfect smile, the enchanting eyes
The way he laughs, the way he cries
The well-defined chest, the muscular arms
The awkward moments, the boyish charms
The gentle touch, the warm romance
The tender kiss, the climactic dance
The clearest memory, the darkest sky
The first hello, the last goodbye

Premium MemberGone

Cinnamon- the scent of autumn
Candles drown- wax puddle bottom

Stormy clouds- shrouds of confinement
Tattered jeans- trendy consignment

Younger days- the color of green
Falling leaves- brush off what they mean

Windy skies- snapping of branches
Tourniquet- hemorrhage stanches

Crescent moon- gloaming afternoon
Letting go- lost grip on balloon

Shadows fade- each shade of grey blends
December- the calendar ends

Dear Diary

Dear Diary, woke up this morning
and opened my eyes
Dear Diary, practiced yoga
and got lost this in the thythm
Dear Diary, where do I go
and how do I find my way back?
Dear Diary, is it all a thought
and could it be what get life on track?
Dear Diary, these days you're a journal
and I wanna know why'd you change
Dear Diary, it is time to say goodbye
until we meet again another day

Friendships

Friendships don't exist....
What the hell is this ...
I've friendships withe more than one.....
And they delight me even more than sun ....
Friends were made to always stand by ....
To stay by your side , to never say goodbye ....
I know sometimes friendships can turn to love and even more ....
But when the person reject you , you should close that door ....
When you fall in love with someone you do respect the decision they've made....
You don't hate him and you don't cut him with your blade ....

Your Bucket List

I was on your
Bucket List ..
things to do ..
you and I ..

And now that
we have done
it all ..

You want to
say goodbye ..

Don't cry ..
dry your eyes ..

It was bound
to happen ..
by and by ..

I'm glad we
shared your
Bucket List ..
things to do ..

You and I ..

Premium MemberAll In a Rush

I woke up in the morning and went to the loo
The basin was broken so stuck it with glue
Got washed in a hurry, I was running late
My breakfast I swallowed, rushed out through the gate.
I saw the bus coming so ran to the stage
The driver ignored me, I got in a rage.
I flagged down a taxi, got caught in the rush
Good thing that the seating was comfy and plush!
Arrived at the office exactly on time
I needed a tonic of vodka and lime.
All morning kept busy then stopped for a break
Next door to ‘Havana’ I went for a steak.
Returned to my duties; went quick on the net
Paid visits to Facebook, then placed a small bet
In search of a flutter, as usual in vain.
I left a bit early, got caught in the rain.
Back home I changed into some casuals before
I put on my washing, then went to the store
To buy what was needed for dinner tonight
Somebody dared skip me so got in a fight;
Hard punches were traded! Goodbye to my fries
Now I’m at the clinic, can’t see through black eyes!

Disappearing: A List

         • Leave for no destination in particular.
         • Plastic surgery.
         • Burn my wallet and shoes.
         • Buy or steal an identity;
           become another.
         • Run into the forest,
           wear a wolf’s skin,
           look and smell
           wolfish downwind.
         • Yield my being in
           an intimate exchange,
           to the thrall of
           scotch or peyote or cocaine
           or intense pleasure or pain.
        • Be subsumed into the
           collective mind of a cult
           or the Secret Service
           or the Carthusians
        • Become young rather than old.
        • Die, just because.

It’s just a list of possibilities.
   Nothing more.
Not a complete one at that.

Comprehension

Acceptance of the truth
Heard it, comprehended
Tears eluded, insisted on suppression
Ascended to above it, insisted on overcoming
Realized and harnessed my inner power
Refused to be a victim
Empowered by recognition
This was all my doing
Inhale release it
Can get pass this
A blessing but mostly a lesson
A shaper of future choices
The fact is… it’s cherished
This experience so beautiful and heart wrenching
Like the sunset breathtaking but fleeting
Captured in my mind eyes
Stored in the special compartment of the heart
Remove the once shiny crown for now it was tarnished
Bitter, sweet experience cherished

Just before joining the military. TF

The One I Lost

On this date, one year ago
My world was shattered, as I watched you go
With a bleeding heart, in God awful pain
I stood in total disbelief, in tears I could not refrain
Left with no choice, I have been forced to move on without you
Forbidden to give you this love in my heart, so deep, strong and true
There are so many nights I've spent alone in silence, so many tears that I have cried
At times, the pain was so overbearing, as I had to say goodbye
For months, I gave it my all, to try and save what we once shared
Very cold and bitter you would not listen, with no remorse, you turned me away instead
Since then, it has been a struggle and those days aren't over just yet
Though this has made many great changes in me, there are some I deeply regret
You were the center of my life, the apple of my eye
If you had ask, I would have stolen the stars, from the midnight sky
You will always hold a special place in my heart
Despite the tremendous amount of heartache you have caused
The truth is, I will always love, The One I Lost

Love

I'm in love with you so much
I don't even know why

I love it when we touch
But hate when we say goodbye

You mean so much to me
And I want to be with you

If only you could see
That there is nothing I wouldn't do

Now you got another girl
And it's driving me insane

The thought of her in your world
Puts me in so much pain

Seeing you with her
Make me so mad

But now I don't care
Because I'm what you had
