Just sitting in the room. Cold air comes from the window
Dawn woke me up from the cemetery. Great early lights
Calling the eternal life. The clock has stopped. It’s time

The heart is still beating. So fast. Pain and pressure inside
Need to change, change the time. Passed years. It’s global

Death strikes with its wicked grin,
Deep grief and sorrow it brings,
Flights to heaven then begin,
When our souls fly without wings,
Each saint bears a halo ring,
They reign there as queens and kings,
With Angels near a calm spring.

In our universe so vast, life and death is an interpretation.
In our life, we hold dear sadness, and joy is an imagination.
Our life is full of colors, or so we assume,
But there are no colours — just the product of our brains.

Reality is beyond what we imagine.
What we see around is just an illusion.

I'm often asked if there is life after death

I'm often asked if there is life after death,
I say yes, there certainly is, like a secret hidden in the woods,
Death after life and life before death, an endless cycle,
Everything continues without stopping, a river of time that cannot be dammed,
We live forever and die forever, spirals of existence.
As for heaven and hell, they are

THE WAKE OF MANY LIVES

Take a look at what we see.
Out of mind, past the dreams.
A cataclysmic path to roads.
That carries secrets no one knows.
Like skin we shed all we dread.
Replaying lives once we’re dead.
Watching the air as we breathe.
Following madness into the sea.
Silence tells us don’t turn around.
Lest we see what’s heard in sound.
All connected, forced to divide.
Eternally

A Memory Haiku

embraced by a ghost
scent of hair I recognize
like time never passed

Corridors of Quiet Chaos

Blinding lights, the smell of chlorhexidine
Green colored scrubs, white coats and the strange red of povidone-iodine

A place where chaos and calm coexist as two sides of a coin
A realm where anguish and hope align, a balance between both cruel and divine

It’s a glimpse of hope for some, for others it’s a livelihood

It was to be expected at some point
but when death comes it is still a shock
we wish that person could live forever
that we do not have to say goodbye
once they are gone we wish again
wish we could talk to them
wish we could still get advice
still have them in our life
but life carries on

The beauty of the world is reticent to your eyes,
Your worst nightmares are reality; you NOW realize.

Mother, father, you are the strange migrants who arrived before me, I see you moving away, for no home anywhere could complete us all, and strangely, now I am before you. Sister, brother, child, we never did know which way to go,

Before death's ominous thunder clouds appear 
to steal all the glory and fill us with fear I shout to the heavens in a request to sustain one man's life to live another day
